Abstract

Human resources in a company must be managed professionally to create a balance between employee needs and the demands and capabilities of the company's organization. The company expects effective performance so that it obtains good work results in terms of quality and quantity through the responsibilities given to employees. Employee performance relates to several aspects such as work environment and motivation. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of the work environment on employee performance, test the influence of the work environment on work motivation, test the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and test the influence of the work environment on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were CV employees. Arafa Power Abadi, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples and a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire and answers are assessed using a Likert scale. A validity and reliability test was first carried out to determine the measurements' accuracy and the questionnaire parameters' stability. Data analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows tool. This research shows that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation mediates the effect of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Employees are a key factor in achieving company goals. Good employee management will optimize employee work results. Employee performance improvement can be done by taking into account various factors that affect employee performance, including organizational culture and organizational commitment. This study examines the role of organizational commitment in mediating organizational culture and employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT.URW Purworejo. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The sample taken amounted to 126 employees. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, which was then tested for mediation with a causal step approach.The results of data analysis show that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance

Abstract

Di era digital yang terus berkembang pesat, perkembangan teknologi menjadi faktor utama yang mengubah cara perusahaan melakukan digital marketing. perkembangan digital telah memberikan peluang baru dan mengubah lanskap pasar secara mendasar. Menguasai strategi digital marketing dan pendampingan pembuatan akun media social TikTok serta cara pengelolaan kontennya untuk memperluas promosi bisnis. Akan tetapi masih banyak pelaku usaha mikro di Desa Gintungan yang belum memanfaatkan kemanjuan teknologi informasi. Pelaku usaha mikro masih kurang memahami tentang pemasaran digital marketing. Mereka hanya memasarkan produknya secara tradisional. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi menganai digital marketing. Serta memberikan pendampingan dalam penggunaan akun dan perancangan strategi digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode edukasi, diskusi dan praktek langsung. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah pemberian akun kepada pelaku usaha dan memberikan arahan untuk membuat content pemasaran produk pelaku usaha. Pelaku usaha akan meneruskan akun tersebut dengan content kreatifitas dari pelaku usaha agar pemasaran memiliki nilai jual tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pengenalan literasi keuangan dan bisnis bagi anak sekolah dasar. Pengenalan literasi keuangan meliputi informasi dan pengetahuan tentang uang, fungsi uang, lembaga keuangan, pentingnya menabung, dan pentingnya investasi. Pengenalan literasi bisnis meliputi informasi dan pengetahuan yang terkait dengan produsen, konsumen, distributor, dan transaksi jual beli.  Pengenalan literasi keuangan dan bisnis dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat sangat penting dilakukan agar anak-anak sekolah dasar dapat memiliki pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang literasi keuangan dan bisnis. Pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan dan bisnis yang dimiliki oleh anak kelas 4, 5 dan 6 SD Negeri Kalimiru, Bayan, Purworejo belum maksimal atau belum memahami secara lengkap. Sehingga tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengenalan tentang literasi keuangan dan bisnis pada anak-anak sekolah dasar di SD Negeri. Hasilnya mitra pengabdian yang dalam hal ini adalah anak-anak kelas 4, 5 dan 6 SD Negeri Kalimiru, Bayan, Purworejo dapat memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang literasi keuangan dan bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil observasi saat pelaksanaan diskusi, respon anak-anak terkait materi yang disampaikan tim pengabdian juga sangat baik, terbukti dengan sikap antusias dan semangat anak-anak dalam mengikuti ceramah dan diskusi serta simulasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema ini dapat dilaksanakan pada mitra pengabdian lain seperti anak-anak sekolah dasar yang ada di kampung-kampung atau sekolah dasar yang masih terpencil, sehingga mereka dapat memperluas pemahaman dan wawasan terkait literasi keuangan dan bisnis untuk anak-anak. Kata Kunci: literasi keuangan dan bisnis; anak-anak ABSTRACTThis community service activity is carried out in the form of introducing financial and business literacy for elementary school children. Introduction to financial literacy includes information and knowledge about money, the function of money, financial institutions, the importance of saving, and the importance of investing. Introduction to business literacy includes information and knowledge related to producers, consumers, distributors and buying and selling transactions. The introduction of financial and business literacy in the form of community service is very important so that elementary school children can have a more comprehensive understanding of financial and business literacy. The understanding of financial and business literacy possessed by children in grades 4, 5 and 6 of Kalimiru State Elementary School, Bayan, Purworejo is not optimal or they do not understand it completely. So the aim of implementing this community service is to provide an introduction to financial and business literacy to elementary school children at state elementary schools. As a result, the service partners, in this case the children in grades 4, 5 and 6 of Kalimiru State Elementary School, Bayan, Purworejo, can have a better understanding and knowledge about financial and business literacy. Based on the results of observations during the discussion, the children's responses regarding the material presented by the service team were also very good, as evidenced by the enthusiastic attitude and enthusiasm of the children in participating in lectures and discussions as well as simulations in this service activity. Community service with this theme can be carried out with other service partners such as elementary school children in remote villages or elementary schools, so that they can broaden their understanding and insight regarding financial and business literacy for children. Keywords: financial literation; children
