Abstract

Pandemi telah mempercepat transformasi digital di semua industri, termasuk lembaga keuangan. Kemunculan fintech dan bank digital telah memperkuat pentingnya menyediakan layanan perbankan digital yang mudah, tidak merepotkan dan nyaman terutama oleh bank tradisional. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah merubah pola kebiasaan masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan perbankan termasuk perbankan syariah. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah produk bank syariah dengan menggunakakan layanan digital dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan menguraikan dan menganalisis data dari hasil temuan di lapangan yang terdapat pada sumber yang diterbitkan instansi yang berwenang dan peneltian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa layanan perbankan digital yang dipasarkan oleh bank syariah merupakan upaya mewujudkan produk bank syariah lebih kompetitif sehingga dapat meningkatkan inklusi keuangan syariah di masyarakat.

Abstract

This article analyzes the depiction of Middle Eastern Islamic locality in video games that has a bad image. This research uses qualitative research method and a literature study approach. It reveals the representation of the Arab world and Muslims in video games developing after the September 11 attacks. The representation had significant impacts on Muslims around the world. It can damage the positive image of Islam and Muslims in the world community. The representation of Muslims in video games, such as in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Kuma/ War, uses stereotypes in Western societies. Muslims appear to be terrorists and live in a country that seems isolated

Abstract

The Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) is a public legal entity established under the mandate of Law Number 34 of 2014 concerning the financial management of Hajj. One of the objectives of the financial management of Hajj is to increase the benefits for the benefit of Muslims through benefit programs. The BPKH benefit program is funded by the benefit value of the People's Endowment Fund and is a social assistance activity as well as the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), in accordance with the provisions of the law. Construction of religious facilities and infrastructure. The BPKH benefit program is a new thing that comes as another form of company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this research is to conduct a literature study and a comparison on the management of the value of the benefits of the community endowment through the bpkh benefit program (a case study of the benefit partners of BPKH - BAZNAS RI). Social services to reduce poverty and ignorance in the country through education and da'wah activities as well as economic empowerment of the people. Therefore, the role of managing the value of the Ummah Endowment Fund which is transparent, sharia and accountable is indispensable.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the evolution of the role of al hisbah in the financial sector, especially the capital markets industry. Along with the times and the increasing complexity of today's government bureaucracy, the role of al hisbah has been formed differently in each country according to their respective needs. This research uses an exploratory qualitative method with secondary data. The research results show that the role of al hisbah is very complex, one of which is in the financial sector of the capital market to carry out supervision in order to protect investors from both external and internal risks. In this case, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) plays the role of al hisbah which coordinates with the National Sharia Council (DSN) to ensure transactions and activities in the Indonesian Islamic capital market are safe and healthy.
