Abstract

Status pandemi COVID 19 hingga saat ini belum dicabut oleh WHO, dampak pendemi terjadi pada berbagai sektor sehingga antisipasi terhadap masalah kesehatan fisik dan kesehatan psikologis harus senantiasa dijaga. Ibu rumah tangga adalah ujung tombak dalam penerapan kesehatan dari lingkungan masyarakat terkecil yaitu keluarga. Penyuluhan kesehatan dan bantuan psikologi awal (BPA) di kalangan ibu rumah tangga diharapkan mampu menghalau dampak buruk dari pandemi terhadap kehidupan suatu keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rekayasa Sosial karena masih dalam kondisi pandemi maka penyuluhan hanya dilakukan untuk pengurus RT dan ketua Dasa Wisma dan diharapkan dapat menyampaikan hasil penyuluhan kepada warganya secara merata. Pre-test diberikan kepada para peserta sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan dan post-test diberikan setelah selesai penyuluhan. Hasil yang didapat, warga harus senantiasa menjaga protokol kesehatan dan tidak mengasingkan warga yang terpapar melainkan harus memberikan dorongan moril untuk segera terlepas dari virus COVID 19 atau penyakit lainnya. BPA dapat dilakukan oleh pengurus RT dan Ketua Dasa Wisma kepada individu atau kelompok yang mengalami dampak pandemi COVID 19. Bila gangguan psikologis masih tidak teratasi maka dapat diserahkan kepada tenaga ahli yang berkompeten.

Abstract

Penyelesaian proyek Myze Hotel Sumenep dapat terlambat karena perubahan spesifikasi tiang pancang dan terhambatnya pengadaan tiang pancang. Jaringan kerja yang efektif dan efisien serta percepatan kegiatan dibutuhkan untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode  Critical Path Method  dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Project 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kegiatan pada jalur kritis proyek, menghitung biaya kegiatan pada jalur kritis proyek, menghitung durasi percepatan   penyelesaian proyek. Kegiatan yang terdapat pada jalur kritis proyek adalah mobilisasi alat, pembersihan site, pengukuran dan bowplank, pembuatan kantor direksi dan kontraktor, pekerjaan urugan tanah dan pemadatan, pengadaan tiang pancang spun pile D600 mm, pemancangan dan sambungan tiang pancang spun pile D600 mm, pemancangan dan sambungan tiang pancang spun pile D400 mm, potong kepala tiang pancang spun pile D400 mm dan D600 mm, pekerjaan tanah, pekerjaan pile cap, pekerjaan balok dan plat lantai pada lantai GF, pekerjaan kolom lantai GF, pekerjaan balok dan plat lantai pada lantai 1, pekerjaan dinding lantai GF, pekerjaan dinding lantai 1, pekerjaan dinding lantai 2, pekerjaan dinding lantai 3, pekerjaan lantai tangga pada lantai 1, pekerjaan lantai tangga pada lantai 2, pekerjaan lantai pada lantai 3, pekerjaan lantai pada lantai 4, pekerjaan ceiling fasad, dan pekerjaan fasad hotel utama. Alokasi biaya pekerjaan pada jalur kritis proyek Myze Hotel Sumenep adalah Rp.31.096.200.396,59. Penyelesaian proyek Myze Hotel Sumenep dapat dipercepat 96 hari lebih cepat dari durasi normal.Kata Kunci: Critical Path Method, Microsoft Project 2013, Percepatan proyek

Abstract

Jalan raya bypass Pandaan yaitu penghubung jalan Pandaan – Malang merupakan poros lalu lintas utama yang biasa dilewati oleh kendaraan bermuatan lebih dan termasuk tipe jalan Nasional. Banyaknya kendaraan in membuat jalan menjadi semakin padat hingga membuat sebagian jalur disepanjang jalan mengalami kerusakan akibat dari beban roda kendaraan berat yang terjadi berulang ulang, air hujan dan bisa juga karena perencanaan yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan. Kerusakan jalan ini berupa distorsi, retak dan cacat permukaan. Untuk itu diperlukan analisis faktor penyebab kerusakan jalan agar didapatkan sebuah solusi untuk   kenyamanan   pengguna   jalan.   Tujuan   penelitian ini dilakukan   untuk mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan jalan yang terjadi, juga menganalisis kondisi perkerasan lentur dan tingkat kerusakan yang telah terjadi menggunakan metode PCI. Sehingga dapat diketahui solusi perbaikan kerusakan jalan bypass Pandaan. Berdasarkan hasil survei kerusakan yang terjadi dengan luasan total semua kerusakan yaitu 7221,29 m2 dengan persentase 100% dari hasil analisis menggunakan metode PCI didapatkan nilai rata – rata sebesar 45,96 dengan kategori  sedang,  dan  kondisi  perkerasan  yang  paling  jelek  dengan  nilai  PCI sebesar 4 yaitu kategori gagal.Kata kunci: Kerusakan Jalan, PCI, Perkerasan Lentur

Abstract

Rumah joglo merupakan rumah tradisional Jawa dengan nilai filosofi dan budaya yang sangat tinggi karena telah mampu mengintegrasikan beberapa aspek dalam kehidupan termasuk teknologi yang diterapkan dalam pembangunan rumah joglo tersebut. Di Desa Minggirsari Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar terdapat sekitar 10 rumah joglo dengan berbagai kondisi baik yang masih terawat atau sebaliknya. Didukung dengan lokasi terletak di daerah aliran Sungai Brantas dengan peninggalan situs Patung Dwarapala, Desa Minggirsari telah ditetapkan sebagai Desa Wisata. Keberadaan rumah joglo sangat berpotensi meningkatkan nilai dari Desa Wisata karena fleksibilatas penggunaannya tanpa harus mengubah bentuk asli sehingga tidak menghilangkan nilai luhur dari rumah tradisional ini. Setelah terpilih 3 fungsi yang akan di adaptasi pada rumah joglo yaitu sebagai penginapan, rumah makan dan ruang pamer/ ruang belajar/ ruang diskusi maka dihasilkan gambar rencana berupa denah serta interior yang akan di aplikasikan pada rumah-rumah joglo yang sudah terpilih.

Abstract

The world of transportation’s development from time to time also demands development of its facilities and infrastructure, one of them is sea transportation. The port is a supporting facility for sea transportation that continues to develop to adapt to the demands of the times. The purpose of this research is to analyze the development potential of the Tanjung Tembaga Port which is then determined by the priority ranking of the options that have been obtained. This research using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in the form of a questionnaire addressed to the officials of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III Probolinggo. The results showed that the construction of a jetty was the most important thing to be realized immediately by obtaining a value of 29%, followed by the construction of a passenger terminal with a value of 22%, the application of the Greenport or Eco-port concept with a value of 19.5%, additional warehouse units with a value of 15.1%, construction of stacking yards with a value of 8.2%, and procurement of loading and unloading equipment with a value of 6.2%.

Abstract

As a maritime country and also as an archipelago country, Indonesia has many ports spread troughout its region. This makes sea transportation become the community’s choice, especially for shipping goods. This is because the load capacity is greater and the price is more efficient than land or air transportation. From time to time, sea transportation continous to grow. With an increase in the flow of ship visits and cargo flows, the port as a supporting facility for sea transportation is demanded to continue to be maximized in the services of these two things. This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of the dock capacity at the Tanjung Tembaga Port in Probolinggo, East Java. The evaluation process is carried out by processing ship visit data, then measuring the dimensions and capacity of dock, and finally looking for the value of Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR). The result showed that ship visits in Tanjung Tembaga Port still tend to be low. Then for the BOR value, it is known that the level of dock usage in Tanjung Tembaga Port in 2021 is 68%. This value is still below the maximum BOR value, which means the addition of dock length is not needed.

Abstract

The development of the world of construction in this era has resulted in the increasing use and need for heavy equipment in every construction job. In the field of civil engineering, heavy equipment is used to assist humans in carrying out the work of constructing building structures. Even heavy equipment currently seems to be a vital resource in construction projects (Febrianti, 2018). The purpose of using this heavy equipment is to make it easier for humans to do their work so that the expected results can be achieved more easily in a relatively short time. In the construction of the Guets House 57 Nganjuk hotel, it certainly requires heavy equipment to make work easier, the heavy equipment used for heaps and excavations, namely Excavators and Dump Trucks, so that you can find out the time needed and the costs incurred for these 2 types of heavy equipment, the authors discuss in chapter 4 with a description of the volume of excavation work, namely 1,996 m3 and for the volume of embankment work, namely 1,387.28 m3 using 2 types of heavy equipment Exavator and Dump Truck with Mini PC 75 type for Exavator and Hino index 8 for Dump Truck from the calculation results of two types of heavy equipment it is obtained that the time for piling work is 9 days for Excavators and 6 days for Dump Trucks, for excavation work it takes 17 days for Excavators and 11 days for Dump Trucks, and for a daily fee of Rp. 3,675,816 for Excavators and Rp. 5,041,416 for Dump Trucks

Abstract

The construction of the South Cross Road Lot.6 in Tulungagung Regency is still in progress with an initial contract value of Rp. 518,708,635,957. - not including VAT. The construction of this road starts from Karanggongso – Nglarap (Trenggalek Regency) for 10,450 km and Nglarap – Klatak (Tulungagung Regency) for 4,414 km. Construction of Drainage channels in the South Cross Road construction project Lot.6 district. Tulungagung is very diverse, ranging from V-ditch and U-ditch work. Due to the complexity of the activities that must be carried out in a construction project, supporting equipment is needed that can speed up data processing quickly, accurately and precisely. The equipment is a computer and its software, one of which uses the Microsoft Project program. For the drainage channel construction project itself, it has a budget plan of Rp. 46,179,268,645.48 with a planned completion of 763 days. The data collection carried out in this study was secondary data from the South Cross Road project Lot.6 Tulungagung Regency in the form of a Budget Plan, Time Schedule, project data and shop drawings. Evaluation is carried out by analyzing the duration of each activity in the drainage canal work and dependency logic based on the PDM analysis in Microsoft Project then analyzing three-time estimates based on the PERT method and analyzing the cost of the project plan based on the PERT analysis. From the evaluation results it was found that the analysis using the PERT method was more efficient with work acceleration of 4 working days with a duration of 759 days, while the costs for this project were in accordance with the plan, because there were no additional resources and materials in the implementation of the project. Based on the critical path analysis in the Microsoft Project, the critical path work is excavation work for drainage channels and also mortar stone work, so that the completion of this project is very dependent on these two works

Abstract

To provide adequate and quality air transportation facilities and infrastructure by developing and maintaining a sustainable air transport infrastructure, it is ?required attention to occupational safety and health risk factors. These factors need to be analyzed in order to achieve zero accidents in the implementation process. This study aims to identify OHS risk factors, determine the highest OHS risk factors and then prepare a Construction Safety Plan (RKK) based on the highest OHS risk factors in The Terminal Building Construction Of The New Mentawai Airport Development Project, to determine the control of these risks. Interviews, and questionnaires as well as the results of previous studies, were collected to determine the risk factors for OSH. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method was applied to determine the highest risk factor which was carried out by compiling the AHP questionnaire and inputting it in the Expert Choice application. The Construction Safety Plan is prepared after the AHP analysis, in which the required OHS costs are also known. There are 4 aspects of risk factors: Workers Aspect, Management Aspect, Equipment Aspect, and the Environment Aspect with 24 risk factors. The risk factor for worker burnout, which is part of the worker aspect and is carried out in structural work, is the highest. Furthermore, the Construction Safety Plan (RKK) is prepared based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Construction Safety Management Systems with an OHS cost of this construction IDR 698,250,000.00. This study emphasizes the importance of paying attention to risk factors, namely the burnout condition of workers, which is rarely considered in the implementation of construction work.

Abstract

Lamongan-Gresik road is one of the main roads that is connected to the capital city of East Java Province, Surabaya. This study was conducted to assess damages on the road and to determine the priority level of handling it by conducting a visual survey, pavement surface damage measurement, and LHR survey for one day on the road section. Bina Marga method was utilized in the analysis comprising six types of road damages that are identified, namely: photole, patches, alligator cracking, rutting, reflection cracking, longitudinal and transverse cracks, depression grade, and polished aggregate. The major type of damages is alligator cracking (41.00%) with an area of 792.76 m2, while the minor type of damages is photole (0.08%) with an area of 1.54 m2 from Gresik to Babat, while the major type of damage is alligator cracking by 53.00% with an area of 801.27 m2, and the minor type of damage is reflection cracking by 0.20% with an area of 3.08 m2 from Babat to Gresik. Based on the type of pavement damages reviewed, namely Asphalt (P2), the types of damages that are repaired using local asphalt are alligator cracks, box cracks, longitudinal and transverse cracks with width < 2 mm, and ravelling. Filling the hole (P5) Damages repaired with this method are box cracks, Aligator cracks with crack width > 2 mm and subsidence, and holes > 50 mm deep. Leveling (P6) Damages that need to be repaired by leveling is settlement/subsidence, holes with a depth of 10-50 cm, groove depth < 30 mm.
