Abstract

In this study using a qualitative approach, namely to find out or describe the reality of the events under study. Data collection instruments used by researchers are: Observation, Interview, Documentation. Based on Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Chapter IV Government Affairs). Authority is a very important thing in government because one of the main principles that is used as the basis for every government and state administration in every state law in exercising its authority must be based on the applicable laws or legal regulations (legality principle). the implementation of the authority of the Public Works and regional offices at the Public Works (Public Works) Office of Muaro Jambi Regency. Community participation, that community participation is very important in carrying out development. The use of APBD funds that have been allocated for regional road management activities must be adjusted to the priority scale. The Strategic Planning of the PUPR Office of Muaro Jambi Regency was formulated as a form of commitment of the PUPR Office ranks in increasing the accountability of the performance of government agencies as stipulated in the vision, mission, goals, and objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a business feasibility study on shredded catfish in Teluk Ketapang Village, which was reviewed from the market and marketing aspects, financial aspects, management aspects and economic aspects. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, the method used in data collection is by library, field, observation, interview. Based on the results of research from the marketing aspect as well as the technical and technological aspects of the home industry of catfish floss, Teluk Ketapang Village is feasible to be developed in the Jambi Province, precisely in the Telanai Pura sub-district, Danau Sipin Village. Meanwhile, from the management aspect, it has been prepared and calculated from the budgeted investment such as determining sales every month and year.

Abstract

In this research in general is to analyze the marketing strategy applied to the Home Industry of Sawargi Crackers in Pal 4. Muara Bulian-Jambi District, in order to increase sales volume. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically whether the marketing strategy has been effective or not in order to increase sales volume. The method of analysis in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, which is to compare the reality that exists in the Home Industry of the Sawargi Cracker Industry in pal 4. Muara Bulian-Jambi District with concepts or theories related to the problem being studied. So far, the Home Industry of Sawargi Crackers Industry in pal 4. Muara Bulian District in its activities has used a marketing strategy which includes product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and distribution strategy, distribution which is quite good but there are still obstacles and shortcomings within the company's internal and external company. So the research results show that the marketing strategy is not optimal in increasing sales volume.
