Abstract

The article Literature Review Determination of Productivity: Motivation, Skills and Work Environment, aims to build hypotheses for further research. The methodology for writing this Literature Review article is Library Research which is sourced from the online application of Mendeley and Google Scholar. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Motivation has an effect on productivity; 2) Skills affect productivity; and 3) Work environment has an effect on productivity.

Abstract

The development of the times requires all elements to develop, even more so within an organization. Currently, human activities in organizations are nothing more than Artificial Intelligence, which supports all organizational activities and makes work more efficient. With the existence of Artificial Intelligence, it is also expected to be able to increase Work Creativity because it can support the development of ideas for members of the organization. Then Artificial Intelligence will also increase the productivity of organizational members and Job Satisfaction. In this article, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher collects data from trusted sources and processes it into the SPSS application. The results of this study are: 1) Work Creativity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 2) Productivity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 3) Job Satisfaction related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment and employee performance, namely: Perceived Organizational Support, Communication, and Leadership Style, a Human Resource Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) Perceived Organizational support affects Organizational Commitment; 2) Communication affects Organizational Commitment; 3) Leadership Style affects Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence employee performance, namely: job involvement through job satisfaction and organizational commitment, a study of Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) job involvement (X) has an effect on employee job satisfaction (M1); 2) work involvement (X) has an effect on organizational commitment (M2); 3) work involvement (X) affects employee performance (Y); 4) job satisfaction (M1) has an effect on employee performance (Y); 5) organizational commitment (M2) has an effect on employee performance (Y); 6) work involvement (X) through job satisfaction (M1) has an effect on employee performance (Y); and 7) work involvement (X) through organizational commitment (M2) has an effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Price Perception and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Price Perception has an effect on Purchase Decisions; and 2) Service Quality has an effect on Purchase Decisions. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Purchase Decision, there are still many other factors including Price, Product Quality and Place variables.
