Abstract

This study aims to link products, brands, and promotions to purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in Bengkulu City. The purpose of this research is to reveal facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research and present what is. Qualitative descriptive research interprets and tells data related to the current situation, attitudes and views that occur in society, contradictions of 2 or more circumstances, relationships between variables, differences between facts, influence on a condition, and others. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative descriptive research is research that is included in the type of qualitative research. The results of the Spearman rank test have a strong relationship between the product and the decision to purchase a Honda Beat motorcycle at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Bengkulu Branch with a correlation value of 0.646. For the Spearman rank correlation value, the brand's relationship to the decision to purchase a Honda Beat motorcycle at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Bengkulu Branch with a correlation value of 0.707 with strong research criteria. And the Spearman rank correlation value for the relationship between promotions and purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Bengkulu Branch with a correlation value of 0.815 with very strong assessment criteria

Abstract

iB Muamalat Regular Savings has a low-cost savings concept, apart from not being subject to customer administration fees, cash withdrawals are also free of charge and a very profitable profit-sharing system. The purpose of this study was to determine customer perceptions of the profit-sharing system for the iB Muamalat Regular savings product at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup . The data collection method used a questionnaire on 60 customers who had iB Muamalat savings at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. The analytical method used is rating scale analysis. Based on the results of the study, the average respondent's assessment of customer perceptions of the profit sharing system at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup was 249.83 with the rating criteria agreeing. This means that customers agree that internal factors and external factors will influence customer perceptions of the profit-sharing system assessment applied to iB Muamalat Regular savings at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. Internal factors are the highest of the factors that influence customer perceptions of the profit sharing system that exists at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. Because internal factors are factors that come directly from within the customer External factors are the lowest factors because a customer considers the profit sharing applied by Bank Muamalat KCP Curup to their value not because of the influence of other people.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction of office workers in Talang Empat district in Bengkulu Tenga province and determine the relationship between supervision and job satisfaction. office workers from Talang Empat District to Bengkulu Central District Party Committee. Nowadays, the management aspect of an organization is necessary to achieve the goals of the organization optimally. Monitoring is one of the management functions that must be performed to ensure that the implementation of activities is in accordance with the established plans to achieve the objectives. In addition to trying to create a good working environment for employees working there, creating a feeling of comfort and enjoyment for employees, this can be seen by the existence of adequate and clean facilities. in the workplace and colleagues can support each other and can communicate well to increase employee job satisfaction The type of research used is explanatory research. Research results on the relationship between work environment and employee job satisfaction with the Spearman rank correlation value of 0.692 is a close relationship because it is in the range of 0.600 0.799 and the hypothesis test the theory has a significant value of 0.002 etlt; 0.05 H01 Rejected Ha1 Accepted This means that work environment has a significant relationship with job satisfaction of Talang Empat District Headquarters, Bengkulu District Center. Although the results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between supervision and employee job satisfaction with a Spearman rank correlation value of 0.750, this is a close relationship because it is located in the range of 0.600 0.799 and hypothesis testing is known to have a value of 0.001 etlt; 0.05 for H02 is eliminated. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Terhadap Pelatihan di Kabupaten Kaur, Kinerja Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Terhadap Pendidikan dan Pelatihan di Kabupaten Kaur. Sampel penelitian 47 Orang yaitu Seluruh Pegawai di BPBD kabupaten kaur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya variable signifikan dan korelasi positif antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Selanjutnya, hasil juga Disiplin Kerja Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan Memberikan alternatif sehubungan dengan variabel-variabel dalam yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Kaur.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dari masyarakat untuk membayar pajak. Di era sekarang ini, banyak dari masyarakat salah satu nya di kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah yang tidak mengikuti peraturan pememrintah untuk membayar pajak. Adanya banyak faktor yang melatar belakangi kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk membayar pajak adalah kurangnya pemahaman untuk apa pajak itu dibayarkan, kesulitan dalam pengurusan administrasi ketika ingin membayar atau pun hanya sekedar melapor mengenai pajak. Maka dari itu dengan adanya workshop mengenai perpajakan ini bisa meningkatkan kesadaran masyarkat dalam mengurusi pajak, dan lebih baik nya lagi ini sudah diajarkan sekaligus di implementasikan langsung oleh generasi muda, yaitu SMAN 01 Bengkulu tengah yang dalam hal ini sudah menunjukan pemahaman yang baIk dan bisa mengisi langsung SPT PPh secara manual.maka diharapkan ini menjadi awal peningkatan kepatuhan pembayaran pajak oleh masyarakat

Abstract

Social media has an influence on the larger community that is both beneficial and harmful. They help the process in real life by providing quick and comprehensive information. Additionally, owing to technical advancements that affect how simple it is to utilize social media as a communication tool, their negative consequence will be to abuse social media through crimes, fraud, and defamation. In order to help the community utilize social media responsibly, this community service aims to contribute perspective, knowledge, and understanding. This community service project is conducted in the form of socialization utilizing the lecture-based approach of information exchange, which is followed by a Q&A session or conversation between presenters and participants.The outcomes of this community service demonstrate that the community's intense use of social media must be consistent with knowledge of safe and responsible use. Through this community service project, it is intended that more individuals will learn how to use social media responsibly, enabling them to make the most of it while minimizing its negative consequences on real-world interactions.
