Abstract

الإشتقاق فى اللغة هو أخذ شق الشيئ يعنى نصفه أو جانبا منه، وفى الاصطلاح هو أخذ كلمة من أخرى لمناسبة منها فى المعنى مع تغيير فى اللفظ. طرييقة اشتقاق الكلمات بترميز الكلمات على أنها ثلاثي أم رباعي، وضبط الكلمات بالصيغ المشهورة فى اللغة العربية، ضبط الكلمات بالأوزان الصرفي فى المقررة، و حمل الكلمات إلى التصريفات.

Abstract

his study aims to identify - and analyze the implementation KTSP-inhibiting factor in supporting MTsN III Malang Regency. Beforeimplementing MTsN KTSP make preparations mature enough and stable.Implementation of KTSP in MTsN III Malang running smoothly, procedural,and in accordance with the laws, regulations and guidance from BSNP.As an indicator of KTSP implementation can be ascertained from studentachievement in the UN in 2008 the average value of 7.18 and in 2009 theaverage value of 8.75. Some of non-academic and academic achievementsof the various competitions from local, regional, national and evenASEAN succeed achieved by MTsN III Malang. Factors supporting theimplementation of KTPS MTsN III Malang can be known from the ethos,dedication, loyalty, and professionalism of each school functionary (Head,Deputy Head, teachers, staff of the General Affair, and student input). Whileblocking factor has not fully have ideal classrooms (20-30 students perclass).Keywords: KTSP, Madrasah, Implementation KTSP.

Abstract

This research is a comparative study which compared to the impact  PAIprivate high school implementation islamic faundation that uses foundationand Diknas curriculum. The purpose of this study are 1) to know the differencebetween the religious behavior of students who obtain teaching religion  fromdiknas curiculum  and PAI  foundation curicula, 2) to identify differences inreligious behavior among students of class X, XI, and XII at the PAI religious  prifate high school  foundation. The results showed (1) students who get educationfrom foundation curicula is better than the setudent who  get education  PAI from diknas curicula .  2). The student of class  XII student behavior is betterthan the behavior in grade XI.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh motivasi kerja, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor dinas perhubungan komunikasi dan informatika kabupaten soppeng”dibimbing oleh Hasmin dan Abdul Rasak Munir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Dan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana Motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng.Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh Motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang Positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng, Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang Positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng, Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang Positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. Secara Simultan variabel Motivasi, Komunikasi, dan Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kabupaten Soppeng. This research was conducted in the Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng.Data District were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis were used to measure the effect of motivation, communication, and the working environment, Employee Performance Department of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO ) Soppeng. The results showed that motivation has influence Positive significantly to employee performance Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng, Communication influence positive and not significantly influence employee performance Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng, work environment has an influence Positive and significant impact on the performance of an employee Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng. Simultaneous variable Motivation, Communication, and the working environment has a significant influence on employee performance Department of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) Soppeng. Abstract

The culture of the Malay people of Sungai Jambu has local wisdom that is in the tradition of being deported in fields that are held once a year. Berandep in the fields is the activity of the Malay community in Sungai Jambu which is carried out in mutual cooperation at the time of planting (planting rice) and harvesting rice (tapping rice) with the aim of making the work is easier to finish. In the implementation of berandep formed 4-6 people and carried out in turns. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Based on the tradition of research based on the above, that from the implementation of the tradition there are behaviors that lead to cooperation and helping one another, in the sense that the subject of continuous akidah-akhlak is based on tradition. The implementation of the backward tradition has a relation to the subjects of Akidah-Akhlak which are outlined in the material of cooperation, good help, and morals in neighboring and community life.Keywords: Local Wisdom, Akidah-Akhlak lessons, Berandep

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the development and the implementationof  religious education curriculum developed by senior high schools  (SMA) under religious foundations. This is a case study of SMA Muhammadiyah I Palangkaraya. Research design applied in this study is Stufflebeam’s  CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results how:1) SMA Muhammadiyah I Palangkaraya develops not only curriculum designed by Ministry  of National Education but also local religious education one (curriculum developed by the foundation of Muhammadiyah); the way the school develops  the curriculum can also be considered as especial because it provides its nonmuslims  students facilities for learning their religious teachings, 2) some supporting factors are the participation of the foundation, the principal, and the school committee in the curriculum implementation, and 3) the obstacle of the curriculum implementation is the absence of a particular place such as laboratory for religious education.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the percentage of the influence of school Organization and motivation atmosphere on Principal’s performance at Madrasah Aliyah (state Islamic  senor  high  school).  This  study  employs  a  co-relational  survey  method. Results of the research show that: (1) average performance of the school principals is good especially on doing their main job and function; (2) the atmosphere of school organization influence significantly on the principal’s performance, the percentage of this influence to Principal performance is 71.30%; (3) work motivation affects significantly to principal performance, the percentage of this influence to principal’s performance is 73.80%; (4) Both school organization atmosphere and work motivation are significantly influential to principal’s performance, the percentage of these to principal’s performance is 78.70%, and (5) work motivation variable is the strongest contribution to influence principal’s performance at 51.60%.

Abstract

Kinerja perbankan syariah dapat diukur dengan menggunakan salah satu parameter yaitu efisiensi. Data efisiensi dari sampel Bank Umum Syariah pada tahun 2006 – 2009 adalah sebesar 0.9467, data ini dapat mencerminkan kondisi tingkat efisiensi bank syariah selama periode tersebut, Tingkat efisiensi tertinggi berada di Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) pada periode 2009 yakni sebesar 0.9631 yang berarti sangat mendekati nilai efisiensi optimal. Penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan parametrik Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) untuk mengetahui nilai efisiensi pada BSM. Sedangkan variabel yang diukur adalah ROA, CAR, FDR, BOPO, PPAP, dan NPF.Hasilnya bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan,Sedangkan Capital Adaquacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) berpengaruh positif signifikan, Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional  BOPO) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan, Penyisihan Piutang Aktiva Produktif (PPAP) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, Non Performing Finance (NPF) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat efisiensi Bank Syariah Mandiri dengan pendekatan SFA.

Abstract

Mudharabah  dengan  konsep  bagi  hasil merupakan  sebuah  konsep  yang sangat tepat diterapkan oleh bank syariah untuk menggantikan sistem bunga pada bank konvensional. Mudharabah diharapkan bisa mendominasi pembiayaan yang ada di bank syariah, karena dengan sistim bagi hasil diharapkan lebih bisa menggerakkan  usaha  yang  bersifat  produktif,  sehingga  tidak  menutup kemungkinan  untuk  dapat  menciptakan  lapangan  kerja  yang  baru.  Selain  itu apabila jumlah pembiayaan tinggi, hal ini akan menarik nasabah untuk lebih berani dalam menginvestasikan dana yang dimiliki ke dalam pembiayaan mudharabah. Namun jumlah  pembiayaan  mudharabah  selalu lebih kecil daripada jumlah pembiayaan murabahah, yang merupakan pembiayaan dengan  prinsip  jual  beli.  Pembiayaan  mudharabah  hanya  mendapatkan  jumlah sekitar 16% di setiap tahunnya, sedangkan untuk pembiayaan murabahah adalah sekitar 58% di setiap tahunnya. Pembiayaan mudharabah yang diharapkan dapat menjadi produk unggulan dari bank syariah justru tertinggal jumlahnya dari pembiayaan  murabahah.  Hal ini dapat  terjadi  karena  ada beberapa  faktor  yang dapat mempengaruhi jumlah pembiayaan mudharabah.Hasil peneletian pengaruh kualitas jasa layanan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah berdasarkan hasil penelitian, KJL mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada BUS. Ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikansi dibawah 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,038.  yang berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan Kualitas Jasa Layanan pada BUS  berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia di terima. Kata Kunci: Mudharabah, financing to deposit ratio, Non Performing Financing Tingkat Bagi Hasil, Kualitas Jasa Layanan, Atribut Produk Islam.

Abstract

The performance of the actors in an organization is interrelated with other elements such as the organization’s climate and motivation to work. This research aims to explore the influence of organization’s climate and motivation to work on the performance of madrasah’s (Islamic school) head master. This study uses a correlation survey method, subject of this research is teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (State Islamic Senior High School) in ex-Karesidenan Surakarta. There are 152 teachers involved in this research as the sample which is selected using cluster stratified proportional random sampling method. Data was gathered through questioners and analyzed using descriptive analysis, simple regression, and double regression. Results show that: (1) generally the average of head-master performances can be categorized as good since they have done their main tasks, (2) the school environment has significantly influence on the head-master performance (71,30%), (3) motivation to work has significantly affected on the head-master performance (73,80%), (4) organization’s climate and motivation to work have influenced on the head master performance (78,70%), (5) motivation to work is the most contributing factor that influence the work of head master (51,60%). Based on these findings, it is necessary to create conducive environment in madrasah, such as designating the right person based on his/her capability, creating a good condition, respecting each other, and appreciating achievement at work
