Abstract

Zakat is an important part of a wealth distribution system given by God in a fair and detailed manner for the benefit of humanity. Islamic principles of fiscal policy aim at developing a society based on the balanced wealth distribution by placing material and spiritual values at the same level, equally. One of the goals of zakat expenditure in Islamic fiscal policy is to provide for the needy and poor people in addition to paying the zakat collectors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the SWOT of Palakka market tradersand the working strategies implemented in facing the business competition. Basedon the results of the SWOT analysis, Palakka market traders were exercising themarket at affordable prices, various products, good services, and good orders.Meanwhile, the poor results came from old-fashioned products, limited capital,and less online advertisements. However, the opportunities came from fellowtraders as business partners, newly segmented or newly-targeted consumers,fluctuating market prices, and a religious-based attitude since they believe Godalready determined the sustenances. Unfortunately, some challenges were faced by Palakka market traders as a large number of users were dwindling outside themarket, poor road access, a large enough market area, and the latest productmodels. Palakka market traders may apply suggested strategies in facing businesscompetition based on the SWOT matrix analysis, starting with the SO strategy,including providing promotional prices or discounts to consumers and expandingmarket segmentation. Concerning that, another alternative, the WO strategy,included exchanging information among traders regarding the latest products andincreasing promotions both offline and online. Furthermore, the ST strategyincluded building familiarity with consumers and increasing the activeness ofmarket managers. The final strategy of WT includes increasing the quality andquantity of goods and increasing government participation.

Abstract

This paper focuses on analyzing the changes in behavior carried out by three economic actors, from the government, business actors and consumers in the era of the pandemic transition to the new normal. This paper includes a literature study that draws data from reading results in the form of books, journals and other readings. Based on existing searches, the results obtained show that the government sector issued policies to save the country's economy while still following the health protocol. From the business sector, business actors use technology in the form of social media to market and sell their products. Meanwhile, the consumer sector uses cellphone application services to order daily necessities to avoid the spread of Covid-19 by staying at home.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji mengenai pengembangan maqashid syariah sebagai alat analisis data dalam penelitian data kualitatif khususnya dalam ekonomi Islam.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Grounded Theory, yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sejumlah prosedur sistematis guna mengembangkan teori dari fakta-fakta di lapangan. Penerapan maqashid syariah dalam penelitian ekonomi dan bisnis Islam adalah 1) melindungi agama (Hifdzad-Dien)indeksnya pedoman pada Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadits dan Fiqh Islam, Ada Dewan pengawas Syariah.2) melindungi jiwa (Hifdz An-Nafs) indeksnya pelaksanaanakad syar’i,perilaku Islami dalam berpakaian. 3)melindungi akal (Hifdzal-‘Aql) Indeksnya Edukasi produk kepada nasabah, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat umum. 4)melindungi keturunan (Hifdz An-Nasl) indeksnya melaksanakan syariah yang berdampak pada keluarga dan keturunan yang dinafkahi.5) melindungi harta (Hifdzal-Maal) indeksnya sumber dan pengelolaan halal, profit yang wajar dan mubah dan penerapan zakat. Kata Kunci: Analisis data kualitatif, Ekonomi Syariah, Maqashid Syariah AbstractThis study aims to examine the development of maqashid sharia as a data analysis tool in qualitative data research, especially in Islamic economics. This study uses a Grounded Theory approach, which is a qualitative research method that uses a number of systematic procedures to develop a theory from facts in the field. The application of maqashid sharia in Islamic economic and business research is 1) protecting religion (Hifdz ad-Dien) the index is guidelines on the Qur'an, Al-Hadith and Islamic Fiqh, There is a Sharia supervisory board. 2) protect the soul (Hifdz An-Nafs) the index is the implementation of the syar'i contract, Islamic behavior in dress. 3) protect the mind (Hifdz al-'Aql) The index is Product education to customers, socialization to the general public. 4) protect offspring (Hifdz An-Nasl) the index implements sharia which has an impact on the family and the offspring that are supported. 5) protect assets (Hifdz al-Maal), the index is halal sources and management, reasonable and permissible profits and the application of zakat. Keywords: Qualitative data analysis, Islamic Economics, Maqashid Syariah

Abstract

This study aims to show the opportunities and challenges of Islamic online financing in dealing with illegal online loans favoured by the public. The research method uses literature studies from journals, online news, and other reading materials. The study results found Islamic online financing opportunities in dealing with illegal online loans. Indonesia has a Muslim majority population, high internet users, the issuance of fatwa number 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018, and the spread of bad interest-based online loans. Meanwhile, the challenges of Islamic online financing in dealing with illegal online loans are the low level of Islamic financial literacy, access for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to obtain financing to the banking sector is still low, and online-based security challenges. This research can be used to reference Islamic financing and complement existing theories.

Abstract

Zakat menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif dalam membangun ekonomi umat, sekaligus menciptakan iklim solidaritas sesama manusia, karena zakat menekankan prinsip keadilan dalam sistem ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka yang mencoba menemukan teori-teori zakat yang dapat memberdayakan sehingga dapat mengatasi kemiskinan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam kaitannya dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi umat, masalah zakat dapat dilihat dalam dua tingkatan permasalahan. Pertama, pada tingkat pelaksanaan zakat, kedua, pada tingkat pendayagunaan serta pendistribusiannya. Sehingga zakat benar-benar dapat menggerakkan ekonomi umat, khususnya bagi kalangan yang tidak mampu serta dapat mengentaskan kemiskinan.

Abstract

Di era digital yang perkembangannya semakin pesat, telah banyak mengubah cara masyarakat dalam melakukan jual beli yang sebelumnya dijalankan secara tatap muka, akan tetapi sekarang ini lebih banyak dilakukan secara online yang menjadi salah satu life style (gaya hidup) manusia dimuka bumi ini. Cara jual beli online dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan situs belanja online (Shopee, Lazada, Tik-Tok) untuk mencari atau melihat gambar atau tampilan produk yang diinginkan. Namun, sering terjadi berbagai macam masalah baru seperti terjadinya penipuan, produk tidak sampai atau tidak sesuai dengan pesanan, sehingga mengakibatkan salah satunya mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep jual beli online dalam Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian ilmu tafsir dan kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan referensi dari Al-Qur’an dan terjemahannya, berbagai sumber buku ataupun jurnal. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jual beli secara offline dan online memiliki kesamaan rukun dan syarat, serta jual beli online dapat dinyatakan sah ketika rukun dan syarat jual beli telah terpenuhi yang sebgaimana telah dijelaskan dalam surah Al-Baqarah, 2: 275 dan surah An-Nisa, 4:29, dalam melakukan jual beli online tidak terjadi unsur penipuan, saling ridho, barang yang ditawarkan harus jelas.

Abstract

AbstractThe trend of consuming contemporary drinks among today's youth has great potential to increase the amount of contemporary beverage consumption in Indonesia. With the mushrooming of drink outlets in various cities, it is proof that the audience is increasing. This study aims to find out how the application of business ethics with maqashid sharia principles to contemporary beverage businesses. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and is a type of field study research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews with beverage business owners and employees. The results of the study found that the process and application of business ethics in producing drinks had been carried out well, but in the case of hifdzu al-aql in maintaining reason it had not been carried out properly, prospective employees should have been taught how to produce drinks from the initial stage to the end during the training. properly, as well as in terms of hifdzu an-nasl protecting offspring, we must not lose consumer confidence, especially in terms of good servants. As Muslim business people, in running their business, they should apply business ethics properly and according to the provisions in the Qur'an, hadith and other Islamic sources.Keywords: Business Ethics, Maqashid Sharia, Beverage Business, Production, Consumers Abstrak Tren mengkonsumsi minuman kekinian pada kalangan muda zaman sekarang sangat berpotensi besar guna meningkatkan jumlah konsumsi minuman kekinian di Indonesia. Dengan menjamurnya gerai minuman di berbagai kota menjadi bukti bahwa penikmatnya semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan etika bisnis dengan prinsip maqashid syariah pada usaha minuman kekinian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi lapangan, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik dan karyawan usaha minuman. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa proses dan penerapan etika bisnis dalam memproduksi minuman sudah dijalankan dengan baik, akan tetapi dalam hal hifdzu al-aql dalam menjaga akal belum terlaksana dengan baik, seharusnya pada saat pelatihan calon karyawan sudah diajarkan bagaimana cara memproduksi minuman mulai tahap awal hingga akhir dengan baik, serta dalam hal hifdzu an-nasl menjaga keturunan, kita tidak boleh menghilangkan kepercayaan konsumen terutama dalam hal pelayan yang baik. Sebagai pelaku bisnis muslim dalam menjalankan bisnisnya seharusnya menerapkan etika bisnis dengan baik dan sesuai ketetapan dalam Al-Qur’an, hadis dan sumber Islam lainnya.Kata kunci: Etika Bisnis, Maqashid Syariah, Usaha Minuman, Produksi, Konsumen
