Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan intrumen penerapan  strategi preview assess ahoose axpedite reeview (PACER) terhadapa keterampilan membaca skimming mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Adzkia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu untuk mengetahui kelayakan instrumen pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. instrumen pembelajaran yang dikembangkan yaitu Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), Satuan Acar Perkuliahan (SAP), dan Rubrik Keterampilan Membaca Skimming. Hasil validasi Instrumen RPS yaitu 3,73 dengan kriteria sangat valid, sedangkan hasil validasi instrumen SAP memperoleh skor 3,76 dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan hasil validasi instrumen Rubrik Keterampilan Membaca Skimming memperoleh skor 3,80 dengan kriteria dangat valid. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa instrumen RPS, SAP, dan Lembar keterampilan Membaca Skimming telah dirancang memperoleh nilai sangat valid dan layak digunakan. Kata Kunci : Analisis, Validitas, Strategi PACER, Membaca Skimming Analysis of Instrument Validity of the Implementation of the PACER Strategy on Skimming Skimming Skills of STKIP Adzkia PGSD Students This study aims to determine the feasibility level of the instrument implementation of the preview assessment strategy, assess ahoose axpedite review (PACER) on the skimming skills of students of PGSD STKIP Adzkia. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, namely to determine the feasibility of the learning instrument being developed. The learning instruments developed were Semester Learning Plans (RPS), Lecture Pickup Units (SAP), and Skimming Reading Skills Rubrics. The validation results of the RPS instrument were 3.73 with very valid criteria, while the results of the validation of the SAP instrument obtained a score of 3.76 with very valid criteria, and the results of the validation of the Skimming Reading Skills Rubric instrument were 3.80 with very valid criteria. The results of the analysis show that the RPS, SAP, and Skimming Reading Skills instruments have been designed to obtain very valid values and are suitable for use.Key terms:  Analysis, Validity, PACER Strategy, Reading Skimming

Abstract

This research is motivated by observations, that the LKPD used is still insufficient in inviting active students in the learning process, as well as developing social, emotional, moral and aesthetic communication in children. The problems studied are: 1. How is the development of Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on the Discovery Learning Approach in Integrated Thematic Learning Theme 9 Sub-theme 1 Class V SD Negeri 12 Pisang Padang City; 2. What is the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of Student Worksheet (LKPD) Based on the Discovery Learning Approach in Integrated Thematic Learning Theme 9 Sub-theme 1 Class V SD Negeri 12 Pisang Kota Padang?.This research and development resulted in LKPD products based on discovery learning approaches on the theme of 9 sub-themes 1 and obtained valid / feasible and practical product results for use, the LKPD products developed had fulfilled the components as good teaching materials for use in the learning process because they were in accordance with KI, KD and the suitability of attractive colors, images, sizes and fonts. In addition, according to students' circumstances, the language used is easy to understand, has learning instructions and an assignment assessment score. The form of the assignment is simple but able to cover all learning indicators. From the results of the assessment of the overall average score on the LKPD validation is 84.3 including in the very valid category, it can be used without revision. This shows that the developed LKPD is valid. Thus, it means that the developed LKPD is good and can be used as a learning resource for students in the development of LKPD based on the discovery learning approach in integrated thematic learning in class V elementary schools. The level of practicality of the product is seen from the results of the responses of 1 class teacher, 5 students and their parents with an average score of 95% (Very Interested), which means that the LKPD products developed are practical for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SD Negeri 30 Kubu Dalam kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh hasil belajar siswa dalam IPS dengan menggunakan model  Teams Games Tournament (TGT) kelas V SD Negeri 30 Kubu Dalam Kota Padang. Penelitian ini eksperimen, yaitu Quasi Exsperimental Design. Dengan rancangan Posttest Only Design. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyelesaian. Dan teknik analisis data yang penulis lakukan adalah uji Normalitas, uji Homogenitas, dan uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini terlihat pada kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata nilai yaitu 66,03 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata nilai yaitu 59,83. Dengan Hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh  yaitu  thitung = 2,010 dan tTabel = 1.671 dengan db= 59 (n1+n2-2= 30+31-2=59) dimana thitung > tTabel  (12,85 > 2,010)  sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: “hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan menggunakan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran  konvensional di kelas V SD Negeri 30 Kubu Dalam kota Padang”.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrated thematic teaching materials are practical and effective. The draft was designed and then validated by three experts and two practitioners. Practicality is seen through the results of analysis of the implementation of the RPP, the questionnaire responses of students and teachers. Effectiveness seen through the results of activity observation and student learning outcomes. The results obtained, validation RPP gained an average of 3.74 in the category of very valid. Validation of teaching materials gained an average of 3.7 in the category of very valid. Mastery learning outcomes of students reached 88%. This means an integrated thematic teaching materials have been valid, practical and effective use in improving learning outcomes of students in the fourth grade of elementary school. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of the social studies learning process by using a cooperative model of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Alang Rambah Pesisir Selatan. This study uses a type of classroom action research with quantitative and qualitative approaches, this study consisted of II cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, tests and documentation. While the research instruments are observation sheets, test sheets and documents. The results of research from each cycle that was carried out showed an increase in the learning process. In planning the first cycle the average is 74.5% in the second cycle increased to 96.42%. In the implementation of learning on aspects of the teacher the first cycle the average is 78.5% and in the second cycle increased to 96%. Learning aspects of students in the first cycle were 78.5% and in the second cycle increased to 96%. On the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle the average was 66.68% and the second cycle increased to 81.36%. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the cooperative model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) can improve the social studies learning process.Keywords: Cooperative Model Type Teams Games Tournament (TGT), IPS

Abstract

This study is almed to know the influence of the application of Cooperative Model Numbered Head Together (NHT) Type through/toward the IPS Students’ Achievement at Grade V at SDN 01 Bandar Buat Padang.This study is designed in Quasi Experimental Design with Posttest Only Controlled Design. Popullation in this study is two classess of students at Grade V at SDN 01 Bandar Buat Padang with 63 people totally. The sampling technique is total sampling which is derived to all popullation, so that VA class as experimental class and VB class as controlled class. Data collection in this study is by collecting the students’ test result in from of multiple choice test with 12 items of question. Data collected is analyzed with T-test instrument and show Tcounted = 2,425 and Ttable = 1,670 with db = 61 (n1+n2-2 = 32+31-2 = 61), where as Tcounted is bigger than Ttable so that H0 is refused and H1 is accepted. It could be concluded that Cooperative Model Numbered Head Together (NHT) type shared a significant influence toward V the IPS Students’ Achievement at Grade V at SDN 01 Bandar Buat Padang at academic year 2017/2018. Keywords: Cooperative Model Numbered Head Together (NHT) Type, Student Achievement, IPS

Abstract

The background of this research is that the lecture design is not optimal so that students can think critically in understanding social studies material assisted by audio-visual media. The design of this research is Quasi-Experimental with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population is the second-semester students of the 2020/2021 academic year. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, Class II C as the experimental class and II D as the control class. Test the hypothesis by t-test and the data obtained by the value of tcount = 1,729 with a difficulty level of 5% with the test criteria if tcount> ttable then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The experimental class test results averaged 74.5 and the control class averaged 65. The standard deviation of the control class (S=19.9) was greater than the standard deviation of the experimental class (S=14,4). The value of t-test is tcount = 1,729 and ttable = 1,686. The results of the study prove that the use of the Problem Based Learning model with the aid of Audio Visual media has an effect on students' critical thinking skills in learning the basic concepts of social studies at Adzkia University.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in social studies learning in the fifth grade of SDN 50 Kuranji Padang. This study aims to determine the effect of the Bamboo Dancing learning model on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN 50 Kuranji Padang. The research method used was Quasi Experimental Design with the design of Posttest Only Control Design. The population in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 50 Kuranji Padang, which class VB using the Bamboo Dancing learning model while the VA class using the Bamboo Dancing learning model. Based on the results of the posttest, the average value of the experimental class is 80.0 and the average value of the control class is 63.93. From the results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 0.05, obtained a significant value of 0.51 because sig˃α, the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be concluded that the Bamboo Dancing learning model influences social studies learning outcomes of students in fifth grade SDN 50 Kuranji Padang in the 2018 school year / 2019.

Abstract

This research is motivated because of the problems found in schools, namely, the LKPD used in schools is generally less attractive, both in terms of the space for filling in the less extensive answers, the color of the LKPD which does not have an attractive color, the structure is incomplete and the supporting images for the LKPD are inadequate. This research is a development research, namely Research and Development (R&D) which consists of four stages, namely: define, design, development, disseminate. in this development research using the 4-D model proposed by Thiagarajan (in Ratumanan, 2019: 61). The results showed that the development of discovery learning-based LKPD collected through a validation questionnaire was used to measure the feasibility of student worksheets (LKPD). The results showed that the discovery learning-based student worksheets developed were feasible and valid for learning. This is evident from the results of obtaining questionnaires by expert experts and educators who state that the development product is feasible based on the results of the linguist expert's validity test (92.5%) is categorized as very valid, aspects of rpp Validator 1 (92.5%) are categorized as very valid, Validator 2 (95.00%) which is categorized as very valid, expert design expert (98.07%) is categorized as very valid. This proves that the Integrated Thematic Student Worksheet Development (LKPD) with the Discovery Learning Model in Class IV of Elementary School is stated very valid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pentingnya keterampilan pemecahan masalah di era revolusi industry 4.0, sehingga keterampilan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa SD perlu untuk dianalisis. Urgensi penelitian ini yaitu sebagai landasan untuk proses pembelajaran dalam hal merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi, juga landasan bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam membuat kebijakan terkait pendidikan. Metode deskripstif kualitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Populasi penelitiannya seluruh anak kelas V SD di Kecamatan IV Nagari Kabupaten Sijunjung yang terdiri dari 7 sekolah. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 91 siswa. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes keterampilan pemecahan masalah berbentuk essay yang valid, teruji daya beda, tingkat kesukaran sedang dan reliabilitas sebanyak 7 butir. Hasil analisis yaitu, keterampilan siswa ketika memecahkan masalah terhambat pada indikator ke tiga yaitu menyelesaikan masalah dengan persentase 34% (31 siswa), yang disebabkan oleh lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam pengerjaan operasi bilangan, penggunaan rumus dan lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengaitkan antar unsur yang diketahui dalam soal.
