Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pengembalian investasi pendidikan di Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2020 dengan metode two step Heckman berdasarkan fungsi upah Mincer. Metode Heckman terdiri dari regresi probit dan OLS. Berdasarkan  data Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (Sakernas) 2020 ditemukan bahwa jika individu berjenis kelamin laki-laki, pernah menikah, memiliki balita dalam rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikannya diploma serta sarjana ke atas dan bertempat tinggal di perkotaan akan meningkatkan peluang untuk bekerja dan mendapatkan upah sedangkan umur kuadrat dan tingkat pendidikan SD ke bawah serta SMP akan menurunkan peluang untuk bekerja dan mendapatkan upah. Selain itu,  variabel pendidikan diploma serta sarjana ke atas, jenis kelamin, tempat tinggal, pengalaman kerja, lapangan usaha tersier dan status pekerjaan akan meningkatkan upah, sedangkan variabel yang mengurangi tingkat upah adalah tingkat pendidikan SD ke bawah, SMP, pengalaman kerja kuadrat, serta lapangan usaha sekunder.  Analisis return pendidikan menemukan bahwa tingkat pengembalian investasi pendidikan semakin meningkat tinggi seiring dengan peningkatan tingkat pendidikan.

Abstract

The accumulation of waste produced by the community, including organic waste, can cause environmental damage. Efforts to deal with organic waste can be made by using it to become maggot food. In maggot cultivation, organic waste is an important element that serves as a food source for maggots. Maggot cultivation has been carried out a lot and has proven to be profitable. Therefore, maggot cultivation training is carried out using organic waste for young people who drop out of school. The aim of this program is to provide knowledge and skills to out-of-school young people so they can carry out maggot cultivation independently and generate income from this cultivation. This training uses 2 methods, namely by providing equipment and direct practice

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the strategy to increase Buton Regency's Original Regional Income (PAD). Regional income is an important source for district governments to finance development programs and public services. This research combines secondary data analysis with interviews with government officials, local economic experts, and other stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of the external and internal factors that influence PAD. The findings show that national economic fluctuations, national tax policies, and local tax policies have a significant impact on Buton Regency's PAD. Apart from that, the potential of local natural resources and the active participation of local stakeholders are also key factors in the strategy to increase PAD. This research also highlights the importance of increasing internal capacity in regional financial management. In conclusion, this research provides a deeper understanding of the factors that influence PAD in Buton Regency and formulates recommendations for sustainable and adaptive PAD increase strategies.
