Abstract

Long-term contraceptive methods have a higher level of effectiveness than other family planning methods. Types of MKJP are IUD, implant, MOW and MOP. The MKJP coverage of West Pasaman Regency in 2020 is only 21.3% and has not reached the set target of 40.5%. This study aims to determine the determinants of the selection of long-term contraceptive methods. This research is a mix method research at  February 2022 in West Pasaman District. The population is  couples of childbearing age. The sample size is 99 people. The informants is 32. Data were collected by means of interviews and documentation studies. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed computerized using the Chi Square test. The results Chi Square get p value 0.023 (age), 0.015 (JKN ownership), 0.001 (education), 0.009 (knowledge), 0.003 (attitude), 0.029 (perception), 0.000 (family support), 0.001 (role of health workers) , and 0.023 (culture). The result of logistic regression test is pvalue  0.007 and OR  5.657.  Based on the results of the study, the most influential variable on MKJP is age, knowledge, role of health workers and family support . It is recommended that the West Pasaman DPPKBP3A should establish good and sustainable coordination with relevant agencies in order to provide education and motivate couples of childbearing age to participate in using MKJP  Keyword : MKJP, determinant

Abstract

Tuberculosis is one of the global health problems that is a control commitment in the SDGs program with a sufficient number of incidents every year. In the working area of the Lasi Health Center where in 2020 there were 14 cases of tuberculosis and in 2022 it increased to 16 cases and 86 suspected cases of tuberculosis. This study aims to describe efforts to prevent tuberculosis in the working area of the Lasi Health Center in 2022.This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in the working area of the Lasi Health Center is 6,830 people. Sampling using a proportional sampling technique with a sample size of 99 people. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis including univariate analysis. The results showed socio-cultural (69.7%), physical environment of the house (74.7%) The conclusion is that the physical environment of the house is at risk for TB incidents and there are still many people who do not take TB prevention efforts. It is hoped that TB officers at the Lasi Health Center will carry out TB prevention in the community

Abstract

Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) adalah ketentuan tentang jenis dan mutu pelayanan dasar yang merupakan urusan wajib daerah yang berhak diperoleh setiap warga secara minimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui analisis penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Rumah Sakit Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di RSUD Prof DR MA Hanafiah SM Batusangkar. Penelitian mengunakan metode kuantitatif mengunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional dilakukan bulan Juli 2022, sampel 129 orang pasien rawat inap di RSUD Prof DR MA Hanafiah SM Batusangkar.. Analisis data dengan uji Chi Square dan uji regresi logistic. Hasil kuantitatif, aspek Daya Tanggap (p=0,000), Jaminan (p=0,000), Bukti Fisik (p=0,000), Perhatian (p=0,000), Kehandalan (p=0,000), memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Prof DR MA Hanafiah SM Batusangkar. Hasil Multivariat adalah daya tanggap (p=0,015) dan bukti fisik (p=0,001) dan perhatian (p=0,090) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan: bahwa ada hubungan antara daya tanggap, jaminan, bukti fisik, perhantian dan kehandalan.dengan kepuasan pasien. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan sangat diperlukan untuk keahlian sesuai bidang keilmuan masing-masing pada seluruh tenaga pemberi pelayanan kesehatan.
