Abstract

Pada hakikatnya manusia adalah makhluk ciptaan Tuhan yang sempurna dibandingkan dengan makhluk lainnya.Manusia mempunyai kemampuan berpikir yang dapat memilah mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk serta dapat menentukan keputusan sebagai dasar tindakannya.Untuk dapat menunjang kemampuannya, seorang manusia harus dibekali dengan pengetahuan yang bertujuan untuk memanusiakan manusia itu sendiri. Setiap manusia harus dibekali dengan ilmu pengetahuan untuk mengembangkan segala bentuk potensi yang dimilikinya agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertakwa, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang domokratis dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga pada jaman globalisasi ini ilmu pengetahuan sangat diperlukan untuk mendewasakan diri dan dapat mengikuti kemajuan jaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif.Informan ditentukan secara purposive. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi calon pendidik yang dikembangkan melalui organisasi mahasiswa, mendeskripsikan proses kegiatan organisasi dalam mengembangkan kompetensi calon pendidik, dan menemukan implikasi kegiatan organisasi mahasiswa dalam pengembangan kompetensi calon pendidik. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data yang meliputi kredibilitas, transfermabilitas, dan dependabilitas dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi teori. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pertama kompetensi yang dikembangkan melalui organisasi yaitu, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi, kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional. Kedua, pada proses kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi calon pendidik yaitu pelatihan (Teaching training), seminar, workshop. Ketiga, implikasi kegiatan organisasi mahasiswa dalam pengembangan kompetensi calon pendidik berimplikasi terhadap peningkatan rasa percaya diri pada mahasiswa, disiplin waktu, mengembangkan dan mengasah potensi-potensi yang dimiliki.

Abstract

ABSTRACT (Style Abstrak_3_BA) Parenting style is very important role in shaping the character of children. Parents have duties and obligations in instilling positive character from an early age, so that children can become individual beings who are ethical, have noble character and can socialize and adapt to their environment so that when they grow up they are expected to have positive characters. social. Like a social phenomenon that often occurs among children, whether it's a problem of bullying or the attitude of a child who is shy so they don't get along and are envious of one another. For this reason, parenting in shaping the character of children from an early age at home is very important for children's attitudes in the social environment. From this background, the following problems can be formulated: 1. How is parenting style in shaping the character of children in Malaka Hamlet, Mekarsari Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency? 2. What is the attitude of the children in Malacca Hamlet? The purpose of this study is 1.To determine the parenting style of parents in shaping the character of children in the Malaka Hamlet, Mekarsari Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. To direct and solve the problems studied, two theories are used, namely classical conditioning theory and behavioristic theory. Judging from the type and nature, this research is a type of qualitative research. The methods used for data collection are non-systematic observation methods, free guided interviews and documentation. To analyze it with data reduction, data display and data verification. To check the validity of the data with credibility, dependability, conformability and transfermability. The results showed that parents in Malaka Hamlet used democratic and permissive parenting styles, from the parenting used it can be seen that of the eighteen indicators of character education there are nine indicators of character formed, this can be seen from the attitude of the children, namely religious, honest, tolerance, hard work, independence, respect for achievement, communicative, care for the environment and responsibility. Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach to obtain clear descriptions related to the implementation of the Isen Mulang cultural festival as an effort to promote cultural tourism. Isen Mulang is an annual agenda for the Palangkaraya tourism office as a series of activities to celebrate the anniversary of Central Kalimantan Province. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Isen Mulang cultural festival has not been held for two years considering that all Indonesian people, especially Central Kalimantan, have restricted their activities. With several considerations, finally in 2022 this activity will be held again in the City of Palangka Raya with the theme "Harmony in Cultural Diversity in Bumi Isen Mulang". The Isen Mulang cultural festival features a variety of cultural arts including regional dances, traditional clothing, and various ornaments typical of cities and regencies in Central Kalimantan. Various types of competitions were also held to enliven the event. The Isen Mulang cultural festival is used as a promotional momentum in the rise of the world of tourism in Central Kalimantan. This festival aims to popularize the diversity of Central Kalimantan's cultural arts at the national and international levels in carnival packaging, as well as one of the activities to bridge the preservation of Central Kalimantan culture.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the correlation between the implementation of the perennial education philosophy and multicultural education in fostering an attitude of religious moderation. Reflecting on the reality that the concept of religious moderation is a very hot topic to be discussed at the moment, it is deemed necessary to revitalize the concept of multicultural education, which is actually not a new concept. In this revitalization effort, it seems that the perennial educational philosophy as a philosophical basis will contribute to the formation of a curriculum towards multicultural education. In article, the literature review method is used with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, verification and conclusion. The results of the study outlined in this paper show that multicultural education is an important substance to be applied in the world of education to foster an open attitude for the development of students cognition. In order to implement multicultural education in the education system, it is necessary to have a curriculum which is the main framework. The preparation of this curriculum is carried out in two processes, namely the formation of a drafting committee and the curriculum preparation process by referring to the principles of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity and flexibility. It is at this stage that the insertion of perennial philosophy can be carried out and can become a spirit for the structured curriculum. If multicultural education can be implemented, then the government's efforts to create a moderate society, especially in the realm of religion, can be carried out more optimally.
