Abstract

This research aims to find out how students' perceptions and satisfaction with the application of Blended Learning in the Social Studies Department at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pekanbaru model based on gender. This type of research is Quantitative Research. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique was used to take samples in this study. The data used are 114 respondents from students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru and 50 respondents from students of MAN 2 Pekanbaru Model. This research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The data used are interviews and questionnaires. Validity Test and Reliability Test were used before the research instrument was distributed to the respondents. Data Analysis Techniques using t test. The results of the Perception and Satisfaction research of students are positively and significantly influenced by the application of Blended Learning to students of MAN 1 and MAN 2 Pekanbaru Model, and there is a significant difference between Perception and Satisfaction of Students and Students. Satisfaction with the implementation of BL in MAN 1 Pekanbaru and MAN 2 Pekanbaru model by utilizing the CSI calculation, it can be seen that satisfaction with the implementation of BL shows the category of being satisfied with the range of 66-80% and quite satisfied which is in the range of 51%-65%.

Abstract

Educational administration is an important field in the organization of effective and efficient education. This journal aims to discuss the basic concepts of educational administration, ranging from its definition, goals, functions, principles, to its scope. This journal discusses that educational administration is the process of managing educational resources to achieve educational goals. The main goal of educational administration is to improve the quality of education and produce quality graduates. The functions of educational administration include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. The principles of educational administration that must be considered in its implementation are democratic, efficient, effective, and sustainable. The scope of educational administration includes personnel administration, curriculum administration, financial administration, facilities and infrastructure administration, student administration, and teaching and learning administration.

Abstract

Prasarana merupakan keseluruhan perlengkapan yang tidak secara langsung mendukung dalam proses pendidikan disekolah. Prasarana belajar berupa gedung sekolah, ruangan, lapangan. Sarana belajar berupa buku, fasilitas sekolahan, media pembelajaran. Kelengkapan sarana prasarana belajar menjadikan kondisi pembelajaran lebih baik. Adapun tujuan ini di lakuka ialah untuk mengetahu seberapa besar penaruh sarana dan prasarana terhdap minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan gama islam. Selain itu teknik penelitian ini yaitu Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan cara kerja perhitungan statistik, Data yang digunakan adalah data cross section. Adapun hasil dan pembahasan terlihat bahwa diperoleh besar koefisien determinasi adalah 0,058 maka pengaruh variabel bebas (independent) terhadap perubahan variabel dependent adalah 5,8%. Jadi besarnya pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap minat belajar siswa adalah 5,8%, sedang pengaruh variable yang tidak diteliti sebesar 94,2%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh kualitas sarana dan prasarana terhadap minat belajar siswa di SMPN Bengakalis. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah guru pendidikan agama islam yang berperan sebagai pengawas, motivator, penilai, perencana, mentor, pemimpin kelas, dan penyelenggara lingkungan belajar, sehingga siswa memiliki minat dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam
