Abstract

Before the pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out offline with the guidance of teachers. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities were carried out online. In implementing online learning activities, Pedungan State Elementary School 11 can carry out online learning activities successfully, so it is necessary to study what factors influence the success of online teaching. This research was conducted to find out what factors influence the success of online teaching during the New Normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method where this study contains a description of the factors that influence the success of online teaching in the new normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and parents of students using incidental techniques. The factors that influence the success of online teaching during the new normal period at the 11 Pedungan State Elementary School are as follows: (1) Teacher readiness. Teachers are very ready and have the ability to use information technology. (2) School Readiness. The school has well facilitated this online teaching and learning activity. Such as the internet, computers, laptops, cellphones, special IT rooms. (3) Student Readiness. The students have followed the online learning activities well. according to the schedule determined by the teachers. (4) Readiness of Parents of Students. Parents of students have provided guidance and supervision to their sons and daughters so that online learning can run well.

Abstract

Pada saat ini Dunia sedang dilanda pandemic Covid-19. Semua sektor mengalami penurunan yang sangat tajam. Salah satunya adalah sektor ekonomi. Perekonomian Bali sangat di dukung oleh kegiatan Pariwisata. Hampir semua kegiatan pariwisata yang ada di Bali seperti mati suri (tidak ada kegiatan). Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan terdiri dari beberapa Desa. Salah satunya yaitu Desa Pemogan. Di Desa Pemogan terdapat beberapa daerah pertanian atau persawahan. Daerah pertanian atau persawahan tersebut adalah Agrowisata Subak Kerdung. Saat ini agrowisata subak Kerdung dan jogging track belum dikelola dengan baik, baik dari sisi manajemen (tata kelola), kebersihan, kenyamanan, ketentuan atau peraturan terkait subak Kerdung, ataupun promosinya kepada masyarakat luas. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui pengelolaan Agrowisata Subak Kerdung menjadi lebih kompetitif. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu metode observasi dan metode wawancara. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada Agrowisata Subak Kerdung dan Jogging Track ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi pengelolaan agrowisata Subak Kerdung dan Jogging Track dalam rangka peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengelolaan angrowisata subak Kerdung yang lebih kompetitif. Dengan memberikan sosialisasi, bimbingan teknis, dan pembinaan secara langsung khususnya kepada para pemangku kepentingan (Pekaseh, Kelian Subak, dan Prajuru) diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada mereka dalam melakukan pengelolaan agrowisata Subak Kerdung dan Jogging Track ini. At this time the world is being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. All sectors experienced a decline. One of them is the economic sector. The economy of Bali is very much supported by tourism activities. Almost all tourism activities in Bali are not activity. South Denpasar consists of several villages. One of them is Pemogan Village. In Pemogan Village, there are several agricultural or rice fields. The area of agriculture or rice fields is the Subak Credung. Currently, subak credung have not been well managed, both in terms of management (governance), cleanliness, comfort, regulations related to subak credung, promotion to the community. The purpose of this activity is to improve the community's economy through agrotourism management subak credung has become more competitive. This community service uses 2 methods, namely the observation method and the interview method. This community service activity in the subak credung is to provide education on the management of the subak credung in order to improve the community's economy through a more competitive management of subak credung. By technical guidance are especially to stakeholders (Pekaseh, Kelian Subak, and Prajuru), it is hoped that they will be able to provide benefits to them in managing the subak credung.
