Pemberian MP-ASI pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan beresiko berbahaya karena bayi usia 0-6 bulan belum memerlukan makanan tambahan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan resiko terjadi infeksi pada bayi meningkat. Penyakit bayi yang paling sering ditemukan dan terjadi pada saat usia 0-6 bulan adalah penyakit infeksi dan kurang gizi seperti diare, sembelit, sering muntah, dan kolik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian MP-ASI terhadap gangguan saluran pencernaan (kejadian diare, sembelit, sering muntah, dan kolik) kepada bayi usia 0 â 6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rami Pematangsiantar. Metode Penentuan Sampel yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Random Sampling, dimana setiap populasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dan analisa uji Chi-square pada tingkat sampel. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan : ada pengaruh pemberian MP-ASI terhadap kejadian diare pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rami Pematangsiantar; ada pengaruh pemberian MP-ASI terhadap kejadian sembelit pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rami Pematangsiantar; ada pengaruh pemberian MP-ASI terhadap kejadian sering muntah pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rami Pematangsiantar dan ada pengaruh pemberian MP-ASI terhadap kejadian kolik pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rami Pematangsiantar. The aim of the study is to recognize the pattern of the interactive association between SC operational capability and corporate competitive capability for improving performance. Moreover, the study is based on analyzing the influence of SC integration on the interactive relation as a strategic lever. There is a need to consider potential implications of efficient relation between SC operational capability and corporate competitive capability to develop integrated and coherent strategies for the strategic role of SCM. The decisions linked with the sourcing of products, planning capacity, conversion into final products, distribution, communication, demand management, and delivery is regarded as SC operational capability. The study has opted the SEM-PLS for the analysis of the data, which is among the most recent and robust data analysis technique especially for the structural issues in social sciences. The data is collected with the aid of a questionnaire which was developed basing on the prior studies. It has been stressed by previous studies on manufacturing strategy and SCM that the decisions of SCM must be aligned and strategic with the business strategy of the firm. However, consistent results have not revealed by previous literature about the shape of the interactive association between SCM strategy and corporate strategy. There are several implications of this study for theory developers and academicians. The previous frameworks of supply chain practices based on the context of developed countries have been extended by this research by incorporating various dimensions of SCI practices in the context of a developing country. The study has focused on manufacturing firms in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to carry out physiotherapy management in cases of brachialgia due to cervical spondyloarthrosis. This research is a study that examines physiotherapy, the examination process to determine the patient's problems begins with anamnesis, examination, and continues with determining a physiotherapy diagnosis. Anamnesis is divided into two, namely general anamnesis and special anamnesis. The results showed that cervical spondyloarthrosis is a condition of the degenerative process of the intervertebral discs and the connective tissue between the vertebrae. Degeneration causes the disc to begin to thin because its ability to absorb water decreases resulting in a decrease in water content and the matrix in the disc decreases. Spasms of the cervical muscles can also cause pain because ischemia of these muscles compresses the blood vessels so that blood flow will slow down and there is also a decrease in tissue mobility/tolerance to a stretch. All of the above factors will cause a decrease in the range of motion of the cervical joints. In this case brachialgia is caused by cervical spondyloarthrosis which affects C4, C5, C6 which causes excessive pain and tingling along the right arm, so OS requires reassurance in the form of TENS modality with the coplanar method, 2 channels, by-symm flow and using pain and sensory analgesia and US modalities and neck stretching exercises. With the hope that the pain in the shoulder and excessive tingling and tissue adhesions that OS feels are reduced.

Smoking has become a habit for some people in their daily lives because they follow the lifestyle of the surrounding environment. There are three dangerous substances that are most dominant in cigarettes, namely nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide. When smoking, these chemicals enter the body and if this continues continuously can cause liver damage, thereby increasing SGPT levels. This study aims to describe SGPT levels in active smokers at Horas Insani Hospital, Pematangsiantar. The research design used is descriptive. The population in this study were all active smokers at Horas Insani Pematangsiantar Hospital, totaling 36 active smokers. The number of samples in this study were 30 active smokers taken by purposive sampling. The variable in this study was SGPT levels in active smokers. SGPT level examination technique with the Kinetic-IFCC method. Data analysis was obtained through editing, coding and tabulating then analysis of SGPT levels was analyzed in percentage form. Of the 30 respondents on the results of the study it can be concluded that 21 respondents (70%) were active smokers at Horas Insani Hospital Pematangsiantar, had SGPT levels increased> 35 U/L.

This study aims to find out how the influence of brand perception on the decision to use JNE express delivery services with consumer attitudes as an intervening variable. The research method used is the method of qualitative data and quantitative data. While the data used is primary data. The method of data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the influence between the variables Brand Perception and the Decision to Use Services by using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. South Siantar District, Simalungun Regency is an area around which there are many home industries, for example, craftsmen processing mussels and mussel paste, slaps, ovens, tins, snacks, prawn crackers, fish crackers, mussel crackers and others. Sumorame is one of the Ajibata Villages in the Toba District consisting of several neighborhoods, where each neighborhood has community empowerment activities which are mostly managed by PKK women. Such activities include gatherings for arisan activities, savings and loan cooperatives, training on environmental hygiene and greening, waste banks and other incidental activities. Counseling on Handling of Fishery Products with the theme "Development of Processed Fish in the Context of Increasing Women's Resources and Community Welfare in Siantar Selatan District, Simalungun Regency" is very appropriate considering that fish consumption by the community has reached 43 kilograms per capita per year, this figure will continue to be boosted until it reaches 46 kilograms per capita per year in 2018 and 50 kilograms per capita per year in 2019. This was confirmed by the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti. This counseling uses fish raw materials with the main objective to motivate people to like eating fish. The achievement in this counseling was that all participants, especially PKK women, were able to make their own processed food made from quality and hygienic fish.

Clean and healthy living behavior in Indonesia is currently still low, this is related to various health problems or the spread of environmental-based diseases which are epidemiologically high in Indonesia. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with clean and healthy living behavior of typical Batak restaurant owners in Tigaraja Market, Tigaraja Village, Girsang Sipangan Bolon District, Simalungun Regency in 2022. This type of research is descriptive with a population of all typical Batak restaurant owners in Pasar Tiga. King with a sample of 30 total sampling technique. The results of this study obtained that the majority of respondents were aged 41 — 60 years, namely 18 people (60%) while the minority had ages > 60 years, namely 5 people (16%). The majority of the respondent's last education was high school, namely 11 people (36.7%) while the minority with the last education was elementary school, namely 5 people (16.7%) and tertiary education, namely 5 people (16.7%). The majority have good knowledge, namely as many as 15 people (50%) while the minority have less knowledge, namely as many as 5 people (16.7 % ). The majority had an attitude of agreeing as many as 16 people (53.3%) while the minority had an attitude that did not agree as many as 14 people (46.7%). The majority had good behavior as many as 17 people (56.7 % ) while the minority had bad behavior as many as 13 people (43.3%). The results of the chi-sguare test variable knowledge p value 0.009, attitude variable p value 0.031, it can be concluded that knowledge and attitudes have a relationship with clean and healthy living behavior of typical Batak restaurant owners in the Tiga Raja market, Tiga Raja Village, Girsang Sipangan Bolon District, Simalungun Regency 2022.

Suatu organisasi harus memiliki seorang pemimpin yang mampu mengarahkan dan membimbing pegawai dalam organisasi . hubungan anrata gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kinerja pegawai yaitu dimana apabila semakin tinggi motivasi kinerja seorang pegawai dalam bekerja maka kinerja yang dihasilkan juga akan semakin efektif dan kompeten dalam bidang kerja nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kinerja pegawai di puskesmas Tigarunggu pada tahun 2024. Dengan jumlah sample 30 orang. Alat pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan secata univariat menggunakan pengolahan data. Hasil analisis uji chi-square dapat diperoleh gaya kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan terhadap terhadap Motivasi kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Tigarunggu pada tahun 2024. Berdasarkan uji SPSS yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, hubungan antara Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Tigarunggu pada Tahun 2024, dilihat dari uji statistic yang digunakan dengan tes chi-square di peroleh nilai p=0,00 atau (p<0,05) yang berarti H1 diterima dan H0 di tolak yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Motivasi Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Tigarunggu pada Tahun 2024. Berdasarkan uji data yang telah dilakukan di peroleh melalui hasil nilai yang signifikan sebesar p=0,03 maka di simpulkan bahwa ada Hubungan yang signifikan antara Gaya kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Tigarunggu pada Tahun 2024.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bernard's Guesthouse Tuktuk Siadong Samosir. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r2), and hypothesis testing. The population in this study were all employees at Bernard'S Guest House as many as 30 people. The data source of this research is primary data by using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that partially employee performance variables (X1) and service quality variables (X2) have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Bernard's Guesthouse Tuktuk Siadong Samosir.
