Abstract

This paper discusses the design of academic service complaints system in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Currently, the evaluation of academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been done periodically in the form of distributing questionnaires to the students before taking the final exam of Semester (UAS) in each semester. This evaluation is quite effective but this periodic evaluation can not yet accommodate the academic service complaints that occur in the everyday incident. In this paper has developed a system of web-based academic service complaints that can be accessed at any time by the academic community to provide feedback related to academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. In general, the system is capable of managing user data such as students, lecturers, institutions, and administrators. The system is able to make a complaint file to be sent to service provider units within the academic community, and the files sent will be accessed through the "outbreak" menu whereas in the complaint recipient account it can be accessed in the "incoming complaint" menu. To maintain the security of the complaints process on the system also facilitates the user to encrypt and decrypt the complaint file. Based on the tests that have been done the system developed able to facilitate students and academic community in general to conduct complaints of academic services and teaching and learning facilities at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Security of complaint data can be maintained well with the existence of encryption facilities and description and distribution of keys made directly to each user. From the test conducted by testing the functions expected in the system, obtained the results that the system is able to run in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

This paper discusses the evaluation and redesign of the STIKI Indonesia website from the usability aspect using the System Usability Scale and User Interface Design as well as the performance aspect using the Pingdom software. This evaluation and redesign is important to do considering that since this website is online, it has only been evaluated once, from the analysis conducted on 19 leaders, the Head of the Institute / UPT STIKI Indonesia that 63.2% said the old website did not contain the expected content, 57.9% stated that there was a plan to load content, 100% agreed that the website content needed to be remapped and the website needed to be redesigned. Furthermore, after the redesign, the new website was evaluated by 40 new STIKI Indonesia students consisting of 25 men and 15 women, with an age range of 17 to 20 years. The results of the System Usability Scale evaluation get an average score of 85.8 or grade A. The average result of the User Interface Design evaluation is 8.4. The results of the performance evaluation using Pingdom get a performance grade of 99 or A.

Abstract

AbstrakStandart Operational Procedure (SOP) merupakan salah satu dokumen penting pada sebuah perusahaan karena berguna untuk meningkatkan mutu perusahaan. PT. Global Retailindo Pratama merupakan salah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang retail yang menggunakan standart management mutu ISO 9001:2008. Saat ini pengelolaan dokumen SOP pada PT. Global Retailindo Pratama masih menggunakan cara tradisional. Cara tradisional tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah diantaranya adalah proses pencarian dan proses distribusi dokumen membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun Document Management System untuk mengelola dokumen SOP. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model prototyping. Aplikasi ini dibangun berbasis web dengan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogrammannya. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan Blak Box Testing dan Usability Testing menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Document Management System dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat digunakan dengan mudah sehingga proses pengelolaan dokumen SOP menjadi lebih cepat.Kata kunci: Document Management System, Standart Operational Procedure, Sistem Informasi, PHP.AbstractStandard Operational Procedure (SOP) is one important document in a company because it is useful to improve the quality of the company. PT. Global Retailindo Pratama is one of the companies engaged in retail that using standard of quality management ISO 9001: 2008. Currently the management of SOP documents at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama still use manual way. Manual way cause some problems such as the search process and document distribution process takes quite a long time. This research aims to design and build Document Management System to manage SOP documents. The system development model used in this research is prototyping model. This application is built in web-based with PHP as programming language. Testing the application using Blak Box Testing and Usability Testing shows that the Document Management System can run in accordance with the needs and can be used easily so that the process of document management SOP becomes faster.Keywords: Document Management System, Standart Operational Procedure, Information System, PHP.

Abstract

In the mitigation effort for reducing the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in Indonesia, finding, detecting, and containing the suspect be a very crucial step to contain the virus. One of the ways that this can be detected is by thorax x-ray examination by the expert. Transferring the doctor's knowledge to a computer makes the task more scalable and precise. This can be done by building a small artificial intelligence using a simple CNN model to detect COVID biomarkers' presence in x-ray images. As the AI relies heavily on the x-ray dataset as the system's underlying basis has a good quality dataset is very important. However, the x-ray data tend to have a noise problem that will affect their overall system quality. We did a little comparative study with the objective to improve the quality of the dataset with three techniques of image enhancement, namely color denoising, mean denoising, and contrast enhancement, with the mean denoising outperform the other image manipulation method by 4%, which yield the accuracy of the system to 95% with 100 pieces of real-world test data. Hopefully, this study would inspire future studies improving the tech-based pandemic mitigation technology In the future.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the performance analysis of the STMIK STIKOM Indonesia website (www.stiki-indonesia.ac.id) using automated software testing. The software used is GTmetrix, Pingdom, and the Grander Website. Performance testing is based on website performance, no of requests, speed, load time, page size. The test results are given in the form of grades with scores in the form of numbers. These values are marked qualitatively with the letters A, B, C, D, E, and F, while the scores are marked quantitatively with numbers. In addition to the grade test results are also equipped with recommendations for improvement for each evaluation point. Performance testing is done by using an internet connection with download speed of 6.11 Mbps and 1.73 Mbps upload where the internet speed is tested using speedtest.net. The test results show that overall the STMIK STIKOM Indonesia website has a good performance, namely at level B with an average speed of 81.5%. While the page detail test results show that the average page load time is 7.88s and the total page size is 3.78MB, and the request count reaches 28. There are 7 recommendations that are recommended to optimize the STMIK STIKOM Indonesia website, namely by Optimizing Image, Leverage Browser Change , Inline Small CSS, Inline Small Javascript, Optimize the Order of Styles and Script, Sitemap Implementation, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Implementation.Keywords: Website, Website Performance, Automated Software Testing, Search Engine OptimizationABSTRAKPaper ini membahas tentang analisis kinerja website STMIK STIKOM Indonesia (www.stiki-indonesia.ac.id) menggunakan automated software testing. Hasil pengujian diberikan dalam bentuk grade dengan skor berupa angka. Nilai tersebut ditandai secara kualitatif dengan huruf A, B, C, D, E, dan F, sedangkan skornya ditandai secara kuantitatif dengan angka. Selain grade hasil pengujian juga dilengkapi dengan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk setiap poin evaluasi. Pengujian kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan koneksi internet dalam kecepatan download 6,11 Mbps dan upload 1,73Mbps dimana kecepatan internet tersebut ditest menggunakan speedtest.net. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan website STMIK STIKOM Indonesia memiliki kinerja baik yaitu di level B dengan kecepatan rata-rata mencapai 81,5%. Sedangkan hasil pengujian page detail terlihat bahwa page load time rata-rata 7,88s dan total page size 3,78MB, serta request count mencapai 28. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the results of research on the implementation of the Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption (CP-ABE) in the system of complaints of corruption. The study was conducted at Bali's High Prosecutors Office as one of the state institutions that has the task of preventing and eradicating corrupt acts. The Bali High Prosecutor's Office has facilitated the public to make corruption complaints through the legal service post and public complaints in the Bali High Prosecutors Office. In addition to legal service posts and public complaints, the Bali Attorney General's Office also facilitated the public to make corruption complaints through a website page. Noting these problems in this research, a corruption online complaint system has been developed which is equipped with data protection by implementing a CP-ABE encryption method. This CP-ABE implementation places an access policy on encrypted data, and a set of descriptive attributes resides in the user's private key. If the specified attribute meets the access policy, the user can describe the complaint data. With this scheme, the security of complaints data is maintained, where in each data an encrypted access policy has been placed, and a set of descriptive attributes is in the private key of the reporter. So that the complaint data (Ciphertext) can only be described by the recipient of the complaint if the set of recipient key attributes matches the ciphertext attribute. The developed system can encrypt with a number of attributes as an access policy, generate keys, send complaints, describe complaint data using keys. Evaluation results show the system can run well in accordance with the specified test scenario. Keywords: Corruption Complaints System, Cryptograph, Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption, CP-ABE.ABSTRAK Paper ini membahas tentang hasil penelitian tentang implementasi Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption (CP-ABE) pada sistem pengaduan tindak pidana korupsi (tipikor). Penelitian dilakukan di Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali sebagai salah satu lembaga negara yang memiliki tugas dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana korupi. Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali telah memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk melakukan pengaduan tipikor melalui pos pelayanan hukum dan pengaduan masyarakat yang ada di Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali. Selain pos pelayanan hukum dan pengaduan masyarakat, Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali juga memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk melakukan pengaduan tipikor melalui halaman website.Dari observasi awal yang dilakukan bahwa fasilitas pengaduan di halaman website Kejati Bali belum lengkap karena hanya memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk memberikan data pelapor berupa nama, alamat, email dan data pengaduan berupa topik/judul aduan, keterangan aduan serta fasilitas keamanan berupa captcha. Pada form pengaduan ini tidak memiliki fitur tentang perlindungan privasi dan kerahasiaan data pengaduan. Memperhatikan permasalahan tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sistem pengaduan online tipikor yang dilengkapi dengan perlindungan data pengaduan dengan cara menerapkan salah satu metode enkripsi yaitu CP-ABE. Implementasi CP-ABE ini menempatkan kebijakan akses pada data yang dienkripsi, dan satu set atribut deskriptif berada di kunci pribadi pengguna. Jika atribut yang ditetapkan memenuhi kebijakan akses, pengguna dapat mendeskripsikan data pengaduan. Dengan skema ini keamanan data pengaduan menjadi terjaga, dimana pada setiap data telah ditempatkan kebijakan akses yang terenkripsi, dan satu set atribut deskriptif berada di kunci pribadi pelapor. Sehingga data pengaduan (Ciphertext) hanya bisadideskripsikan oleh penerima pengaduan jika himpunan atribut kunci penerima sesuai dengan atributciphertext. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat melakukan enkripsi dengan sejumlah atribut sebagaikebijakan akses, menghasilkan kunci, mengirim pengaduan, mendeskripsikan data pengaduanmenggunakan kunci. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai denganskenario pengujian yang ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pengaduan Tipikor, Kriptografi, Ciphertext Police Attribute Based Encryption,CP-ABE.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to produce a decision support system for determining scholarship recipients in order to make it easier for SD No 2 Tuban to process data for scholarship recipients and as a tool to accelerate the decision-making process. This research needs to be made because SD No. 2 Tuban needs a system or tools that can speed up the calculation process on each criterion or aspect used to select outstanding scholarships and underprivileged scholarships. Researchers use the Profile Matching method in making a decision support system for determining scholarship recipients. Profile Matching method is a process of comparing the ideal value of the criteria with the profile value which is expected to know the difference in competence called GAP. The smaller the resulting GAP, the greater the weight value. The conclusions obtained from testing the accuracy of the results of the GAP value, the weight results, and the final value of the calculation using the profile matching method, the system developed can provide results that are in accordance with manual calculations. In addition to testing the accuracy of the developed decision support system, it was also tested using the blackbox testing method, and the test results showed that all the features of the developed system could run well according to the test scenario that had been made.Keywords: Scholarship, Decision Support System, Profile Maching.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan penerima beasiswa agar mempermudah pihak SD No 2 Tuban dalam mengolah data siswa penerima beasiswa dan sebagai alat bantu untuk mempercepat proses pegambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini perlu di buat karena pihak SD No 2 Tuban membutuhkan sistem atau alat bantu yang dapat mempercepat proses perhitungan pada setiap kriteria atau aspek yang digunakan untuk melakukan seleksi beasiswa berprestasi dan beasiswa kurang mampu. Peneliti menggunakan metode Profile Matching dalam pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan penerima beasiswa. Metode Profile Matching merupakan proses membandingkan antara nilai ideal kriteria dengan nilai profile yang diharapkan dapat diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya disebut GAP. Semakin kecil GAP yang dihasilkan maka bobot nilainya semakin besar. Kesimpulan yang di dapat dari pengujian akurasi hasil nilai GAP, hasil bobot, dan nilai akhir perhitungan menggunakan metode profile matching, sistem yang dikembangkan bisa memberikan hasil yang sesuai dengan perhitungan manual. Selain menguji akurasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan juga diuji menggunakan metode blackbox testing, dan hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa semua fitur sistem yang dikembangkan bisa berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan skenario pengujian yang telah dibuat.Kata Kunci : Beasiswa, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Profile Matching.

Abstract

Kintamani Edelweiss Park merupakan salah satu Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) di Lingkungan Caldera Batur tepatnya di Kaki Gunung Batur Kecamatan Kintamani, Kabupaten Bangli Provinsi Bali. Kintamani Edelweiss Park beranggotakan masyarakat lokal yang sebagian besar merupakan pelaku wisata. Tempat ini dibentuk sebagai alternatif bagi wisatawan selain menikmati Mount Batur and Lake View, Mount Batur Trekking, dan Natural Hot Spring, wisatawan juga bisa menikmati Edelweiss Park yang berlatar belakang Gunung dan Danau Batur. Mitra ini dipilih sejalan dengan Visi dan Misi STMIK STIKOM Indonesia yaitu mendukung perkembangan industri pariwisata melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. PKM ini bertujuan membantu meningkatkan kunjungan wisata ke Bali, meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dari sektor pariwisata khususnya Bali Timur untuk pemerataan pembangunan seluruh kabupaten kota di Bali. Pada PKM ini telah diberikan sebuah website domain dan hosting selama satu tahun. Selain memberikan website, juga dilakukan program pelatihan pengelolaan website menggunakan Wordpress, pelatihan manajemen sosial media menggunakan Canva, serta pelatihan membuat listing bisnis di google menggunakan Google my business. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM, saat ini mitra sudah memiliki website yang bisa diakses di www.kintamaniedelweisspark.com, akun Facebook dan Instagram. Selain itu mitra juga memiliki pengetahuan tentang manajemen website menggunakan wordpress, manajemen sosial media dengan canva serta listing bisnis di Google.

Abstract

Black Garlic Bali merupakan salah satu usaha kecil yang dimiliki oleh kelompok masyarakat di Banjar Sangging Desa Kelanting Kecamatan Kerambitan Tabanan Bali. Produk Black Garlic Bali adalah hasil olahan dari bawang putih mentah menjadi fermentasi black garlic. Kelompok usaha ini beranggotakan sebagian dari anggota PKK Banjar Sangging yang dibentuk sebagai mata pencarian tambahan bagi masyarakat Banjar Sangging Desa Kelanting. Salah satu tingkat urgensi PKM ini harus dilakukan adalah adanya fakta kalau petani di desa tersebut mulai meninggalkan produksi bawang putih lokal ini akibat maraknya bawang impor yang sekarang banyak ditemukan di pasaran. Dengan semakin banyaknya permintaan bawang putih oleh Black Garlic Bali petani di sekitar akan melihat kembali potensi produksi bawang putih, sehingga secara tidak langsung akan membantu menjaga produksi bawang putih di Desa Kelanting Kecamatan Kerambitan Tabanan Bali. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan untuk membantu meningkatkan kapasitas kelompok usaha Black Garlic Bali dalam bidang pemasaran dan penerapan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung kemajuan usaha dengan memberikan sebuah website untuk usaha mereka. Selain memberikan website, juga dilakukan program pelatihan pengelolaan website menggunakan Wordpress, pelatihan manajemen sosial media menggunakan Canva, serta pelatihan membuat listing bisnis di google menggunakan google my business. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM, saat ini mitra sudah memiliki website yang bisa diakses di : www.blackgarlicbali.com, akun page Facebook dan Instagram. Selain itu mitra juga memiliki pengetahuan tentang manajemen website menggunakan wordpress, manajemen sosial media dengan canva serta listing bisnis di google.
