Abstract

The purpose of this study was to carry out physiotherapy management in cases of brachialgia due to cervical spondyloarthrosis. This research is a study that examines physiotherapy, the examination process to determine the patient's problems begins with anamnesis, examination, and continues with determining a physiotherapy diagnosis. Anamnesis is divided into two, namely general anamnesis and special anamnesis. The results showed that cervical spondyloarthrosis is a condition of the degenerative process of the intervertebral discs and the connective tissue between the vertebrae. Degeneration causes the disc to begin to thin because its ability to absorb water decreases resulting in a decrease in water content and the matrix in the disc decreases. Spasms of the cervical muscles can also cause pain because ischemia of these muscles compresses the blood vessels so that blood flow will slow down and there is also a decrease in tissue mobility/tolerance to a stretch. All of the above factors will cause a decrease in the range of motion of the cervical joints. In this case brachialgia is caused by cervical spondyloarthrosis which affects C4, C5, C6 which causes excessive pain and tingling along the right arm, so OS requires reassurance in the form of TENS modality with the coplanar method, 2 channels, by-symm flow and using pain and sensory analgesia and US modalities and neck stretching exercises. With the hope that the pain in the shoulder and excessive tingling and tissue adhesions that OS feels are reduced.

Abstract

Initially, this research on consumer protection in Indonesia by the government did not have a specific law, but the legal instruments were scattered in several laws that only limited certain consumers, for example electricity, health, small businesses, food and others. After the reform under the leadership of President BJ. Habibie only then had a special law governing consumer protection, which actually originated from the DPR's initiative, namely Law no. 8 of 1999 which was ratified on April 20, 1999 State Gazette of 1999 No. 42. The decision issued by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) Medan City 01/BPSK/MDN/2003 against brother P. Obliged to provide clear, correct and honest information regarding the conditions and warranties of goods and or services as well as provide explanations and use of repair and maintenance. Abstract

The availability of electric power is an obligation at this time, because the economic and social activities of the people of a region continue to increase. Simalungun Regency is an area in the middle of the island of Sumatra. Simalungun Regency's electricity is currently quite good. On the other hand, the island of Simalungun Regency has a lot of potential from various sectors, especially tourism, especially the Lake Toba area. Both of these require business developers and the government to maintain the continuity of the supply of electrical energy. Problems regarding electricity will arise if there is an imbalance between the electrical energy produced and what is requested by the customer. In order for this problem to be overcome, a strategy is needed, namely forecasting the demand for electrical energy within a certain period of time so that the distribution of electrical energy becomes efficient. Based on data from PT PLN (Persero) for the North Sumatra Region, Parapat City Area, Simalungun Regency, total electricity consumption in 2017 has reached 22,311,374 kWh. By using the econometric method that takes into account the influence of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), capable capacity, electrification ratio, it can be known the amount of electricity consumption in the coming year. Based on the results of the calculation of the electricity load forecasting in 2022, the total consumption of electrical energy has reached 46,149,759.6069 KWh which is an increase of around 106.84% from 2017 which comes from four types of customers, namely households, commercial, public and industrial.
