Abstract

Abstrak -- TNI melaksanakan tugas Operasi Militer untuk Perang dan Operasi Militer Selain Perang. Tugas tersebut diimplementasikan oleh satuan jajaran TNI AD melalui pelaksanaan operasi psikologi dalam rangka mendukung OMSP, salah satunya yaitu melalui pengerahan Satgas Leuser untuk mengatasi gerakan separatis bersenjata dalam rangka mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas operasi memulihkan kondisi di wilayah NAD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan operasi psikologi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Dispsiad saat ini serta untuk menganalisis strategi operasi psikologi terhadap keberhasilan tugas TNI AD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pelaksanaan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan tugas Operasi Psikologi yang dilaksanakan oleh Satgas Leuser di wilayah Provinsi Aceh merupakan bagian dari tugas TNI AD yang dilaksanakan dengan melakukan BKO kepada Satgas Bais dalam rangka meniadakan ide separatisme dan meningkatkan rasa cinta tanah air masyarakat indonesia di Provinsi Nangroe Aceh Darussalam.  Hasil pelaksanaan operasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Satgas Leuser adalah terjadinya stabilitas politik di wilayah Aceh. Adapun strategi operasi psikologi yang dilakukan guna mendukung keberhasilan tugas TNI AD dalam rangka operasi intelijen penggalangan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan mengeliminir separatis, merubah ESTOM, melemahkan konspesi perjuangan GAM, mendorong konflk internal KPA/PA serta memelihara ketidakpercayaan AGT terhadap pimpinannya.Kata kunci: peran operasi psikologi, satgas leuser, tugas tni ad Abstract -- The TNI carried out the task of Military Operations for War and Military Operations Other Than War. The task was implemented by the army unit through the implementation of psychological operations in order to support CSOs, one of which was through the deployment of the Leuser Task Force to overcome the armed separatist movement in order to support the successful implementation of operational tasks to restore conditions in the NAD region.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of psychological operations that have been carried out by Dispsiad at this time and to analyze the strategy of psychological operations on the success of the tasks of the Indonesian Army. This study uses qualitative research methods, which are carried out using data collection techniques through conducting interviews and library studies. The results showed that the implementation of the Psychological Operations task carried out by the Leuser Task Force in the Aceh Province was part of the Indonesian Army's task carried out by conducting BKO to the Bais Task Force in order to eliminate the idea of separatism and increase the love of the Indonesian people's homeland in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam Province. The results of the operation carried out by the Leuser Task Force were political stability in the Aceh region. The psychological operations strategy carried out to support the success of the TNI AD's task in the context of raising intelligence operations is carried out through eliminating separatists, changing ESTOM, weakening the conspiracy of GAM's struggle, encouraging KPA / PA internal conflicts and maintaining AGT's distrust of its leaders.Keywords:          the role of psychological operations, task force leuser, task of the tni ad

Abstract

A magnet or magazine is an object that has a magnetic field. Magnets can also be interpreted as objects with symptoms and properties affecting certain materials around them. Magnetic force is one part of the electromagnetic force, where the other force becomes the fundamental force of nature caused by the movements of charge. Because magnets only attract particular objects, they can also not work or are not stylized, or there can even be a rejection of some particular objects on the magnet. The new generation of transportation is fast, reliable, and safe. In addition, it is also convenient, environmentally friendly, easy maintenance, and supports mass transportation. Magnetic levitation (maglev) trains are among the best candidates that meet these requirements.

Abstract

Jumlah cadangan pasir besi sebagian besar tersebar di wilayah pesisir perairan Indonesia,dari pesisir sebelah barat Sumatera, pesisir pantai selatan Jawa juga Bali, pesisir Sulawesi, pesisir Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), serta pesisir Papua. Jumlah cadangan keseluruhan untuk bijih sebanyak 173.810.612 ton dan logam sebanyak 25.412.652,62 ton. Tetapi pemanfaatannya belum optimal,karena PT. Krakatau Steel, dan PT. Krakatau Posco baru memproduksi plat baja sebanyak 24.000 sampai dengan 36.000 ton per tahun. Sedangkan kebutuhan plat baja untuk industri perkapalan tiap tahunnya dibutuhkan 900.000 ton per tahun. Dengan kebutuhan bahan baku plat baja berupa besi spons dengan Fe ≥ 60%, PT. Krakatau Steel masih mengimpor dari luar negeri. Buktinya, PT.Krakatau Steel sebelum dan selama tahun 2000-an masih mengimpor Pellet Bijih Besi dari negara Swedia, Chilli, dan Brazil sebesar 3.500.000 ton per tahun. Kondisi ini merupakan penyebab industri baja nasional tidak bisa bersaing dengan industri baja luar negeri, karena bahan baku yang diimpor dikenakan bea masuk. Ini peluang untuk membangun perusahaan bahan baku baja, karena selama ini industri bahan baku baja di Indonesia hanya ada dua perusahaan. Kondisi ini mendorong dilakukannya pembuatan besi spons, dengan proses pembuatan besi spons dengan teknologiyang disesuaikan dengan kapasitas produksi terpasang. Penelitian ini menganalisis pembuatan besi spons dengan menggunakan pasir besi Cipatujah, sebagai bahan baku untuk pembuatan besi spons, dengan hasil yang didapat berupa besi spons dengan kadar tertingginya Fe ≥60,44%. Ini dapatdipakai untuk keperluan bahan baku pembuatan baja PT. Krakatau Steel (PT. KS), karena selama ini PT. KS mengklaim bahwa produk besi spons lokal Fe<60%. Ini dapat mendorong kemandirian bahan baku baja, yang dampak pada kemandirian industri pertahanan.Tetapi pemerintah juga harus melakukan proteksi dan memprioritaskan bahan baku baja produksi nasional untuk produksi baja nasional. Dengan jalan industri baja nasional milik pemerintah membina konsorsium vendor pemasok bahan baku (besi spoin) agar kualitas dan pasokan besi spons berkesinambungan.Kata Kunci: pasir besi, pellet besi, besi spons

Abstract

In this increasingly modern era, innovation in the main tool of the defense system (defense equipment) is the main support in the process of maintaining the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). One of them is the innovation applied to TNI uniforms using electrochromic-based materials, namely PEDOT: PSS. PEDOT:PSS is known to be included in the classification of conductive polymers which have relatively good compatibility in terms of physical and chemical. The application of PEDOT:PSS as smart military textiles is carried out through a three-dimensional (3D) fabrication method, namely die-coating and ink-jet printing with a fabrication process speed of 20 meters per minute. Both of these methods are capable of producing high quality products, easy to design, and able to control the thickness of the substrate in the range of 80 to 750 nm

Abstract

The maglev system is a technology that uses the repulsive force between magnets to float or levitate an object or vehicle. Maglev trains use electromagnets to counter the gravitational force of an object, so that the object can float in the air. With this technology, the resulting loss between the workpiece and the base can be eliminated. The technology used in this train is Electromagnetic Suspension (EMS). The research began by modeling the maglev system in the form of state space. Furthermore, the stability system model that has been built is analyzed. Finally, it is analyzed how the numerical simulation of an open loop without control is analyzed. The result of this research is that the floating system (maglev) is an unstable system if it is run in an open loop, so the maglev system requires sensors and controls in its operation.

Abstract

Polymer composites are widely used in military applications. In this instance, to shed light on polymer composites and their uses in the field of defense, particularly ballistic ones. Military vests, personnel helmets, and other items that need to be made of ballistic-resistant materials but are still lightweight and reasonably priced, fall into three general categories. When it comes to enhancing the mobility of military forces, composite materials have outperformed metal materials in military applications. Given the speed of approaching bullets, it is crucial that military helmets contain composite materials, one of which is constructed of thermoplastic polymers and thermosets. Utilizing a bullet and a new polymer composite (UHMWPE) with a weight of 1000 g one suitable material for use in military bulletproof helmets is one with a speed of 600 m/s.

Abstract

Heat treatment methods are generally carried out to increase ductility, increase hardness, increase metal tensile stress, and so on. AISI 4130 steel is commonly used for manufacturing equipment, vehicle parts, stone-crushing machines to body armor. To improve the quality of the steel, heat treatment is required by providing austenitizing and tempering processes. This study aims to determine the hardness, density, and ballistic performance of AISI 4130 steel after tempering at 290oC. The results of experiments on AISI 4130 steel which has been tempered at a temperature of 290oC with a time of 90 minutes. Gets a hardness of 45 HRC. For the density test, the result is 7.85 g/cm3. With the results of the ballistic test getting the numbers V = 635 m/s and V50 = 600 m/s, the penetration mode is plugging.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic maritime country in the world, it should strengthen its ability to secure a very wide territorial waters, in order to ensure the security and safety of shipping in Indonesian jurisdictional. PC 40 ship is a reliable TNI-AL patrol ship with relatively small dimensions and will be easy to operate in archipelagic areas. In general, structural construction on conventional PC 40 ships, along with the times, the Sandwich Plate System material has been found to have characteristics that provide advantages in terms of strength and a simpler structure compared to conventional construction. the construction structure uses conventional aluminum using the Sandwich Plate System material with an aluminum-elastomer-aluminum configuration in the flat plate structure on the main deck of the TNI-AL PC 40 Ship. Analysis based on finite element on main deck construction with load loading. From the simulation results, the maximum stress for aluminum material is 17 MPa using stiffeners, while the construction with sandwich plate material system produces a maximum stress of 15 MPa reducing the use of 15 stiffeners, with maximum deformation for conventional aluminum.

Abstract

Seawater temperature ranges from -2 0 c to 300 c. Low temperatures are usually found in seawater around the poles and on the deep seabed. Meanwhile, high seawater temperatures are found in the sea in the Arid area. The Red Sea and Bab El Mandeb have temperatures of about 290 c to 300. Corrosion is a subject matter that concerns various disciplines, or in other words, it connects elements of physics, chemistry, metallurgy, electronics and engineering. This study uses the literature review study method to collect, identify, evaluate the effect of seawater content on the corrosion of the hulls of warships made by PT Pal Indonesia. An effective corrosion control strategy should be selected with the selection of suitable coatings for the marine environment. Hull plating with paint has a special function to protect the construction of the hull, especially those located below the waterline and the construction of the ship above the waterline.

Abstract

Utilizing a nuclear propulsion system as a source of propulsion is one method for extending the durability of warships. Compared to using natural oil, using nuclear energy as a propulsion system offers a high effectiveness value. The Molten Salt Reactor illustrates a reactor design that can be utilized on warships (MSR). The current MSR is still quite big. Therefore in this research, an optimal design of the Small Modular Molten Salt Reactor (SM-MSR) core will be adapted to the surface area of ​​a warship. From the simulation and optimization carried out with the MCNP software, the parameter used as a reference is criticality. The optimal fuel material composition is 1% Li and 2% U-235, with an optimal design geometry having a cell core pin radius of 0.8 cm, a pin cell blanket radius of 2.6 cm, and a core height of 160 cm. The initial design of the SM-MSR in this study had a negative coefficient of void reactivity.
