Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi marjin pemasaran jeruk siam di Kecamatan Pasaman Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Waktu penelitian bulan Juli-Agustus 2019. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dan data sekunder yang selanjutnya dijadikan bahan analisa dalam penelitian. Data diolah secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk marjin pemasaran dan dengan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda untuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi pemasaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini petani jeruk siam berjumlah 74 orang dan lembaga-lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat pada proses pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik secara simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa harga di tingkat konsumen akhir (X1), volume penjualan (X2), jarak fisik pemasaran (X3), jumlah lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat (X4), umur pedagang pengecer (X5) dan pengalaman pedagang pengecer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap marjin pemasaran jeruk siam. Namun secara parsial (Uji t) diantara enam faktor tersebut, maka harga di tingkat konsumen akhir (X1), jumlah lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat (X4), pengalaman berdagang pengecer (X6), jarak fisik pemasaran (X3) paling berpengaruh, kemudian diikuti oleh variabel umur pedagang pengecer (X5) sedangkan volume penjualan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap marjin pemasaran jeruk siam. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the marketing margin of citrus in Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency. The research period has taken on July-August 2019. The type of data used in this study was primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data which were then used as material for analysis in the study. The data were processed descriptively and quantitatively for marketing margins and with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for the factors that affect marketing efficiency. The research used a survey method. The population in this study was 74 farmers and marketing institutions involved in the marketing process. The results showed that based on the results of simultaneous statistical analysis (F test) showed that the price at the end consumer level (X1), sales volume (X2), physical distance to marketing (X3), the number of marketing agencies involved (X4), age of the retailers. (X5) and the experience of retailers have a significant effect on the marketing margin of citrus. But partially (t test) among these six factors, the price at the end consumer level (X1), the number of marketing agencies involved (X4), the retailer's trading experience (X6), the physical distance of marketing (X3) is the most influential, then followed by retailer age variable (X5) while sales volume (X2) has no significant effect on marketing margin of citrus.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik terhadap pendapatan petani jagung manis pada anggota Gabungan Kelompok Tani Tunas Muda Kelurahan Kampung Jua Nan XX Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah petani jagung manis yang tergabung pada Gapoktan Tunas Muda. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sensus dan jumlah sampel 60 orang petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Nilai RSquare dari penelitian ini sebesar 0,968. Artinya secara simultan pendapatan usahatani jagung manis dipengaruhi oleh umur, pendidikan, pengalaman, jumlah anggota keluarga dan luas lahan, sebesar 96,8% dan selebihnya 3,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. 2). Terdapat pengaruh nyata antara pendidikan, pengalaman dan luas lahan terhadap pendapatan usahatani jagung manis. Hasil uji t yang diperoleh nilai t-hitung > t-tabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dengan demikian H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. 3).Tidak terdapat pengaruh nyata antara umur dan jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan usahatani jagung manis. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung < t-tabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dengan demikian H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima. 4). R/C Ratio = 1,91> 1, maka usahatani jagung manis sudah efesien.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menganalisis karakteristik petani padi sawah sistem tanam jajar legowo 4:1 dengan non jajar legowo dan (2) Menganalisis efisiensi usahatani padi sawah dilihat dari sisi pendapatan dan kelayakan usahatani (R/C ratio). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2017. Populasi pada penelitian adalah petani padi sawah sistem tanam jajar legowo 4:1 dan non jajar legowo yang tergabung pada Gapoktan Batu Gadang Bersama. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu petani yang pekerjaan utamanya adalah berusahatani padi sawah dengan luas lahan minimal 0,25 ha. Jumlah sampel ditetapkan masing-masing kelompok 30 orang petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Karakteristik responden padi sawah sistem tanam jajar legowo 4:1 dilihat dari umur berusia produktif 21 orang (70,00%), pendidikan SLTA 13 orang (43,33%), luas lahan 0,5–1,0 Ha 22 orang (73,34%), jumlah anggota keluarga ≤4 orang sebanyak 14 orang (46,67%), dan pengalaman berusahatani >10 tahun 22 orang (73,34%) sedangkan non jajar legowo dilihat dari umur berusia produktif 21 orang (70,00%), pendidikan SD 13 orang (43,33%), luas lahan <0,5 Ha 21 orang (70,00%), jumlah anggota keluarga ≤4 orang 16 orang (53,33%), dan pengalaman berusahatani >10 tahun 20 orang (66,66%). (2) Pendapatan dan R/C ratio responden petani padi sawah sistem tanam jajar legowo 4:1 lebih tinggi (Rp.18.272.789,86 dengan R/C ratio 2,66) daripada non jajar legowo (RP.13.294.379,08 dengan R/C ratio 2,44) dan berbeda nyata pada tingkat α = 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi marjin pemasaran kubis di Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Waktu penelitian bulan Juli 2022. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dan data sekunder yang selanjutnya dijadikan bahan analisa dalam penelitian. Data diolah secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk marjin pemasaran dan dengan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda untuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi pemasaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini petani kubis berjumlah 71 orang dan lembaga-lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat pada proses pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik secara simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa harga di tingkat konsumen akhir (X1), volume penjualan (X2), jarak fisik pemasaran (X3), jumlah lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat (X4), umur pedagang pengecer (X5), pengalaman (X6) dan pendidikan pedagang pengecer (X7) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap marjin pemasaran kubis. Namun secara parsial (Uji t) di antara tujuh faktor tersebut, maka variabel harga di tingkat konsumen akhir (X1), jumlah lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat (X4), jarak fisik pemasaran (X3) paling berpengaruh, kemudian diikuti oleh variabel tingkat pendidikan (X7) dan pengalaman berdagang pengecer (X6), sedangkan umur pedagang pengecer (X5) dan volume penjualan (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap marjin pemasaran kubis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows: 1). Analyzing the efficiency of carrot farming (Daucus carota L.) in District Ten Koto Tanah Datar District 2). Analyzing marketing efficiency in carrots (Daucus carota L.) in Sepuluh Koto District, Tanah Datar District. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods with population criteria are (1) Farmers who carry out carrot farming activities in the planting season from April to August 2019, (2) Land area cultivated at least 0.25 Ha, (3) Land under cultivation alone. Based on these criteria there are 53 people so that the entire population that meets the criteria is sampled. Data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data   analysis   was   carried   out   qualitatively   and   quantitatively. Qualitative analysis is used to find out the general picture of carrot farming and marketing, while quantitative analysis is carried out to find out about cost structure and revenue analysis and marketing efficiency seen from the marketing margin, farmer's share and the ratio of profits to marketing costs. This research was conducted in July to August 2019. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1). Carrot farming in the District of Ten Koto is worth the effort, this is evidenced by the R / C value obtained at 2.16. 2). There are 2 patterns of marketing channels with different final destination markets, namely Marketing Channel I (Farmers-PPD-PB-Pasar Raya Padang Retailers and West Pasaman) and Marketing Channel II (Farmers - PB - Long Strait Retailers and Padangsidempuan). The marketing functions performed on the marketing channel in the delivery of carrots to consumers have been effective. The most efficient channels are I.a marketing channels with a marketing margin of Rp.4,000.00; farmer's share of 50.00% ¸ and the profit-to-marketing ratio is 2.48 with a sales volume of 57,895 kg.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1). Analyzing the financial feasibility of Balado AA fried peanuts in Padang City 2). Analyzing the added value of Balado AA fried peanuts in Padang City. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Respondents in this study were owners of balado AA fried peanuts in Padang Pasir Village, West Padang District. The sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The types of data to used are qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing the feasibility and added value. Based on the research results, it is found that: 1.) Balado AA fried peanut business in Padang Pasir Village, West Padang District is feasible to be looked at from the R / C ratio value of 2,29; BEP for Rp. 21.837,71 and BEP for volume of 384,34 Kg. 2.) The added value obtained in the agro-industry of Balado AA fried peanuts is an average of Rp. 56.663,45 / kg or a value added ratio of 56,66% with a profit of 58,33%. From the research results it can be suggested: 1). Business owners are expected to maintain the quality of Balado AA Fried Peanuts. The company is advised to improve financial management in the Balado AA Fried Peanut business. 2). Marketing research needs to be carried out to increase the demand for products produced by Balado AA Fried Peanuts, so that it is expected to increase the production and income of entrepreneurs optimally

Abstract

This study aims as follows: 1) To analyze the income and efficiency of sweet corn farming with paddy fields in Pisang Village, Padang City. 2) To analyze the difference between sweet corn and lowland rice farming income in Pisang Village, Padang City. The basic research method is descriptive and comparative analysis and implementation with the survey method. The selection of this research location was carried out by purposive sampling, based on the consideration that Pisang Village is one of the villages that cultivate sweet corn with lowland rice in turns. The population in this study were sweet corn farmers with lowland rice in Pisang Village, Padang City. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique (deliberately), ie farmers whose main job is sweet corn farming with lowland rice with a minimum land area of 0.1 ha which is harvested at the time of the study. The number of samples was set at 60 farmers, consisting of 30 sweet corn farmers and 30 lowland rice farmers for research using primary and secondary data analysis. The analytical methods used include comparative analysis of farm income with the concept of operating costs. Comparative analysis of farm income using t test. The research was conducted in May-June 2018. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1). The average income earned by sweet corn farmers is Rp. 14,518,518,52/Ha 1 (one) planting season with R/C ratio, 2,41 while for paddy Rp. 14. 837,814, 17/ha per growing season with R/C ratio, 2.43. Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). Analyzing the business feasibility of Pinukuik Enggi in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency 2). Analyzing the added value of Pinukuik Enggi's business in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Respondents in this study were business owners Pinukuik Enggi in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Sampling used in this research is purposive sampling. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was carried out with feasibility analysis and added value. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1.) Pinukuik Enggi business in Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency is feasible, seen from the R/C ratio value of 1,79; BEP price Rp. 8.376,06 and BEP volume 205,99 Kg. 2.) The added value obtained in the Pinukuik Enggi business is an average of Rp. 36.692,30/kg or the value-added ratio of 63,22% with an entrepreneur's profit of 55,82%. From the results of the study it can be suggested: 1). It is hoped that business owners can maintain the quality of the pinukuik taste. 2). Trying to make new innovations for processed pinukuik products or creating new recipes without eliminating the uniqueness of the taste of pinukuik itself which will be sold/marketed later
