Abstract

ABSTRAK Vaksinasi Covid-19 merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani masalah Covid-19. Vaksinasi Covid-19 bertujuan untuk menciptakan kekebalan kelompok (herd immunity) agar masyarakat menjadi lebih produktif dalam menjalankan aktivitas kesehariannya.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya melakukan vaksinasi covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dilakukannya edukasi tentang pentingnya melakukan vaksinasi covid-19. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini adalah presentasi melalui power point oleh pemateri, diskusi tanya jawab, dan kuesioner pretest dan posttest kepada peserta webinar untuk mengukur pengetahuan peserta webinar sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya vaksinasi covid-19. Pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui zoom meeting dan diikuti oleh 41 peserta. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan peserta sasaran sebesar 58,75. Kemudian, terjadi peningkatan hasil post-test sebesar 83,90. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai vaksin covid-19 serta meningkatnya komitmen masyarakat untuk menghadiri kegiatan vaksinasi. Kata kunci :Vaksinasi, Covid-19, Masyarakat ABSTRACT The Covid-19 vaccination is one of the Indonesian government's efforts in dealing with the Covid-19 problem. Covid-19 vaccination aims to create group immunity (herd immunity) so that people become more productive in carrying out their daily activities. get vaccinated against COVID-19. The community service method carried out is a presentation via power point by the speaker, question and answer discussion, and pretest and posttest questionnaires to webinar participants to measure the knowledge of webinar participants before and after being given education about the importance of covid-19 vaccination. The implementation of this community service activity was through a zoom meeting and was attended by 41 participants. The results of the pre-test showed that the average knowledge of the target participants was 58.75. Then, there was an increase in post-test results of 83.90. This activity increases public understanding of the COVID-19 vaccine and increases community commitment to attend vaccination activities. Keywords: Vaccination, Covid-19, Society

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a type of acute febrile illness caused by one of the four serotypes of the virus again with the genus Flavivirus known as the dengue virus which is characterized by bleeding fever 2 to 7 days without clear cause weakness, lethargy, anxiety, heartburn accompanied by signs of bleeding in the skin in the form of bleeding spots. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community knowledge and attitudes on dengue prevention behavior in the working area of the padang cermin health center.This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional approach.The study population was the head of the family in the health center working area with a sample of 145 families selected by purposive sampling using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge obtained a value of knowledge (r=0.604; P Value 0.001 <0.05) attitude (r=0.732; P value 0.001 <0.05) with dengue prevention behavior. The results of hypothesis testing are that there is a positive relationship between knowledge and attitude with dengue prevention behavior. Suggestions from researchers, namely, the need to increase public knowledge by the Puskesmas through socialization and education activities to prevent dengue hemorrhagic fever routinely once a month, promotion to the community can be done with social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook so that information can reach the community more quickly.
