Abstract

In construction world, the labour’s productivity is one of the determining factors for development project. There are many tools to measure the productivity levels. One of which is by examining LUR (Labour Utilitation Rate) for each worker, that is to explore the labour’s effectivity in running their work. The purpose of this research is for knowing the labour’s productivity rate. This research was conducted on revitalization of BNI branch office at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. by observing the labours in mechanical and electrical work. LUR observation are carried out based on daily reports of completed mechanical and electrical work.

Abstract

Abstract The introduction of Technical Drawing knowledge to students in high schools is still lacking, especially in schools in remote areas far from big cities. This is very unfortunate because drawing technology at this time has developed far, while this knowledge is needed for high school students, especially those who will continue their education to the undergraduate level of engineering and design. According to the situation Study Program Building Construction Engineering Technology, FT UNJ hold the commuity service activity for senior secondary school with the aim that students have additional knowledge about AutoCAD software-based Engineering Drawings which can open their horizons for further education after school and/or related professions. The implementation of this community service was carried out for students of the State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Muara Gembong, Bekasi. The result of this activity is an increase in knowledge after students are given material on the implementation of this PKM by 27.93%, through pretest and posttest. In addition, the enthusiasm and interest of the students in trying to understand the material shown at the time of implementation, from the documentation, and the pre and post test scores were very visible. Abstrak Pengenalan pengetahuan Gambar Teknik pada siswa di sekolah menengah atas masih sangat kurang, khususnya pada sekolah-sekolah di pelosok-pelosok yang jauh dari kota besar. Hal ini sangat disayangkan karena teknologi Gambar pada masa ini sudah jauh berkembang, sementara pengetahuan ini dibutuhkan bagi siswa SMA khususnya yang akan melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang sarjana keteknikan dan desain. Untuk itu dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Prodi STR TRKBG FT UNJ, menyasar pada siswa sekolah menengah atas dengan tujuan agar siswa memiliki tambahan pengetahuan mengenai Gambar Teknik berbasis perangkat lunak AutoCAD yang dapat membuka wawasan mereka akan pendidikan lanjutan setelah sekolah dan/atau profesi yang terkait. Pelaksanan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Muara Gembong, Bekasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah siswa diberikan materi pada pelaksanaan PKM ini sebesar 27,93%, melalui pemberian pretest dan posttest. Selain itu, sangat terlihat antusiasme dan ketertarikan siswa dalam berusaha memahami materi yang ditunjukkan pada saat pelaksanaan, dari dokumentasi, dan nilai pre dan post test yang diberikan.
