Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi produk kebijakan teknis kerjasama untuk implementasi antara Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Kabupaten Gresik dan Kota Surabay, serta mengidentifikasi implementasi kerjasama dan kendala yang dihadapi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama pengelolaan mata air Umbulan belum berjalan dengan baik, yang disebabkan oleh belum terbentuknya lembaga kerjasama yang melibatkan kalangan independen dan professional untuk bekerja secara aktif dan intensif; belum adanya payung politik yang memadai; dan kurang pelibatan stakeholders. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to identify the products of technical cooperation for the implementation of the policy of the Government of East Java, Pasuruan, Sidoarjo, Gresik and Surabaya,and to identify the implementation of cooperation and constraints. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the joint management of the springs Umbulan not run well, which is caused by the institutions have been formed involving cooperation among independent and professional to work actively and intensively; absence of adequate political umbrella, and lack of involvement of stakeholders.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapidly encouraging the education innovatively to utilize and develop mobile phones for the purposes of learning, commonly known as term Mobile Learning. Mobile Learning can be defined as part of e-learning (electronic learning) which the delivery of the material is done with the help of telecommunication tools. The results of needs assesment of learners at 5 senior high schools in Jember District, showed that 80% of teaching materials is limited to textbooks and 100% of students have mobile phones for communication only. This study aimed to overcome the curriculum gap and lack of utilization of technology, especially mobile for learning. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The validation result of digital module development based on Mobile Learning showed the language validity of 80%, material content validity 84%, and design validity 87.5%. while the user test showed that 89%. It means that the learning materials is in effective level. This showed that the Mobile Learning-based digital module deserves to be an innovative resource for history learning. Abstract

Persaingan untuk memasarkan produk perusahaan saat ini, sangat ketat, termasuk usaha penjualan mobil, seperti yang dilakukan PT. Wahana Wirawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana analisis segmentasi pasar berdasarkan demografis efektif dalam proses pemilihan konsumen pada produk Mobil Nissan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 808, responden 320 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Pihak perusahaan menggunakan penyalur khusus dengan kuantitas pembelian dalam skala besar. Pedagang besar sebagai perantara, meneruskan ke pengecer dan konsumen sasaran. Hal ini dilaksanakan khusus untuk wilayah Manado, Bolmong, Minahasa, Gorontalo, dan Bitung. Pemilihan produk mobil  didasarkan pada distribusi dari PT. Wahana, meliputi Mobil Nissan Grand livina , Nissan March, Nissan X trail. Dalam penelitian ini, segementasi dibagi kedalam 3 kategori, yaitu: Umur 20 tahun; Nissan March, Usia 30 tahun; Nissan Grand livina, Usia 45 tahun; Nissan X Trail. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu segmentasi pasar berdasarkan demografis; umur memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pemilihan mobil. Tingkat pendapatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pemilihan mobil. Tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki hubungan dengan pemilihan mobil.
