Abstract

The background of this research is the fact that the optimization of Asset Utilization in General Hospitals in South Tangerang City has not been successful.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of asset maintenance and employee quality on optimization of asset utilization at a general hospital in South Tangerang City. The approach used is quantitative. This study uses the correlation method. The population in this study were employees of the General Hospital Administration of South Tangerang City. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, the number of samples are 35 respondents. This data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that asset maintenance and employee quality had a positive and significant impact on the optimization of asset utilization at the General Hospital in South Tangerang City, either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

The increase in economic potential in the tourist area of KSPN Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai Regency, in maximizing the potential for economic and tourism wealth, especially related to several SMEs in Labuan Bajo, of course requires community participation. It aims to maximize the potential of economic and tourism wealth, by maximizing various local wisdoms. The research method used is qualitative by conducting interviews with related parties. The results showed that the Central Government, namely the Coordinating Ministry for Creative Economy and Perumda Bidadari, West Manggarai Regency, had provided opportunities for people in the tourist area of KSPN Labuan Bajo to participate. There is a willingness of the community to participate, as well as the ability of the community to participate. There are 3 types of levels of community participation in tourism in the Labuan Bajo area, namely a. implementation level, b. level of utilization of results and c. evaluation level. However, participation at the planning level does not yet exist. This means that the community has not been involved in the tourism planning process in Labuan Bajo.

Abstract

The development and development of the tourism sector in Indonesia is growing. The determination of Labuan Bajo as a National Tourism Strategic Area makes it one of the premium tourist areas in Indonesia. Tourism development in its implementation found various obstacles and problems. We carry out community service programs in Labuan Bajo, to find out the problems and obstacles to tourism development. Our method is to conduct interviews and observe tourism locations. And we see the government's response and the community's response in an effort to maximize tourism potential in Labuan Bajo. We provide education and training regarding the utilization of tourism potential so that it has an impact and economic value. Second, we take action to clean up tourist sites and provide an understanding of how to manage waste in 3Rs (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle). The results we found, the community is still less involved in participation in tourism development, the government is still not optimal in policy regulation and utilization of tourism potential, and the biggest tourism problem occurs in poor tourism waste management.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian untuk menganalisa pengelolaan dan kontribusi BUMDes terhadap Pendapatan Asli Desa Cibeureum. Pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDes serta masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, BUMDes Desa Cibeureum dengan dua unit usaha yang dijalankan, Berdasarkan nilai pendapatan dan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kedua unit usaha setiap tahunnya, usaha yang dijalankan BUMDes mengalami penurunan pendapatan yang besar saat pandemi. BUMDes sudah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap PADes. BUMDes dinilai sudah berhasil melakukan salah satu tujuannya yaitu untuk meningkatkan PADes. Meskipun jumlah kontribusi masih tergolong kecil, namun dengan keberadaan BUMDes mampu meningkatkan kas PADes Desa Cibeureum. BUMDes juga sudah dikelola dengan baik dengan prinsip-prinsip prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif dan transparansi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran Ombudsman RI perwakilan Sumatera Barat dalam konteks pengawasan pelayanan publik di seluruh kota dan kabupaten di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka. Informasi diperoleh dari situs resmi Ombudsman Indonesia, artikel akademik dan sumber lain yang dianggap relevan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pengawasan terhadap pelayanan publik oleh perwakilan Ombudsman RI di Provinsi Sumatera Barat sudah cukup baik, meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa kendala. Kesimpulan diambil dari aspek preventif, represif dan pelayanan umum dari pengawasan ombudsman. Hasil tersebut disimpulkan dari penilaian kinerja dan tanggung jawab perwakilan Ombudsman dalam pengawasan pelayanan publik di Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Di Provinsi Sumatera Barat, hanya ada dua kabupaten yang memiliki zona hijau, yaitu Payakumbuh dan Dharmasraya. Lebih lanjut, 15 kabupaten dan kota di Sumatera Barat, termasuk Kota Padang, juga mendapat kategori pelayanan publik kuning. Lima Puluh Kota dan Mentawai kini terdaftar sebagai zona merah untuk pelayanan publik.

Abstract

The Jakarta Smart City Plan is an effort by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to use information technology in government sectors. One of the strategies developed by DKI Jakarta Provincial authorities, especially at the Department of Population and Civil Registration is the Alpukat Betawi (Direct Access to Fast and Accurate Population Documentation Service) app. This application provides various access to population licensing services and civil registration for residents of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of e-government in the provision of public services within the framework of population administration services. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this study. The data comes from a literature study, the results of observations and interviews. The results show that the use of the Alpukat Betawi app is not yet optimal. It has been found that limitations and barriers lead to people not knowing and understanding how to access online administrative services, lack of socialization of online application based systems, synchronization of population databases remains weak, and lack of human resources and IT system facilities due to budget constraints. This research will provide recommendations to improve the public service system to increase accountability, professionality, effectiveness and transparency of public services. In this case, DKI Jakarta Provincial of The Department of Population and Civil Registration should take action to plan, develop, and innovate in improving population online services and increasing civic engagement.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang berjudul “Sosialisasi Peran pemuda dalam SDGs Desa Junrejo Kota Batu. Khalayak sasaran untuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan pemuda di Desa Junrejo. Bentuk kegiatan berupa sosialisasi bagi pemuda dan peran pentingnya dalam SDGs (Sustainabilty Development Goals) / TPB ( Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan) tujuan 8, yaitu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan , kesempatan kerja yang produktif dan menyeluruh, serta pekerjaan yang layak di desa dan UKM Desa Junrejo Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu Jawa Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sosialisasi dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab (diskusi) dengan pemuda pelaku UKM dan peran pemuda pada konteks SDGs. Para pemuda desa Junrejo yang telah berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan ekonomi desa Junrejo, baik sebagai PKT, Karang taruna atau pendamping desa. Pemuda desa Junrejo telah melakukan pembangunan SDGs tujuan 8 secara inklusif artinya pemuda tidak meminggirkan kelompok-kelompok yang termaginalkan. Akan tetapi masyarakat khususnya pemuda tidak menyadari dan mengetahui SDGs tujuan 8 ini. Peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa secara inklusif tidak hanya pada jangka pendek atau menengah saja tetapi long term (jangka panjang).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang berjudul “Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Mitigasi Bencana Dalam Upaya Mewujudkan Desa Tangguh Bencana di Desa Banyukuning, Bandungan, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah”. Kondisi topografi Desa Banyukuning berada di daerah dataran tinggi yang berpotensi rawan terhadap kejadian bencana alam salah satunya tanah longsor, oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengedukasi dan meningkatkan kewaspadaan masyarakat Desa Banyukuning dalam mengurangi dampak resiko dalam menghadapi bencana alam yang mungkin terjadi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sosialisasi dan juga pelatihan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab (diskusi) dengan target sasarannya yaitu seluruh masyarakat Desa Banyukuning. Kegiatan sosialisasi mitigasi bencana ini juga melibatkan narasumber dari BPBD Semarang dan Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Sumberdaya Pembangunan (LPPSP) yang memaparkan materi mengenai konsep bencana, jenis-jenis bencana, dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh bencana, tanda-tanda akan terjadinya bencana, dan bagaimana cara menghadapi bencana dan pasca terjadinya bencana. Secara keseluruhan semua kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan diharapkan menjadi tambahan pengetahuan dan kewaspadaan masyarakat Desa Banyukuning dalam usaha mitigasi berbagai macam bencana yang mungkin terjadi, sehingga di masa yang akan datang dapat mendukung terbentuk Desa Tangguh Bencana (destana)

Abstract

The Depok Single Window (DSW) application is a media portal in the form of e-Government which was initiated by the Depok City Communication and Information Department to make it easier for people to get services and can also support the smart city concept. The background to this research is that many people in Depok City are not aware of the existence of the Depok Single Window (DSW) application, and there are still several services provided by each OPD that have not been integrated, as well as many complaints from the public. There was a decrease in the level of use of the Depok Single Window (DSW) application. The purpose of this research is to determine the evaluation of the Depok Single Window (DSW) application in supporting the Smart City Concept in the Depok City Communication and Information Department. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. There are 6 (six) dimensions consisting of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The data source used is primary data obtained directly from informants and observations. Secondary data comes from existing data from the Depok City Communication and Information Office as well as documents. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the Depok Single Window (DSW) application has been carried out sufficiently to support the smart city concept in the Depok City Communication and Information Department, which is a form of smart government. However, implementation is still not optimal. There are still quite a lot of people in Depok City who don't know about it and there are still several obstacles experienced by people in using it. It was concluded that the evaluation of the Depok Single Window (DSW) application had been carried out but had not been carried out optimally.
