Abstract

Abstrak Pariwisata merupakan salah satu pendongkak ekonomi daerah, bukan hanya dari pengunjung luar tapi juga pengunjung dari daerah kita sendiri sangat menyukai pariwisata, dan di era saat ini dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, masyarakat akan mencari sumber informasi tentang daerah tujuan wisata dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti website oleh karena itu Rancang bangun sistem informasi pariwisata di kabupaten minahasa selatan merupakan jawabannya. Sistem ini di buat menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype dengan menggunakan Desain sistem UML yaitu Use case diagram, activity diagram. Rancang bangun sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML dan Sql. Melalui sistem ini semua masyarakat bisa mengakses tujuan wisata dan informasi wisata berbasis website dimanapun dan kapanpun tanpa ada batasan ruang dan waktu.

Abstract

This study was designed to produce a learning design based on Mobile Learning (M-Learning) that is appropriate for elementary school students. In making this instructional media design, the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method consists of six stages: concept, design, obtaining material, assembly, testing, and distribution, but in this study only carried out two stages, concept and design. The results showed that the MDLC method privides the feasibility percentage of: media experts amounted to 89.44%; material experts amounted to 92,89%, and teachers amounted to 93.3%.  This study produces a learning design based on Mobile Learning (M-Learning) that is feasible to be applied for elementary school students.Keywords: Learning media; mobile learning; multimedia development life cycle Desain Aplikasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Mobile Learning (M-Learning) Untuk Siswa Sekolah DasarABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain media pembelajaran berbasis Mobile Learning (M-Learning) yang layak untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Dalam membuat desain media pembelajaran ini digunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahapan yaitu concept, design, obtaining content material, assembly, testing, dan distribution, namun pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan dua tahapan saja yaitu tahap concept dan tahap design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MDLC memberikan hasil persetase kelayakan dari: ahli media sebesar 89,44%; ahli materi sebesar 92,89%; dan guru-guru sebesar 93,3%.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah desain media pembelajaran berbasis Mobile Learning (M-Learning) yang layak diterapkan pada siswa sekolah dasar.Kata Kunci: Media pembelajaran; mobile learning; multimedia development life cycle

Abstract

Education currently plays an important role in educating the nation's children, because they will later become the golden generation of this nation. Therefore the world of education must continue to evolve with the times and accept change. Learning activities in schools are required to study from home or be carried out boldly. Case studies in research at smk n 3 tondano, the learning system at smk n 3 tondano uses a learning system provided by the government. There were many deficiencies, so a learning system design using moodle was proposed, the learning system contained grades, absence information, exam schedule information and announcements regarding activities held by the school. The purpose of this study is to analyze the constraints of the learning system and the use of existing information and to design a website-based application that can be accessed at any time. Later this research is useful for improving the quality of technology-based education. Based on the existing problems, researchers will analyze the use of learning information systems using moodle to be a solution to existing problems. Analysis of utilization of learning information systems using moodle, you can find out the achievement of learning using moodle. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the learning information system using moodle is very good at carrying out learning activities boldly.
