Abstract

Every mother who has completed childbirth and received services that are in accordance with postpartum maternal service standards is called postpartum maternal health services. The standard that must be followed by postpartum mothers to get these services is at least 3 (three) times, ie six hours after delivery until three days later. After that, on the fourth day until the 28th day, then on the 29th day until the 42nd day after the labor period is over. So it can be interpreted that the postpartum period is the period after six hours of delivery until the 42nd day after delivery The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of red betel leaf decoction on perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers at the Fina Sembiring Midwife Clinic, Medan Polonia District. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the Pre-Post Test Two Group Design, which was to see the difference between the intervention group and the control group. The population in this study were 10 respondents. In this study using the Independen Sample T Test. The results showed that there was a difference between before and after being given boiled betel water, namely 1,300 with Std. Deviation 1.031 with 95% CI = 817-1.783 with p value = 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of red betel leaf decoction on perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers at the Fina Sembiring Midwife Clinic, Medan Polonia District.

Abstract

Health is one of the elements in the general welfare that must be realized. Improving health requires information about health that can be obtained from health promotion with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 585/MENKES/SK/V/2007 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Health Promotion in Health Centers. In an implementation of health promotion policies inside the puskesmas and outside the puskesmas, it is to provide knowledge in the health sector in their working area and increase the satisfaction of patients visiting the puskesmas in order to improve excellent service at the puskesmas. Health promotion carried out at the Puskesmas is a strategy of empowerment, atmosphere building and advocacy which is supported by the existence of promotional media to be able to increase the satisfaction of patients who visit the Puskesmas to improve excellent health services at the Sumbul Health Center, Dairi Regency. Excellent service itself is a form of service that meets quality standards. The quality standard in question is a service that is in accordance with customer/community expectations and satisfaction. From the implementation of health promotion at the Sumbul Public Health Center, Dairi Regency, to improve excellent health services requires the involvement of special health promotion officers who receive training for health promotion and media supporting the results of puskesmas officers. Even so, there are also obstacles in the implementation of health promotion, such as community empowerment which is still not optimal as seen from the officer's information regarding areas where there are no health cadres to make it easier to provide information to the public.

Abstract

Puskesmas sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam pengiriman laporan bulanan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) oleh petugas Puskesmas. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya peran faktor internal Puskesmas dalam hal ketersediaan data, SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) serta peralatan dalam upaya mencapai kelengkapan dokumen SP2TP di Puskesmas. Bahkan tidak jarang juga koordinator di Puskesmas ikut serta dalam menginput data, padahal tugasnya mengkoordinir anggotanya untuk dapat melakukan pelaporan dengan baik. Banyak puskesmas telah memiliki komputer tetapi tidak digunakan dalam pengerjaan untuk laporan SP2TP, karena sudah terbiasa dengan cara manual yaitu mencatat setiap laporan kedalam buku laporan bulanan. Padahal informasi atau laporan haruslah mempunyai kualitas yang relevan, tepat waktu dan efisien agar dapat bermanfaat bagi yang membutuhkan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, sehingga kemungkinan tidak terjadi kesalahan baik yang disengaja maupun yang tidak di sengaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) terhadap tata kelola administrasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Biru- biru Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang bersifat explanatory dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu penelitian yang akan menggali, menganalisa dan menjelaskan tentang kualitas sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan terpadu terhadap tata kelola administrasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Biru-biru Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2019. Dalam pengumpulan data, data diperoleh dari seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Biru-biru melalui wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan instrumen (kuesioner) dan observasi mendalam, maupun dari catatan Puskesmas Biru-biru. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas SDM, kehandalan dan daya tanggap dalam melaksanakan SP2TP berpengaruh terhadap tata kelola di Puskesmas Sibiru-biru. Sedangkan faktor pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap tata Kelola administrasi
