Abstract

Konsep diri merupakan hal penting yang akan menentukan bagaimana seseorang memandang dirinya sendiri. Memiliki konsep diri yang baik penting dimiliki oleh setiap siswa SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri pada siswa SMA X di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 40 subjek yang terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswa perempuan yang kemudian pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian skala konsep diri model likert. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas konsep diri pada siswa SMA X Yogyakarta berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 62,5% dimana terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara konsep diri laki-laki dengan perempuan. Konsep diri laki-laki lebih tinggi daripada perempuan. Sedangkan ditinjau melalui aspek fisiologis, psikologis, psiko-sosial, dan psiko-spiritual tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara laki-laki dengan perempuan.

Abstract

Abstract Strategic efforts are needed in Indonesia to implement the recently released human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) Test and Treat policy which promotes increased treatment uptake, known to have important economic benefits. Of Indonesia’s estimated 631,635 people living with HIV (PLHIV) in 2018, only 12% are on treatment. The USAID- and PEPFAR-funded Human Resources for Health in 2030 (HRH2030) Program undertook policy analysis and assessed the available health workforce and service delivery at select sites in Jakarta to identify and anticipate Test and Treat implementation gaps. A mixed methods concurrent triangulation design was used, including policy analysis, key informant interviews, and site-level tools to capture workforce availability, skills, quality, and performance. Results indicate priorities to: define and implement HIV standards of practice for the Test and Treat policy; improve relevance and coordination of pre-service and in-service training programs; and support managers to optimize task and workforce allocation, including allocating lower-skilled workers to routine testing. Additional site-level data are needed from rural and remote sites in Indonesia, where fewer health workers are distributed. Efficiencies can help sustain HIV programs and contribute to epidemic control.Abstrak Upaya strategis dibutuhkan Indonesia untuk implementasi kebijakan Pemeriksaan dan Pengobatan (Test and Treat) HIV, seperti yang diterbitkan oleh USAID dan PEPFAR. Kebijakan ini mendorong peningkatan cakupan pengobatan yangd diyakini penting secara ekonomi. Diperkirakan pada tahun 2018 terdapat 631,635 ODHA di Indonesia dan hanya 12% yang menjalani pengobatan. Program HRH2030 yang didanai oleh USAID dan PEPFAR melakukan analisis kebijakan dan penilaian ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan dan pelayanan HIV di beberapa unit layanan di Jakarta, untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengantisipasi kesenjangan implementasi kebijakan. Kajian menggunakan metode campuran dengan melakukan analisis kebijakan, wawancara informan kunci, dan serangkaian alat asesmen tingkat unit layanan untuk menangkap informasi terkait ketersediaan, keterampilan, kualitas, dan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Hasil kajian ini memprioritaskan adanya penetapan dan penerapan standar praktik layanan HIV yang sesuai dengan kebijakan Pemeriksaan dan Pengobatan. Peningkatan koordinasi program pendidikan pra-layanan dan pelatihan dalam jabatan dan dukungan kepada manajer unit layanan untuk mengoptimalkan alokasi tugas dan tenaga kesehatan menjadi hal yang penting. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan keberlanjutan program HIV. Data dan informasi tingkat unit layanan dibutuhkan, khususnya dari wilayah pedesaan dan terpencil.

Abstract

Resilience is an ability of self-resilience that every individual must have in living his life so that individuals are able to organize their lives well. The purpose of this study was to determine the resilience of female workers during the pandemic in Yogyakarta and the aspects affecting the resilience of female workers during the pandemic in Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach through the interview method with six informants. The results showed that women during the pandemic had good resilience by avoiding negative thoughts and trying to be individuals who built a positive life with family support as the first bastion so that informants maintain their spiritual and physical health. This triggered the informants to remain productive in order to build a happy and healthy family environment.

Abstract

A functional performance assessment is crucial for planning an employee's career development working in the company. Nevertheless, related to the performance, so far, conceptually, it is divided into two, e.g., task and contextual performance. Subsequently, directly or indirectly, contextual performance influences individual task performance. Therefore, the study related to particular contextual performance becomes an essential matter to discuss. This study related to contextual performance is relatively scarce; moreover, it does not even find primarily in startup companies. The research objective is to observe the role of perceived organizational support, organizational culture, and servant leadership on contextual performance. The method in this study is quantitative correlation research. The participants in this research are startup employees who are actively working. The instrument for collecting data is a psychological scale consisting of a contextual performance scale, perceived organizational support scale, organizational culture scale, and servant leadership scale. The data analysis technique employs multiple regression analysis. The research result indicates that the coefficient values are R=0.589, F=4.615, and p=0.01 (p<0,05). Based on the data analysis result, simultaneously, perceived organizational support, organizational culture, and servant leadership is indeed contributed to contextual performance.Keywords: Organizational culture, Contextual performance, Perceived organizational support, servant leadership, Startup

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen afektif dan keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja kontekstual guru sekolah vokasi. Terdapat kondisi positif dan negatif terkait dengan kinerja guru SMK Muhammadiyah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kepemimpinan transformasional, skala komitmen afektif, skala keterikatan kerja dan skala kinerja kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen afektif dan keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja kontekstual. Uji parsial menunjukkan  pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja kontektual. Penelitian ini juga menemukan tidak adanya pengaruh antara variabel komitmen afektif terhadap variabel kinerja kontekstual.

Abstract

This correlational study aimed to present empirical evidence on the role of emotion-focused coping, learning motivation, and social skills in academic stress.   Respondents were 6th-semester students of the guidance and counseling department at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta (n=237). The multiple linear regression analysis results showed that emotion-focused coping, learning motivation, and social skills simultaneously affect academic stress. The result of this study provides university counselors with a reference on guidance and counseling services related to emotion-focused coping, learning motivation, social skills, and academic stress.

Abstract

The conversion of religions from non-Islam to Islam is often a moment of spiritual awakening for converts. They feel they have a stronger connection with God and experience a deep feeling of peace and happiness towards their new faith. This study aims to explore in depth the description of spirituality in converts from non-Islamic religions to Islam. The method used in this research is a qualitative phenomenologys approach. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews and observation. The subjects in this research were dua converts who were aged 30-50 years. The research results identified four main themes (Superordinate Themes), namely the power of initial belief, spiritual search, and spiritual experience. The second main theme is the time of religious conversion which consists of sub-themes of decision making, barriers to making a pledge, hiding interest in Islam, recognizing Islamic identity. The third main theme is after converting to Islam which consists of sub-themes of environmental response after religious conversion, social relations after religious conversion, and new spiritual experiences. The last main theme is self-change, which consists of the sub-theme of internalization of the Islamic religion.

Abstract

Covid-19 affects healthcare professionals like nurses who handle positive Covid-19 patients directly, potentially having both a physical and psychological impact. It is possible to adapt to a pandemic and still be able to thrive, despite the fact that the disease continues to endanger lives and alter daily life. In an Islamic perspective, flourishing is known as a gift from Allah SWT and can be viewed as a state in which all areas of a person's life perform exceptionally well and are able to reach maximal development so that they can function fully. This study uses qualitative methods and uses interviews as data collection and the findings show that the five subjects have prospered and attribute divine values to each of their occupations by viewing their labor as deserving of devotion. The five subjects have the capacity to learn wisdom and to express gratitude for the blessings Allah SWT has bestowed.
