Abstract

This article examines the efforts of Islamic Education Teachers in preventing juvenile delinquency. Teachers are people who interact directly with students. This shows that PAI teachers have a major influence in preventing student delinquency and shaping the personality of the Islamic students. This research revealed the forms of student delinquency, causes, and efforts made PAI teachers in preventing student delinquency at SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Nganjuk. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection methods were direct interview, field observation and documentation. The results showed that students' misbehavior varied, including students often arrived late, truancy, not doing tasks, dating, getting along with students who are not muhrim, untidy dresses. The causes are that they mischoose their daily interaction, less supportive environment, busy parents, quarreling, loving more worlds, worse communication with children. Efforts made by PAI teachers are arranging school rules and educational sanctions, controlling student activities, personal and jama'ah coaching, motivating every religious activity, visiting abusive student homes, establishing good communication with parents, giving advice, modeling and familiarizing students with good deeds.

Abstract

Emile Durkheim saw the social order of society emphasizes the importance of consensus, harmony, and equilibrium. To emerge the consensus harmony and equality of community-oriented should do creating the homogeneity and cultural values aimed for maintaining the social community order. This paper reveals the thought of Durkheim about the theory of consensus harmony and equilibrium based on maintaining a balance between knowledge, moral practice reasoning with ethical values ​​ in the society through character education. The thinking side revealed how the public responds to changes in a dynamic culture of uncertainty with built social and cultural functions based on functional structure theory. This study discovers the education role in creating a moral being in modern society and moral being in building harmonic. It balanced with social functions through the solution to prevent and resolve any social pathology as the impact of the negative perception from social media. This expected explanation from this library research providing a positive contribution to character education and behavior to the society reviewed from the anthropological education study. The implication of this study for educators is the importance of building character and behavior order in the community comprehensively, kept up-to instill moral values, virtues, honest, law-abiding, and tolerance in creating a Madani's social life.

Abstract

The background of the problem in the study is as follows: On March 17, 2020, the principal and head of the Padang city education office and the head of the West Sumatra 1 regional education office branch held a meeting in which one of the results was the dismissal of all levels of education and the teaching and learning process was shifted from face to face to face-to-face. online learning. The approach in this study is a descriptive research type Descriptive research type is a method to understand the individual that is carried out in an integrative and comprehensive manner in order to obtain a deep understanding of the individual and the problems he faces with the aim of solving the problem and obtaining improvement. good self-esteem (Rahardjo et al., 2011). The informants of this study were the curriculum representatives and Mr. Sociology subject teacher for class X, namely those who taught in class X IPS 1, 2, SMA PGRI 4 Padang. The results of the study were carried out with Sociology Teachers, the online learning process lasted for 5 weeks at SMA PGRI 4 Padang. Therefore, for 5 weeks, he carried out student centered learning based on online learning. The researchers concluded that Student Centered Learning could be implemented but it was not effective by using WhatsApp groups only, teachers should also use other applications, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Telegram, Email, Telegram, Web Links provided by the school. So that the learning process can take place better
