Abstract

This study aims to produce a smart book mathematics learning media assisted by a valid book creator at the junior high school level. This research uses development research (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique. The results of the analysis of the media expert's assessment have an average score of 95.5 which means the media is declared in the valid category by media experts. The results of the analysis of the material expert's assessment have an average score of 94 which means the media is declared in the very valid category by material experts.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui minat belajar siswa dan upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui triangulasi yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatul Islam dan salah satu guru mata pelajaran matematika. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki minat belajar yang masih rendah. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yakni dari guru, keluarga, teman dan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut guru melakukan upaya dengan menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik misalnya dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Selain itu, orang tua juga perlu memberikan dorongan dan motivasi kepada anaknya sehingga minat anak dalam belajar semakin meningkat.Kata Kunci: Minat belajar, Pembelajaran matematika, Siswa AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine student interest in learning and the efforts that need to be made to increase student interest in learning mathematics. The type of research used is descriptive-qualitative with data collection techniques through triangulation, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatul Islam and one of the mathematics teachers. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the majority of students had a low interest in learning. This is influenced by several factors, namely teachers, family, friends, and adequate infrastructure. To overcome this, the teacher makes efforts to create interesting learning experiences, for example, by using learning media when learning takes place. In addition, parents also need to provide encouragement and motivation to their children so that the children's interest in learning increases.Keywords: Learning interest, Math Learning, Student

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study used descriptive quantitative research. The purpose of this research is to find a National Math Test and the Grade Point Average (Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif) students of Program Study Tadris Mathematika, Fakultas Tadris Umum in University Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. All students of this Program are the populations and 22 students is taken from them with random sampling as the sampler of the research. The Data collectionis collected by documents technique. While the data is analyzed by product moment korelation analysis on SPSS aplicationt. The analisis showed sig. (2 tailed) = 0,937 > = 0,05; so that H0 received. It means there is no relation between National Math Test and the Grade Point Average . Keyword: National Math Test, the Grade Point Average
