Abstract

Pada setiap rumah sakit masing-masing mempunyai perencanaan dan pengelolaan  organisasi demi tujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesetiaan para pasiennya dan di sana meniscayakan peran dari serangkaian kegiatan berupa Public  Relatios  di  dalamnya.  Begitu pula yang terjadi pada RS. Orthopedi dan Traumatologi  Surabaya. Rumah Sakit dengan spesialisasi tulang dan traumatologi ini yang telah  berdiri sudah 10 tahun juga melakukan serangkaian kegiatan kePRan ini demi loyalisan pelanggan atau pasien. Berangkat dari data awal ini kemudian itu   peneliti merasa tertarik untuk melakukan studi dengan menggunakan cara penelitian yang berjudul “Proses   Manajemen Public   Relations Dalam   Menumbuhkan Loyalitas  Pasien di RS.  Orthopedi  dan  Traumatologi  Surabaya”.  Studi tentang manajemen Public Relatios di RS. Orthopedi dan Traumatologi Surabaya ini bermula dari permasalahan mengenai bagaimana proses manajamen Public Relations dalam meningkatkan loyalitas para pasiennya. Dalam studi ini digunakan konsep proses manajemen Public Relations milik Cutlip, Center, Allen, & Broom. Studi ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan wawancara mendalam. Untuk kepentingan data dimaksut maka dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi pada teknik analisis data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RS. Orthopedi dan Traumatologi Surabaya memenuhi 4 konsep proses manajemen Public Relations: fact finding, planning, communication, evaluating ketika melakukan aktivitas Public Relations dalam menumbuhkan loyalitas pasiennya. Public Relations menggunakan proses empat langkah manajemen Public Relations yaitu mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang masuk ke dalam keluhan, melakukan survey pelanggan, menyusun program kerja, dan membuat rencana strategis rumah sakit, menggencarkan banyak promo dan melakukan kegiatan PR, dan melakukan evaluasi kegiatan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Potensi desa yang ada di desa Jekek Kecamatan Baron Kabupaten Nganjuk adalah wisata Ono Kabe dan wisata Buah Naga. Dengan mengoptimalkan aset desa, meningkatkan usaha masyarakat, mengembangkan rencama kerjasama usaha antar desa, menciptakan peluang jaringan pasar, membuka lapangan kerja, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa dan pendapatan desa. Covid-19 memberikan pengaruh besar yaitu berkurangnya pengunjung wisata Onokabe dan wisata buah naga serta pedagang disekitar wisata sepi pengunjung karena masyarakat takut sehingga membuat pasar sekitar wisatapun sepi, akibatnya pendapatan merekapun juga menurun. Demikian juga anggaran pendapatan desa juga berkurang. Setelah pasca pandemi desa berusaha bangkit dengan mengoptimalkan aset desa berupa pengembangan wisata desa yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan anggaran pedapatan desa pengelolaan sumber-sumber keuangan desa harus di upayakan seoptimal mungkin untuk mencapai penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa yang mampu mengembangkan pembangunan yang ada di desanya dengan berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 37 Tahun 2007 Tentang Pedoman Umum Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa.

Abstract

In the city of Surabaya, there are currently many ice, food and beverage outlets that are favores by all circle one of them is ice cream with various types. Currently there is new ice cream outlet in Surabaya namely Mixue which is now being visited by millennials. The purpose of the research is to know and analyze the influence of store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions by using a descriptive quantitative research method then distributed questionnaires to 80 respondents as a sample and analyzed using t-test, f- statictical and R2 – determination. From the test results it can be concluded that there is a significant and simultaneous influence on variable store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions. There are recommendations that can be given to mixue outlets and further researchers, to add facilities in the outlet and maintain product quality what is also owned for researchers can make the latest research to develop marketing science.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of business capital, labour, and working hours on the business performance of grocery store MSEs in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City. The research method used is quantitative method. Quantitative methods are used to collect and analyse the necessary data. The sample technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique totalling 70 respondents. Based on this research, the research instrument used a questionnaire that was distributed directly. The questionnaire contains statements about the indicators in the variables of business capital, labour, working hours and business performance. The data obtained were then analysed using multiple linear regression methods to determine the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that partially business capital and labour have an influence on the business performance of MSEs of grocery stores in Ploso Village, Tambaksari Subdistrict, Surabaya City. While in partial testing, the working hour variable has no effect on the business performance of MSE grocery stores in Ploso Village, Tambaksari Subdistrict, Surabaya City. Business capital, labour, and working hours have a positive effect on the business performance of MSE grocery stores in Ploso Village, Tambaksari Subdistrict, Surabaya City after being tested together. This shows that together they can affect business performance.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of entrepreneurial values through Market Day activities at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik, focusing on fifth-grade students. A dynamic economy and increasing competition demand education that not only develops cognitive intelligence but also skills and creativity. This research attempts to provide a solution by applying entrepreneurial concepts through Market Day activities. The research targets fifth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik, aiming to guide them towards positive endeavors. The study involves observation, interviews, and program socialization to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial values. This method encompasses planning, execution, and evaluation processes, encouraging students to develop creativity, communication skills, independence, and discipline. The results show that Market Day activities successfully build entrepreneurial character among students. Despite facing challenges such as a lack of student participation and limited space, these shortcomings are identified as opportunities for improvement in the future. It is hoped that the implementation of entrepreneurial values through practical activities like Market Day can help address unemployment challenges in Indonesia by shaping students ready to become job creators.

Abstract

The Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) is a higher education initiative in Indonesia that involves the concepts of "Freedom to Learn" and "Free Campus" (Independent Campus). MBKM covers several aspects, including the Teaching Campus, which is one of the important elements of this program. One of the target schools for the Class 6 Teaching Campus program is the Dharma Bhakti Surabaya Vocational School (SMK). The Teaching Campus aims to equip students with various expertise and skills by becoming a partner for teachers to innovate in learning, develop creative, innovative and fun learning strategies and models, as well as a form of contribution to learning while providing a positive impact. In this activity, a qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of these activities show that the Teaching Campus program at SMKS Dharma Bhakti Surabaya, with a mentoring program to improve numeracy literacy, technology adaptation and administration, is running well and providing benefits for all parties involved, especially in the school environment.
