Abstract

In Banyumas Regency, parts of dry land owned by farmers are used for cultivating dry land rice, food crops, cassava, and cattle farm. Aims of the research were 1) to analyze variations of farmers’ house hold efforts, 2) to calculate amount of farmers’ house hold income of on farm, off farm, and non farm sectors, 3) to know the contribution of various income from off farm and non farm sectors to farmers’ house hold income, 4) to know factors affecting variation levels of farmers house hold efforts. The method of the research used was a survey using 75 respondents. Efforts conducted by the house hold members were varied, consisting of 1) animal husbandry efforts such as duck, chicken, and goat cattle; 2) attempts on services of building labour, carpenter, and mason; 3) business on major needs, carpenter workshop, coconut sugar craftsman; 4) village officers, and 5) civil servants. Income of the dry land rice farm provided the highest contribution to the house income of the on farm. Meanwhile the income of animal husbandry efforts gave the highest contribution to the house income of the off farm. The income obtained from by the farmers’ house hold from the business gave the highest contribution to the income of the farmers’ house hold of the non farm business. The non farm income had the highest contribution to the house hold income of the farmers.Key words: house hold income, effort variation, farmers’ income.

Coconut sugar at the local market that has usually low quality, various size, clean less packaging, dark colour, high dependency on local assembler, and too long the channel market influenced the low price of producer received.

Abstract

Poverty and food security are two the phenomenon of being intertwined ,even could be considered havingthe relationship of cause and effect. Limited capital good resulted in poor households in urban cannot access foodfairly both in the quality and quantity .The purpose of this research is to know the condition of food security poorhouseholds in urban areas Banyumas Regency and the factors that influence it. Research methodology that is usedis a method of surveying , and techniques of the sample collection use multi stages of sampling. An analysis offood security in this research used the share of food expenditure. While the factors that affect food security usinglinear regression .The results of the study showed food security poor households in urban areas BanyumasRegency is 63,34 % did not food secure and only 36,67% household food secure. This is because household incomethose who are low namely the average Rp.1.259.041,00/ month. Factors that influence the food security poorhouseholds in urban areas Banyumas Regency are income, the education level of mothers, the number of the familymembers and oil price.Keywords: poverty, food security, share food expenditure ABSTRAKKemiskinan dan ketahanan pangan merupakan dua fenomena yang saling terkait, bahkan dapat dipandangmemiliki hubungan sebab akibat. Keterbatasan modal mengakibatkan rumah tangga miskin di perkotaan tidak bisamengakses pangan secara cukup baik dari sisi kualitas maupun kuantitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahuikondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga miskin di wilayah perkotaan Kabupaten Banyumas dan faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, dan teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan Multi Stages Sampling. Analisis ketahanan pangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatanpangsa pengeluaran pangan. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan pangan menggunakanregresi linear model ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan ketahanan pangan rumah tanggamiskin di wilayah perkotaan Kabupaten Banyumas adalah 63,34% tidak tahan pangan dan hanya 36,67% tahanpangan. Hal itu terjadi karena pendapatan rumah tangga responden yang tergolong rendah yaitu rata-rataRp1.259.041,00/bulan. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan rumah tangga miskindiwilayah perkotaan Kabupateen Banyumas adalah pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan ibu, jumlah anggota keluargadan harga minyak goreng.Kata kunci : kemiskinan, ketahanan pangan, pangsa pengeluaran pangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui biaya produksi, penerimaan dan keuntungan, apakah usaha keripik pisang di UMKM Industri Muda Mandiri layak diusahakan secara finansial, dan berapa titik impas atau Break Even Point (BEP) dari produksi keripik pisang di UMKM Industri Muda Mandiri.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara kepada pemilik usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi terbesar pada bulan Mei 2022 sebesar Rp5.292.428,26 dan terkecil pada bulan Februari 2022 sebesar Rp1.722.904,93. Penerimaan terbesar pada bulan Mei 2022 sebesar Rp5.467.000,00 dan terkecil pada bulan Februari 2022 sebesar Rp 1.845.000,00. Keuntungan terbesar pada bulan April 2022 sebesar Rp 229.471,74 dan terkecil pada bulan Maret 2022 sebesar Rp 42.741,76. Abstract

MSMEs are able to become the main driver in the current economy and are considered as a tool to increase economic growth and business opportunities. One of the MSMEs in Banyumas Regency, especially in Semedo Village, Pekuncen District, is ants coconut sugar craftsmen. There are eleven farmer groups under the auspices of the Semedo Manise Sejahtera Cooperative. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of an entrepreneur's personal character on entrepreneurial orientation, analyze the influence of business policies on business character, and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance and business character. The analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS), a component or variance-based structural equation model (SEM) which is considered better than the SEM technique. The results show that the entrepreneurial orientation of coconut sugar craftsmen has a positive effect on business performance.Keywords: character, performance, orientation, MSMEs, entrepreneurshipINTISARIUMKM mampu menjadi penggerak utama dalam perekonomian saat ini dan dianggap sebagai salah satu alat untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta lapangan usaha. Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Banyumas Khususnya di Desa Semedo Kecamatan Pekuncen adalah perajin gula kelapa semut. Terdapat sebelas kelompok tani di bawah naungan Koperasi Semedo Manise Sejahtera. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakter pribadi wirausaha terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan, menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan usaha terhadap karakter usaha, dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha dan karakter usaha. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) adalah model persamaan struktural (SEM) yang berbasis komponen atau varian (variance) yang dianggap lebih baik daripada teknik SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan pengrajin gula kelapa terhadap kinerja usaha berpengaruh positif.Kata kunci: karakter, kinerja, orientasi, UMKM, wirausaha
