Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Riau Province Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in obtaining the 2019 Child Eligible Province mover award and the inhibiting and supporting factors in the Riau Province Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in obtaining the 2019 Child Eligible Province mover award.The location of the research was carried out at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Riau Province. This study involved 5 informants, namely the Head of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Staff for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Secretary of the Riau Province Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office, Pekanbaru City KLA Cluster Team and other KLA cluster teams. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, documentation and literature. The data analysis technique used in this study uses interactive analysis which includes three components: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions.The results of this study: (1) The strategies adopted by the Riau Province Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in the Development of Eligible Children in Riau Province in Riau Province in 2019 there are three (3) strategies, diversification strategies, preventive strategies and innovative strategies. (2) The inhibiting factors of the Riau Province Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in the Development of Child Friendly Provinces in Riau Province are first, the lack of socialization to the community. Second, budget constraints, and third, the lack of community participation. (3) The supporting factors of the Riau Province Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in the Development of Child Friendly Provinces in Riau Province are first, the existence of collaboration with SKPD and second, the community as an intermediary. Keywords: strategy, coordination, and DPPPA.

Abstract

The mosque is an important place for religious activities for Muslims, including the Old Alley Mosque. Gang Bengkok Mosque was established in 1874, and is the second oldest mosque in Medan city after the Osmani Mosque which was founded in 1854. This mosque was founded by four important people namely: Datuk M. Ali (As Agnia), Syeikh Muh. Yacub (Mandailing leader as a scholar), Tjong A Fie (Contributing to the finances for the construction of the mosque), Mufthi Syeikh Hasan Maksum (Allowing the construction of the mosque). The purpose of building this mosque, among others, is to provide awareness of religious people to make religious values ​​an important aspect. The Old Gang Bengkok Mosque contributes to society, especially in terms of the state, namely, as a sign of the Indonesian nation's struggle in terms of moving the hearts of Muslims to jihad and creating tolerance towards religious people, because the foundation of the construction of this mosque is so that religious people can respect each other. This research was conducted by means of observation and interviews

Abstract

Secara umum, kecemasan bisa membuat gangguan hubungan interpersonal dan mengakibatkan seseorang jadi kacau pikirannya. Faktor kecemasan pastinya akan menggangu siswa dalam pembelajaran baik itu menyimak, membaca menulis, menghapal dan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah faktor kecemasan pada anak SD dalam menghadapi ujian akhir sekolah dapat mengganggu keterampilan menyimak siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka (library research). Berbagai data yang didapatkan berasal dari kajian pustaka yang dilakukan penulis yang diperoleh dalam berbagai buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal lalu di olah dan di analisa berdasarkan hasil referensi yang didapatkan, lalu dikembangkan dengan argumen dari penulis supaya menghasilkan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak sering cemas ketika menghadapi ujian akhir.
