Abstract

This study aims to select the best supplier by using AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). The research method used is descriptive quantitative with criteria consisting of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery. The object of this research is UMKM in the food sector, known as Pisang Chocolate Ajo Sikumbang, which is located in the Panam area of Pekanbaru City. The data analysis for this research was conducted by comparing three suppliers of bananas, namely suppliers in Panam Market, Kualu Market, and Arengka Market. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the criteria for the quantity of bananas from suppliers became the most important factor for the Ajo Sikumbang Chocolate Banana business, with a value of 0.373, or 37%. Meanwhile, for alternative considerations, the performance of the three suppliers was obtained and the highest score was achieved by suppliers in the Panam Market with a value of 7,534.

Abstract

In industry, especially the agricultural industry, in producing products that will be sold to consumers, one of the important aspects of conducting agricultural business, especially rice cultivation, must pay attention to the basic price. Determination of the cost of goods is intended to minimize losses that can occur. To obtain the basic price of rice farming, calculations are made of crop production, costs of fertilizers and medicines, tax expenses, capital interest, equipment depreciation, labor costs, transportation costs. In this study the method used was purposive sampling with the consideration that the largest rice producing area was in the Walantaka sub-district. The data was taken from farmers in 3 sub-districts, namely Nyapah, Tegal Sari and Lebakwangi sub-districts. The results of the study showed that the costs incurred for rice farming were Rp. 6,223,500 (Nyapah), Rp. 5,993,500 (Tegal Sari), Rp. 5,930,000 (Lebak Wangi). The basic price of rice farming results was obtained at Lebakwangi Rp. 6,760.00, Tegal sari Rp. 6,117.00 and Nyapah Rp. 5,331.00 based on explicit and implicit cost calculations. For the basic price based on explicit costs, the price obtained is Rp. 4,576 (Nyapah), Tegal Sari is Rp. 5,257, Lebakwangi is Rp. 5,813 . Keywords: Rice farming, production costs, basic prices

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi i yang kian meroket memacu para perusahaan teknologi untuk bersaing dalam memberikan produk terbaik. Salah sataunya yaitu perusahaan Apple yang terkenal dengan smartphone-nya yaitu Iphone. Keputusan terhadap pembelian smartphone Apple tentu didasari oleh beragam faktor seperti gaya hidup dan citra merek, serta ekuitas merek. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh gaya hidup dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Apple melalui ekuitas merek sebagai variabel intervening di kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antar variabel tersebut. Metode yang digunakan ialah explanatory research. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu gaya hidup dan citra merek berpengaruh langsung terhadap ekuitas merek, gaya hidup dan citra merek berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian, ekuitas merek berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta gaya hidup dan citra merek berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui ekuitas merek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Dian Anggara Persada di Kecamatan Kandis, Kabupaten Siak, untuk menyelidiki peran keselamatan dan kesehatan serta kualitas lingkungan kerja dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Peneliti di PT. Dian Anggara Persada menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 pekerja dan dilakukan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Metode Msi. Analisis jalur, atau analisis jalur menggunakan program statistik untuk ilmu sosial versi 26, digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan berdampak pada produktivitas melalui lingkungan kerja, bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas, dan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan di tempat kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap produktivitas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arah dan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan mesin, serta variabel lingkungan kerja yang harus meningkatkan fasilitas kerja bagi karyawan, semuanya penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, demikian pula variabel disiplin kerja yang harus ditingkatkan pada kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap aturan dan penyelesaian pekerjaan tepat waktu.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study was to find out whether Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Training affect Work Productivity and whether Supervision is able to moderate the relationship between Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Training on Work Productivity at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employees of Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch, totaling 42 people. The sampling method used total sampling, namely as many as 42 respondents. The results of this study are (1) There is a significant influence between Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Productivity, (2) There is a significant effect between Training on Productivity, (3) Supervision is able to moderate the relationship between Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Productivity, (4) ) Supervision is not a moderating variable in the relationship between training and work productivity.

The results of this study are, (1) There is a positive and significant influence between SOP and employee work productivity, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between supervision and employee work productivity, (3) There is a positive and significant influence between SOP and work discipline, (4) There is a positive and significant influence between supervision and work discipline, (5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, (6) There is a positive and significant influence on SOP on employee work productivity through work discipline and, (7) There is a positive and significant influence on supervision on employee productivity through work discipline.
