Abstract

MyStaners is a tutoring institution that focuses on educational courses for candidates of new student admission selection (SPMB) in Politeknik Keuangan Negara (PKN) STAN. MyStaners wants to build web-based tryout online examination services. In this research will be built web-based tryout online examination services information system with the scheme type of questions and assessment test that appropriate with SPMB PKN STAN. This web-based system is built with the PHP programming language, Codeigniter framework, and MySQL database.

Abstract

The manual attendance system currently running at SMK TKM Teknik Purworejo has not been able to produce fast and accurate data so it is not easy to monitor teacher attendance. Therefore, a computerized Teacher Presence System is needed to produce faster and more accurate data at SMK TKM Teknik Purworejo. In making the Presence Information System for Teacher Attendance at SMK TKM Teknik Purworejo the Sequential Linear or Classic Life Cycle Model or commonly referred to as the Waterfall model is used. Linear Sequential is an approach to systematic and sequential software development that starts at the system level and progresses throughout the analysis, design, code, and testing. The data collection procedure was carried out to collect the data needed in the study, in this case using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The system built can provide various facilities such as the process of adding, changing, and deleting admin data, teacher data, permission type data. It also presents the process of updating general and school settings. There is also a facility to make an entry and exit presence, which is equipped with a photo of the presence and checking the IP connection used. And also displays attendance and permission reports.

Abstract

The attendance of students of the Information Technology Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo is currently still used and managed manually. In a manual system like this, it is very possible for errors in managing attendance data and student cheating in falsifying attendance at lectures. In the attendance process at the Information Technology Study Program using a manual system is considered less effective and less efficient.From these problems, it is necessary to create a student attendance system using a Quick Response Code with a WiFi area limit to prevent Information Technology students from Muhamadiyah Purworejo University outside of lectures or being absent from being able to fill in attendance or entrust attendance to friends and with this system, it is hoped that the process attendance can be done effectively and efficiently.The results of student attendance at the Information Technology Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo. Quick Response Code with Wifi area limits has the ability to prevent manipulation of student attendance data and can recap computerized attendance data.

Abstract

The administrative section of Purworejo Muhammadiyah University Information Study Program in processing data payment works and practice work still uses a manual process that is using Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, management should keep payment slips as evidence that the student has already made the payments. As for the weakness of the payment slip that can be lost and after several months the writing on the deposit slip fades. After all, it was not yet effective. Thus, researchers do research and construct Information Systems Payment Services and Practical work on Information Technology Study Programs. This information system was created to make it easier for the governance part in managing the payment data both practical and practical. The method of data collection used in this research is observation, interview, and library study. The method used for system development is the waterfall method. In addition, payment information systems are built with PHP programming language, the framework Code of Igniter, and MySQL databases. Research indicates the waterfall method can be used to design a system of payment information, practical and practical. Systems can be used with a record of several improvements to the functional aspect. Development of implemented study and policy programs.

Abstract

In the last ten years, both academics and researchers have been interested in conducting re-search on smart city and its aspects. The results of their research are focused on one point that the leap in information technology that significantly influences the architecture, infrastructure and community patterns of information needs is fast and can be accessed anywhere. This para-digm gave birth to the concept of smart city, which is a well planned city, cost-effective commu-nity services and good governance for the welfare of society.This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the smart city concept that depends on geographical, environmental, economic and social constraints. This paradigm provides an overview of the six dimensions of smart city characteristics with aspects of smart living, smart mobility, smart people, smart economy, smart environment, smart government. Modern city life is part of the community in fulfilling their daily needs. People are accustomed to high mobility between cities because of work, entertainment, education, the phenomenon of urbanization and depletion of certain resources.Thanks to the development of information and communication technology, the concept of smart city now provides an opportunity for people to enjoy services, make decisions, find something new and experience many things to improve the quality of life in the smart city era.

Abstract

Many algorithm methods slve a problem many research have done various performance of each algorithm, until now has growth rapidly the performance of algorithms in the field of computer science. One of the methods from all of algorithms is used such as the quick sort algorithm.Qucik Sort Algorithm in the process of sorting data used divide and conquer techniques. Divide and conquer techniques can be determined right left or middle pivot. So they have 3 performance such as base case O(n2 log n), worst case O(n2) and average case Tavg = O(n2 log n). In certain, case the worst case was able to work well in place and in virtual memory.

Abstract

Data mining is often used in research-related pattern and knowledge of an information is stored in large-scale databases. Today many companies have large amounts of data was stored in the database. The large-scale databases are only used to generate tabular information fo the needs daily of managers. So it can be called rich data but poor information.Data mining has one assocation method that can generate certain patterns and knowledge of data have an assocate between two itemsets, so it has an if-then property. Algorithm used to produce assocation rule is called apriori.The result of research represent that the apriori algorithm can work optimally to generate pattern the sales transaction. This research represents transaction frequency{2,3} -> {28} has support 10.5%, confidence 66.6% and {7,8} -> {22} has support 10.5%, confidence 66.6%. Both of rules have frequencies often represent quite high with > 2.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate portal web University Muhammadiyah Purworejo by using utili-ty system approach. Utility system approach to evaluate portal web from the point of the system effectiveness, firstly proposed by Kendall. This approach captured the perception of the system based on 6 points of view, which are possession, form, place, time, actualization and goal, as well as the scale of measurement using a likert scale and SPSS software. This study uses a re-search instruments with a likert scale questionnaire. The results showed how good the quality of the portal web University Muhammadiyah Purworejo, and any item of utility system that con-tributed the most to improving the quality of the system, as well as proposals that may be submit-ted to the management of portal web to develop more qualified information system.

Abstract

Stored data is increasing in volume. Various data compression algorithms have been researched and developed. The purpose of this study was to compare the performance of the Huffman Algorithm and the Shannon-Fano Algorithm. A comparison of the performance of the compression algorithm is done by testing each image file. The application used to test was built using C ++. Four image file types will be tested using the application that has been built. The file being tested considers the image file type as a compression object. The current image file tends to increase in terms of file size. The results of testing the four image files obtained contain many symbols and frequencies in determining the value of data entropy. The same file tested using the Huffman Algorithm produces better compression gain. The Fish.bmp file uses the Huffman 2.0% algorithm and uses the Shannon-Fano algorithm 1.7%. The greater the entropy, the smaller the gain obtained. For example, the white.bmp file entropy: 0.19693 using the Huffman Algorithm can gain 85.2%. entropy Fish.bmp file 6.87332 can get a 2.0% gain.

Abstract

Current population information is an important part of an area. UU no. 32 of 2004 regulating regional autonomy shows that the quantity of population must be increased from all aspects. Bantul Regency has a majority of population systems at the dukuh or RW level that have not yet been computerized. Currently the obstacle faced is inaccurate information. the government has difficulty in providing counseling, development stimulant funds and welfare of various real sec-tors. Other problems aim to facilitate the implementation of reconstruction and rehabilitation of dukuh or RW-level areas. Pedukuhan Plawonan has ten RT. Currently Plawonan hamlet has approximately 1000 counts of souls consisting of various ages that are still not well recorded. This research intends to overcome these problems. This research attempts to complete using the Relational Database model. With SIMDUK that has been built by the RW, the village can easily obtain the required information quickly, precisely and accurately.
