Abstract

Madrasa teachers in working and providing services to the community must have optimal performance, have integrity, be professional, neutral and free from political influence, free from corrupt practices, collusion, and nepotism, and be able to provide educational services for the community and be able to carry out the role as a teacher. teacher. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 Article 1 it is stated that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education, formal education, basic education, and secondary education. . education.
