Abstract

Background: Met This study uses a qualitative method of evaluation study design, with informants from elements of health centers, villages, and farmer groups. Information acquisition through interviews, brainstorming, observation and document tracking Results: The results of the research show that the public health center is severely constrained by the human resources component, while the fund resources and facilities component has been fulfilled. In the responsible elements (Village) all resources have been affected, only need cross-sector cooperation. In the implementing element (Farmers) the resources are sufficient, only need guidance for the implementation of the Work Health Efforts program. Conclusion: Suggestions for primary health care, to meet the human resource needs of primary health care, for villages to be able to utilize 7% of village funds to allocate health sector, for farmers to do horizontal communication as cadres for the establishment of Work Health Efforts. Abstract

Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ISPA) is still the dominant factor in patient visits to the puskesmas as a primary health care unit. The phenomenon of the incidence of ISPA caused by multiple factors is a challenge for health workers. Environmental factors are often considered elements that do not have a major role in the incidence of ISPA cases. Ironically, environmental factors have also been neglected in the effort to handle ISPA cases. Candirejo village is an area with the economic characteristics of the community as a producer of bricks. This study aims to see the relationship between ISPA with independent variables (dust, occupancy density, house ventilation, lighting and humidity). This research is quantitative with a cross sectional design in order to see the environmental and physical factors of the house on the incidence of ISPA in toddlers. This study took a sample of 100 households with children under five. This research is expected to be a new evidence related to environmental and physical factors of the house on the incidence of ISPA in toddlers. Variables that are significantly related to the incidence of ARI are house ventilation and residential density variables. The study found that humidity as a confounding factor. The results of the analysis obtained that the OR of the house ventilation variable that did not meet the requirements would cause the occurrence of ISPA in children under five at 16 times more risk than the ventilation of the house that met the requirements after controlling for the humidity variable.  It is suggested to the puskesmas through sanitarian staff to carry out Information Communication and Education (KIE) activities about ISPA during the posyandu implementation.

Abstract

Contact dermatitis is skin infection occurring because of allergen and irritant material. Data of Kandis Health Center show 389 cases of dermatitis, 97 cases among cases of dermatitis are oil palm plantation workers living in Belutu Village. The objective of research is to detect factors associating with contact dermatitis on oil palm plantations workers in Belutu Village. The design type of occurrence research is case control study. Population of cases is 97 workers suffering from contact dermatitis and population of control is 1235 workers who are not suffering from contact dermatitis. Based on case control study in which one cases and two control, significant level of 5%, power of test 90%, it is 81 cases and 162 controls taken from each population by systematic random sampling. Analysis of data consists of one variable, two variables, and multiple logistic regressions analysis. Chemical contact (CI 95% OR: 1,34 – 4,12), without Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (CI 95% OR: 1,110 – 3,405), poor Personal hygiene CI 95% OR: 1,087 – 3,415), associating with contact dermatitis. Chemical contact, without using PPE, and poor personal hygiene effect the occurrence of contact dermatitis on oil palm plantations workers in Belutu Village. Recommendation is to avoid chemical contact, use PPE and improve personal hygiene. Suggestion formulated based on the recommendation.

Abstract

Pesticides are used in various fields or activities, ranging from household, health, agriculture, besides their benefits, pesticides also have the potential to poison and eradicate other living things, including useful plants and insects, animals and humans. This study aims to determine the pesticide residues with the active ingredient Dimethoat in large red chili plants (Capsicum annum L.). This type of research is an experiment using gas chromathography (GC). The results of this study were pesticide residues on large red chili plants (Capsicum annum L.) above the residual minimum limit (BMR) of 0.05-7 mg / kg in three samples, sample I 127.7504 mg / kg with a percentage of 1.825%, samples II amounting to 30.0019 mg / kg with a percentage of 428% and in Sample III amounting to 58.8435 mg / kg with a percentage of 840%. The conclusion of this study is that farmers use pesticide doses not to use measurable doses, mix the types of pesticides not according to the rules and do the spraying as needed.

Abstract

Laboratorium salah satu prasarana kesehatan yang berpotensi terhadap gangguan kesehatan bagi tenaga medis petugas laboratorium. Untuk wilayah Riau pada tahun 2019 terdapat jumlah kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 14.325 kasus. RS Jiwa Tampan mempunyai beberapa prasarana kesehatan salah satunya adalah laboratorium klinik yang merupakan prasarana kesehatan yang berpotensi terhadap gangguan kesehatan bagi tenaga medis petugas laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Pada Petugas Laboratorium Di RS Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah informan 3 (Tiga) orang, 1 informan kunci (IK), 1 informan utama (IU), dan 1 informan pendukung (IP). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis triangulasi data yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan hasil pengamatan (observasi) dan membandingkan keadaan dan perspektif seseorang dengan berbagai pendapat dan pandangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, secara keseluruhan semua petugas laboratorium sudah menggunakan APD secara tepat, APD yang petugas gunakan seperti masker, jas lab, penutup kepala, sepatu pelindung, handscoon, hanya saja sepatu booth khusus untuk di laboratorium yang belum rumah sakit sediakan. Rumah sakit juga sudah mempunyai standar operasional K3 tetapi belum terarah dan masih ada SOP yang belum dibuat dan semua petugas di laboratorium RS Jiwa Tampan juga melakukan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan oleh rumah sakit. Petugas laboratorium pun sudah mengikuti pelatihan K3 umum dari rumah sakit tetapi mereka belum mendapatkan pelatihan K3 khusus untuk laboratorium. Laboratory is one of the health infrastructures that has the potential to cause health problems for laboratory medical personnel. For the Riau region in 2019 there were a total of 14,325 work accidents. Tampan Mental Hospital has several health infrastructure, one of which is a clinical laboratory which is a health infrastructure that has the potential to cause health problems for medical laboratory personnel. The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of occupational safety and health to laboratory personnel at the Tampan Mental Hospital in Riau Province in 2020. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with 3 (three) informants, 1 key informant (IK), 1 main informant (IU). ), and 1 supporting informant (IP). In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method. The analysis used is data triangulation analysis by comparing the results of interviews with observations (observations) and comparing the circumstances and perspectives of a person with various opinions and views. The results showed that, overall, all laboratory personnel had used PPE appropriately, the PPE the officers used such as masks, lab coats, headgear, protective shoes, handscoons, only special booth shoes for laboratories that the hospital did not provide. The hospital also has K3 operational standards but it is not yet targeted and there are still SOPs that have not been made and all the staff in the Tampan Mental Hospital laboratory also carry out their work in accordance with the SOPs set by the hospital. Laboratory staff have also attended general K3 training from the hospital but they have not received special K3 training for laboratories.

Abstract

Promosi K3 adalah suatu aktivitas di tempat kerja yang dirancang utnuk membantu pekerja dan perusahaan dalam hal memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kesehatan dengan partisipasi langsung dari pekerja serta manajemen. Pada tahun 2019 di PT. Kunango Jantan terdapat 2 kecelakaan kerja dan 1 penyakit akibat kerja serta ditemui pekerja yang merokok saat sedang bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan promosi K3  pada pekerja di PT. Kunango Jantan tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di PT. Kunango Jantan. Jumlah informan 5 orang yaitu 1 orang supervisor, 3 orang pekerja dan 1 orang staff K3. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, analisis data, observasi, alat perekam, pencatat dan kamera. Hasil penelitian penerapan promosi K3 namun belum maksimal karena masih tinggi pelanggaran dalam perusahaan, komunikasi K3 di PT. Kunango Jantan belum berjalan efektif karna minim sosialisasi tentang K3, pelatihan K3 di PT. Kunango Jantan pernah melakukan simulasi tanggap darurat namun hanya satu kali dan tidak semua pekerja ikut serta, dan ketersediaan APD di PT. Kunango Jantan sudah memadai dan memenuhi SNI serta dilakukan pergantian secara berkala. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah penerapan promosi K3 di PT. Kunango Jantan belum maksimal karena penerapan promosi K3 masih kurang sosialisasi, masih ditemui pekerja yang melanggar kebijakan K3, dan simulasi tanggap darurat hanya dilakukan satu kali serta tidak semua pekerja ikut serta. Diharapkan bagi pihak PT. Kunango Jantan  untuk meningkatkan penerapan promosi K3, mengevaluasi kebijakan K3, memperhatikan komunikasi K3, mewajibkan semua pekerja untuk mengikuti pelatihan K3, dan melakukan pengawasan pada pekerja yang memiliki masalah dalam penggunaan APD. OHS promotion is an activity in the workplace which is designed to assist workers and companies in improving and increasing health with direct participation of workers and management. In 2019 at PT. Kunango Jantan, there were 2 occupational accidents and 1 occupational disease and workers were found smoking while working.  The research goals to determine the OHS promotion application to workers PT. Kunango Jantan 2020. This research was using a qualitative design. The research locations at PT. Kunango Jantan. The number of informants are 5 people, namely 1 supervisor, 3 workers and 1 OHS staff. Collecting data was using in-depth interviews, data analyzing, observing, recording devices, recorders and cameras. The results of research on the implementation of OHS promotion are not optimal because there are still high violations in the company, OHS communication at PT. Kunango Jantan has not been effective because of minimal socialization about OHS,OHS training at PT. Kunango Jantan did an emergency response simulation but only once and not all workers participated, and the availability of PPE at PT. Kunango Jantan is adequate and meets INS and is replaced periodically. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of OHS promotion at PT. Kunango Jantan not maximal because the implementation of OHS promotion is still lack in socializing, there are still workers who violate OHS policies, and emergency response simulations are only carried out once and not all workers participated. It be hoped for the PT. Kunango Jantan to improve the implementation of OHS policies, pay attention to OHS communication, require all workers to take OHS training, and supervise workers who have problems using PPE.

Abstract

Pencahayaan merupakan jumlah penyinaran yang berada di suatu lingkungan kerja yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan perkerjan dengan baik. Berdasarkan observasi, intensitas pencahayaan ruangan farmasi di Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar kurang terang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui intensitas pencahayaan ruangan farmasi dan dampak bagi pekerja di Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Kualitatif Deskriptif. Dilakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada 5 informan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Mesra Kecamatan Kampar pada bulan Mei-Juli 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencahayaan setempat di ruangan farmasi Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar , pengukuran intensitas pencahayaan di ruangan farmasi dilakukan di meja kerja. Hasil pengukuran intensitas pencahayaan di ruangan farmasi menggunakan metode pencahayaan setempat diperoleh nilai 74,1 lux. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pencahayaan yang ada di ruangan farmasi Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar belum memenuhi standart dari Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 tentang Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit. Pencahayaan yang kurang terang mengakibatkan terjadinya keluhan kelelahan mata pada pekerja, Adapun keluhan kelelahan mata yang dialami pekerja berupa pedih disekitar mata, pusing, mengantuk dan nyeri disekitar mata.

Abstract

Unsafe Behavior adalah adalah kegagalan (human failure) dalam mengikuti persyaratan dan prosedur-prosedur kerja yang benar sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. PT. X termasuk perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penambangan batubara yang terletak di Kota Sawahlunto Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan resiko pekerjaan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ,sikap, pelatihan dan pengawasan terhadap Unsafe Behavior di PT. X tahun 2021.Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain cross sectional, menggunakan uji chi- square dengan CI 95%. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 orang dengan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan pengetahuan (p value 0,000 dan POR 2,989), sikap (p value 0,024 dan POR 2,269), pelatihan (p value 0,000 dan POR 20,184) dan Pengawasan (p value 0,196 dan POR 1,519). Kesimpulannya terdapat hubungan antara Unsafe Behavior dengan pengetahuan , sikap dan pelatihan, serta tidak ada hubungan antara Unsafe Behavior dengan Pengawasan. Saran yang diberikan kepada perusahaan untuk membuat plang informasi K3, memberikan sanksi/denda kepada pekerja yang melakukan unsafe behavior , mengadakan pelatihan K3 untuk pekerja , dan membentuk bidang P2K3 dalam perusahaan.   Unsafe Behavior  is a human failure to following the requirements and the procedure of work until it causing  accident. Henrich theory, the accident it cause of  unsafe behavior (88%), unsafe condition (10%) and another factors.Mining industry is one of the biggest industry in Indonesia. PT.Allied Indo Coal Jaya is one of mining industrial company in Sawahlunto,West sumatera. This studi aim to determine the relationship of knowledge,attitude,training and supervision of unsafe behavior of worker at PT.Allied Indo Coal Jaya 2021. This research method is quantitative with cross sectional design and using chi-square test with 95% CI. The sample in this study is 200 worker by purposive sampling. There is a relationship of between a knowledge ( p value 0,000 and POR 2,989), attitude (p value 0,024 and  POR 2,269), training (p value 0,000 and POR 20,184) with Unsafe Behavior.But Unsafe behavior and supervision is not related (p value 0,196 and POR 1,519).Recomendetation for the company is for making occupationa poster for working area, give a punishment to worker with unsafe behavior, make a training session for a worker and build P2k3organization in the company.

Abstract

Permit to work merupakan suatu mekaniskme untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkomunikasikan, mengurangi serta mengendalikan bahaya terkait pekerjaan yang memiliki potensi buruk terhadap kesehatan, lingkungan, dan keselamatan. Permit to work bertujuan untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja yang mungkin bisa terjadi dengan syarat pekerja harus mematuhi prosedur yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. PT. X telah melaksanakan Permit to work, namun dalam pelaksanaannya dilapangan masih terdapat kesenjangan dimana pernah terdapat pekerja yang menyalahi aturan yang telah di tetapkan, salah satunya seperti melakukan pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan tahapan pada SMK3 (sistem manajemen keselamatan Kesehatan kerja). Disamping itu terdapat pula pekerja yang mengalami cidera seperti terbentur, terpeleset, tergores, terkilir, hingga terjatuh. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Permit to work atau izin kerja dalam upaya mencegah kecelakaan kerja demi menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan selamat di PT. X. jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif analitik. instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar checklist, pedoman wawancara, serta penelusuran dokumen. informan pada penelitian ini yaitu HSE Cordinator, HSE Officer, Permit Aprrover, dan pekerja. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada tahap perencanaan permit didapati bahwasannya masih ditemukan kendala dilapangan seperti tidak melakukan bump test, tidak melakukan gas testing, dan adanya perubahan rencana kerja. pada tahap pelaksanaan permit, perusahaan telah melakukan pengawasan dan pemantauan permit, serta pelaksanaan pekerjaan. pada tahap penyelesaian terdapat juga kendala dilapangan, ditemukannya dokumen permit yang tidak ditutup. PT. X sebaiknya, Permit to work dibuat lebih simpel dan efektif, serta melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana permit tersebut berjalan. Permit to work is a mechanism to identify , communicate , reduce and control risk related work that has the bad potential on health , environment , and safety. Permit to work aims to reduce workplace accidents that could possibly happen, on the condition worker has to abide by a procedure has been set by the company. PT. X has implemented Permit to work, However in practice there were still gaps. Ever there were workers breaking the regulation that has been made, One of them was performs the work which is not in accordance with the stages of SMK 3 (Work health safety management system). Besides that, there were also workers who suffered wounds, like hit , slipped , scratched , dislocated , until fell to ground. This study aim to analyze Permit to work in order to prevent accidents at work to create a safe working environment in PT. X. This research methods used was observation with a qualitative analytic approach. Research instruments used were a checklist form , interview guidelines, and the search for documents. The research informants were HSE Cordinator, HSE Officer, Permit Aprrover, and workers. The results of this research conducted at the phase of planning permit, there were still found obstacles such as didn't did bump test, didn't did gas testing, and that there were some changes the work plan. On the implementation phase of permit, the company has done supervision and monitoring of permit, as well as the implementation of a job. In finishing phase there were also obstacles, found documents that were not closed. Abstract

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di tempat kerja, menumbuhkan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan nyaman, menurunkan angka absensi sakit, meningkatkan produktivitas kerja merupakan tujuan dari promosi K3. Dengan adanya potensi bahaya yang besar maka perlu adanya  penerapan program K3 di puskesmas sebagai langkah untuk mengupayakan terjaminnya keselamatan kerja tenaga kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Implementasi Perilaku Petugas Kesehatan Dalam Penerapan PHBS Di Tempat Kerja Sebagai Upaya Promosi K3 Di Puskesmas Kota Baru Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang terdiri dari Pj program PHBS, kepala puskesmas, bidan, perawat, tenaga penyuluhan kesehatan. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SDM (sumber daya manusia) atau tenaga kesehatan pada bidang PHBS sudah tersedia, untuk program PHBS dana yang di peroleh dari dana BOK. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan seperti bidan, perawat, PJ program PHBS, tenaga penyuluhan terhadap PHBS di Tempat Kerja di Puskesmas Kota Baru Kurang baik, sikap petugas kesehatandalam penerapan PHBS di tempat kerja sudah cukup baik. Kebijakan Puskesmas terkait pelaksanaan PHBS di tempat belum dalam bentuk kebijakan tertulis. Diharapkan agar pihak puskesmas Kota Baru membuat kebijakan secara tertulis agar bisa di baca dan di terapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Clean and healthy living behaviors at work, fostering a healthy andcomfortable work environment, lowering sick absenteeism, increasingwork productivity are the goals of occupational health and safetypromotion. With the potential for great danger, there needs to be theimplementation of the occupational health and safety program in healthcenters as a step to ensure the safety of health workers. The purpose ofthe study to find out the Implementation of Health Officer Behavior in theImplementation of PHBS in the Workplace as an Effort to Promoteoccupational health and safety in New City Health Centers in 2021. Theresearch is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The information in thisstudy consisted of 5 people consisting of in charge of clean and healthyliving behavior programs , head of puskesmas, midwives, nurses, andhealth counseling staff, Qualitative data collection is done with interviewsand observations. Data validity uses triangulation techniques. The resultsof the study can be concluded that human resources (human resources)health workers in the field of PHBS are already available. for the PHBSprogram, funds obtained from BOK funds. Knowledge of health workerssuch as midwives, nurses, people in charge of PHBS programs andhealth extension workers Against PHBS at Work in The New City HealthCenter Less good, the attitude of health workers in the application ofPHBS in the workplace is good enough. Puskesmas policy related to theimplementation of PHBS on the spot is not yet in the form of a writtenpolicy. It is expected that the Kota Baru health center will make a policy inwriting so that it can be read and applied to health workers
