Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (ROA), leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) on corporate value (PBV) in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Research Methodology research uses the data panel regression analysis method with the model used is fixed effect. The results of the F test show that profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and liquidity (CR) adequately explain the influence on firm value (PBV). Result of research show that profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) have significant effect to company value variable (PBV) while variable of liquidity (CR) has no significant effect to company value variable (PBV). The results of Determination Coefficient Test showed that the proportion influence of profitability, leverage and liquidity to company value was 86%. While the rest of 14% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

One form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is to do community service. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of being able to provide benefits and positive impacts for the community, both short term and long term. On this occasion, our group of 7 Perbanas Institute lecturer teams collaborated with students to carry out community service activities at the Mizan Amanah Tebet orphanage, South Jakarta. The activities carried out are providing education, socializing about the benefits and impacts of using the internet for children in learning, as well as preparing health protocols for face-to-face learning. On this occasion we also provided compensation for the students at the Mizan Amanah Orphanage, Tebet Jakarta. We hope that this community service activity will have a positive impact on students in applying the use of the internet and how they can equip themselves to take part in face-to-face learning during this pandemic.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic encourages people to use alternatives to reduce interaction barriers, one of which is using the internet network. The pandemic has given blessings to business people in the food sector, due to the increase in orders through food delivery applications or Food Delivery Apps (FDAs). This condition creates new problems related to the health aspects of the food delivered because of the potential for virus transmission in the food delivered. The research focuses on the level of customer satisfaction which is influenced by food safety, level of trust, performance expectations and technology suitability. The population in this study is 10 million people who live in Jakarta and the sample in this study is 210 respondents. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Smart PLS software is used to process the data. Based on the test result, the six hypotheses are all accepted, and this supports previous research. This study expands the knowledge and benefits of food delivery using food delivery applications or FDA which creates user perceptions and behavior, together with technological factors influencing consumer trust and satisfaction to use FDA in the COVID-19 pandemic conditions.
