Abstract

Promosi K3 adalah suatu aktivitas di tempat kerja yang dirancang utnuk membantu pekerja dan perusahaan dalam hal memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kesehatan dengan partisipasi langsung dari pekerja serta manajemen. Pada tahun 2019 di PT. Kunango Jantan terdapat 2 kecelakaan kerja dan 1 penyakit akibat kerja serta ditemui pekerja yang merokok saat sedang bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan promosi K3  pada pekerja di PT. Kunango Jantan tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di PT. Kunango Jantan. Jumlah informan 5 orang yaitu 1 orang supervisor, 3 orang pekerja dan 1 orang staff K3. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, analisis data, observasi, alat perekam, pencatat dan kamera. Hasil penelitian penerapan promosi K3 namun belum maksimal karena masih tinggi pelanggaran dalam perusahaan, komunikasi K3 di PT. Kunango Jantan belum berjalan efektif karna minim sosialisasi tentang K3, pelatihan K3 di PT. Kunango Jantan pernah melakukan simulasi tanggap darurat namun hanya satu kali dan tidak semua pekerja ikut serta, dan ketersediaan APD di PT. Kunango Jantan sudah memadai dan memenuhi SNI serta dilakukan pergantian secara berkala. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah penerapan promosi K3 di PT. Kunango Jantan belum maksimal karena penerapan promosi K3 masih kurang sosialisasi, masih ditemui pekerja yang melanggar kebijakan K3, dan simulasi tanggap darurat hanya dilakukan satu kali serta tidak semua pekerja ikut serta. Diharapkan bagi pihak PT. Kunango Jantan  untuk meningkatkan penerapan promosi K3, mengevaluasi kebijakan K3, memperhatikan komunikasi K3, mewajibkan semua pekerja untuk mengikuti pelatihan K3, dan melakukan pengawasan pada pekerja yang memiliki masalah dalam penggunaan APD. OHS promotion is an activity in the workplace which is designed to assist workers and companies in improving and increasing health with direct participation of workers and management. In 2019 at PT. Kunango Jantan, there were 2 occupational accidents and 1 occupational disease and workers were found smoking while working.  The research goals to determine the OHS promotion application to workers PT. Kunango Jantan 2020. This research was using a qualitative design. The research locations at PT. Kunango Jantan. The number of informants are 5 people, namely 1 supervisor, 3 workers and 1 OHS staff. Collecting data was using in-depth interviews, data analyzing, observing, recording devices, recorders and cameras. The results of research on the implementation of OHS promotion are not optimal because there are still high violations in the company, OHS communication at PT. Kunango Jantan has not been effective because of minimal socialization about OHS,OHS training at PT. Kunango Jantan did an emergency response simulation but only once and not all workers participated, and the availability of PPE at PT. Kunango Jantan is adequate and meets INS and is replaced periodically. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of OHS promotion at PT. Kunango Jantan not maximal because the implementation of OHS promotion is still lack in socializing, there are still workers who violate OHS policies, and emergency response simulations are only carried out once and not all workers participated. It be hoped for the PT. Kunango Jantan to improve the implementation of OHS policies, pay attention to OHS communication, require all workers to take OHS training, and supervise workers who have problems using PPE.
