Abstract

Abstract— The student attendance system carried out at the Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo currently still uses paper for both students and lecturers. The use of this paper allows errors to occur when the lecturer recapitulates student attendance data. In addition, the attendance process that still uses paper is considered less effective and efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to create an information system that can apply digital signatures at the Purworejo Muhammadiyah University to prevent Purworejo Muhammadiyah University students outside of lectures or being absent from being able to fill attendance. With this system, it is hoped that this digital signature can be used in academic information systems and support online learning

Abstract

Sistem absensi mahasiswa yang dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo saat ini, masih menggunakan kertas baik untuk mahasiswa maupun dosen. Penggunaan kertas tersebut memungkinkan terjadiya kesalahan saat dosen merekap data absensi mahasiswa. Selain itu, proses absensi yang masih menggunakan kertas ini dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menerapkan digital signature dalam sistem informasi presensi pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo, guna mencegah mahasiswa dalam mengisi absensi di kampus baik luring maupun daring dan ketika tidak dapat hadir dalam perkuliahan. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode scrum. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner pengujian didapatkan rata-rata nilai presentase dari mahasiswa sebesar 89,7% dan dosen 90% yang berarti sistem yang dibangun layak untuk digunakan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo. Dengan adanya sitem ini diharapkan digital signature ini dapat digunakan pada sistem informasi akademik dan memdukung pembelajaran secara daring.

Abstract

The attendance of students of the Information Technology Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo is currently still used and managed manually. In a manual system like this, it is very possible for errors in managing attendance data and student cheating in falsifying attendance at lectures. In the attendance process at the Information Technology Study Program using a manual system is considered less effective and less efficient.From these problems, it is necessary to create a student attendance system using a Quick Response Code with a WiFi area limit to prevent Information Technology students from Muhamadiyah Purworejo University outside of lectures or being absent from being able to fill in attendance or entrust attendance to friends and with this system, it is hoped that the process attendance can be done effectively and efficiently.The results of student attendance at the Information Technology Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo. Quick Response Code with Wifi area limits has the ability to prevent manipulation of student attendance data and can recap computerized attendance data.

Abstract

Nowadays, the computer technology is growing rapidly. This has a positive impact, many people can be helped by the computer. In addition, the types of jobs available are in-creasing. But, there are also negative impacts, for example the computer crimes are growing dramatically. The komputer crimes will be handled where the place of computer crime occurred at the District Level (POLSEK). The problem occurs is when police agen-cies at the District Level do not have tools to investigate digital evidence. So the proce-dure to handle this computer crime is send the physical evidence to the Regional Level (POLDA) to be acquired and analyzed.It will make the digital evidence vulnerable to be acquired and manipulated when the physical evidence is sent to the Regional Police Agency by people who do not have au-thority. It is necessary to renew the procedure for handling digital evidence in the case of a computer crime and integrated system between them.This study will produce a procedure for handling digital evidence through an integrated monitoring system between POLSEK and POLDA agencies. It is hoped that through this monitoring system, authenticity can be maintained and the digital evidence can be ac-cepted by judge in the court.

Abstract

The Budget Information and School Revenue Management Information System at the Magelang City Education Office is an application used by the treasurer to draft up to the stages of prepar-ing the budget report and income of Elementary Schools in the City of Magelang. This applica-tion can do the process of calculating the budget, revenue budget, and display the percentage of expenditure based on a particular account code. The output of this system is direct shopping re-ports, indirect expenditure, monthly expenditure, income, a list of school account codes, a list of programs, school activities, and A2 receipts that are used as proof of monthly expenditure. The output of the system can make it easier for the treasurer in designing the school budget, because the results of calculations produced by the system are accurate and the system can also make reports automatically when the treasurer has designed the budget and school income.

Abstract

Stored data is increasing in volume. Various data compression algorithms have been researched and developed. The purpose of this study was to compare the performance of the Huffman Algorithm and the Shannon-Fano Algorithm. A comparison of the performance of the compression algorithm is done by testing each image file. The application used to test was built using C ++. Four image file types will be tested using the application that has been built. The file being tested considers the image file type as a compression object. The current image file tends to increase in terms of file size. The results of testing the four image files obtained contain many symbols and frequencies in determining the value of data entropy. The same file tested using the Huffman Algorithm produces better compression gain. The Fish.bmp file uses the Huffman 2.0% algorithm and uses the Shannon-Fano algorithm 1.7%. The greater the entropy, the smaller the gain obtained. For example, the white.bmp file entropy: 0.19693 using the Huffman Algorithm can gain 85.2%. entropy Fish.bmp file 6.87332 can get a 2.0% gain.

Abstract

Academic Information System is a system that provides services that are academic data information designed in accordance with business processes that run to improve the performance and quality of academic services. This academic information system has many benefits for institutions in the field of education, be it in the processing of teaching data, value data, and other data related to academic learning in this case, especially universities. The problem that exists today is the absence of an academic information system at the University of Muhammadiyah that is able to store all academic data. Therefore, academic information systems that can meet the needs are very necessary. This research discusses the design of web-based systems using codeigniter 3 framework which is expected to produce an academic information system that meets the needs.

Abstract

Laboratory Information system (LIS) adalah sistem yang terintegerasi dengan alat yang ada di Unit Laboratorium Rumah Sakit dengan server LIS dengan mengirimkan hasil pemeriksaan. Masalah yang terjadi adalah antara server lokal dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) belum terhubung. Hal ini karena kode dari LIS belum sesuai dengan SIMRS dan mekanisme pengiriman dan penarikan data antara SIMRS dengan LIS belum terbangun. Akibatnya, petugas bekerja dengan tidak efisien karena melakukan pencatatan manual yang dapat berakibat rawat kesalahan dalam membubuhkan hasil. Kesalahan dalam pencatatan hasil berakibat fatal karena laboratorium berhubungan dengan unit-unit yang lain. Kesalahan pemeriksaan tersebut akan mengakibatkan malpraktik dan kesalahan dalam pencatatan pembayaran tagihan pemeriksaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni mapping (memetakan) data antara data pemeriksaan yang ada di database LIS dengan database SIMRS. Hal ini disebabkan karena kode pemeriksaan di kedua database tersebut berbeda satu sama lainnya. Selain itu, metode pengiriman data yang digunakan yakni menggunakan data JSON (JavaScript Object Notation). JSON merupakan bahasa pemrograman yang memungkinkan setiap server saling bertukar data. Diharapkan dengan metode-metode tersebut, petugas Laboratorium di Rumah Sakit dapat mengefisienkan waktu dan tenaga dalam merekam hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium. Selain itu, keamanan dari data pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan terjamin oleh sistem.

Abstract

The payment system plays an important role in the process of transactions carried out by institutions, agencies, companies and individuals. Problems arise in the use of the payment system at the Bung Karno Hospital which causes hospital services to be inefficient. Problems that arise in the payment system have an impact on patient care and hospital management at the Bung Karno Hospital. The Host to Host payment system is a solution to payment problems at the Bung Karno Hospital. This study uses the Host To Host method with an online basis that is integrated with Bank Jateng. The implementation of the Host To Host system with Bank Jateng makes the patient payment process have an alternative payment method where the patient can pay bills with the features of Bank Jateng. The implementation of the Host To Host System with Bank Jateng at the Bung Karno Hospital makes patient service more efficient. This system also helps the hospital in managing financial management.

Abstract

Abstract— Integration and acceleration of data transactions is a very important issue to be discussed in the era of integrated information technology development. This problem is the reason for making the system interact with each other quickly. Indonesian Case Base Groups (INA-CBG's) is an application used to process claims for National Health Insurance (JKN) participants from the Hospital. Every hospital is required to send patient data through INACBG's. However, current data claims for inpatients are still done manually. This manual process will make officers enter patient data into the main system and INACBG's. This results in the efficiency of work performed by hospital staff. In addition, the data entered is not automatic because there is a delay when entering data into the main system and INACBG's. Development of an Inpatient Information System that is integrated with INA-CBG's using JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). This format can send inpatient claim data to the INACBG's application in the form of an array. The JSON format does not have a standard format for writing, so it can be faster and more flexible in sending data. With an integrated system between the main system and INACBG's, it can increase the efficiency of processing data claims to INACBG's.
