Abstract

Competition of election mayor of banjar city very tight and the results is no easy to guess. There are too many variable who affected of the candidates victory, which is, political party sponsored, solid campaign team, big budget, campaign central messages, campaign method, candidate imageand constituent treatment can become an significant variable to get the victory. Scientific method who accurate and trusted to understood the voters with make a survey. Survey can show strength and weakness the candidates infront of the voters..Specifically, the information who get from survey are, first popularization measure, second, election level possibility, third, votes reason mapping, forth, significant issued identification, Fifth, campaign strategy identification. Concerned with that, behavior voters survey would become considerable value political mapping for the candidate to get a victory.Research result indicate people animo about election mayor of banjar city are very huge. People aspiration include individual characteristic figure, which is, integrity, economic capability, drummed up region commitment, leadership provisionally put a finger on abig attention accordingly the heftiest candidate mayor of banjar city hold on incumbent mayor dr. Herman Sutrisno.

Abstract

             This research seeks to know the perception of the five political parties (PKB, Golkar, PKS, PPP, and PDI) in the implementing legislation concerning women's representation in political parties and the electoral period 2009-2014, and the constraints faced by women in fulfilling the quota of 30%. With kualitatif.Dapat research methodology concluded that the representation of women in the 2009 legislative election in Tasikmalaya Regency is still very low at only 14% of the normative provisions of 30%. The five parties that became the sampling study, admitted that he had to do the functions of political parties, it's just cultural factors and conventional views of Islam considers women's entrance into the political sphere is something that is taboo. Although the view of Islam in the political sphere think of women as well as lacquers are the same men made no difference in the eyes of God. Representation of women in politics, especially in the legislature should be used as an evaluation, whether the low representation of women in Tasikmalaya Regency is 14% influenced by the electoral system, the internal political party or political and religious culture that has been entrenched in society. Party according to its function should provide a more mature political education to the cadre of women for the women to be better prepared to compete with men - men in the arena of politics, and make more qualified cadre of women in politics so that gender equality can be realized and the representation of women can be fulfilled for the benefit and well being nation.

Abstract

The Elements who Influence Orientasion and Attitudes Voters Concerning Legislative Candidates in General Election 2009 at Election District Tawang-Cihideung Tasikmalaya City. Voters behavior in general election 2009 very different with voters behavior in general election 2004. Voters confronted with legislative candidates who have to be votes and so do the political party who take the legislative candidates, so many voters who had multiple diverse orientation and attitude. The most attitude who have affected orientasion and attitude voters to legislative candidates.This research be done at election district 1 Cihideung-Tawang, in this district there are 116 legislative candidates from 25 political party who there in election district 1, they are joining in legislative election 2009. living hood, primordialism, voters loyality, job and propechy, it becomes the most influence elements of orientation and attitude change of the voters.
