Abstract

This research examines the influence of the relationship between internal and external factors on operational performance, beforehand an effective strategy supply chain management is needed to improve operational performance as a core strategic competency for better competitive advantage but companies need to evaluate actions that have environmental impacts, it is necessary practice sustainable supply chain management in a business. SEM-PLS analysis to examine the effect of the relationship between internal and external factor using a sample of 100 food and beverage agro-industries in the Province of East Java. The results showed that internal and external factors have a positive and significant effect on supply chain management strategy while on operational performance, although the influence of internal factors cannot be direct and external factors have a direct influence on operational performance, the practice sustainable supply chain management also has a direct effect as a mediating variable, between supply chain strategy variables on operational performance. This research is not only to find the right strategy for the food and beverage agro-industries but also to develop research on the importance of sustainable supply chain management practices in the food and beverage agro-industries.

Abstract

Sambal Boran adalah sambal khas Lamongan yang diolah dengan bahan dasar cabai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dari Sambal Boran kemasan di UKM Silvana Food. Jenis data yang peneliti gunakan pada penelitian ini ialah data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara terhadap key informan yaitu pemilik UKM Silvana Food. Data yang dididapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menghitung biaya, pendapatan, dan nilai tambah dengan metode Hayami. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh total biaya bahan baku rata-rata yang dikeluarkan adalah Rp 25.000/kg, sumbangan input lain Rp 360.600/kg. Nilai output Rp 25.000/unit dan nilai tambah sebesar Rp 389.400/kg. Pendapatan yang didapatkan tenaga kerja Rp 37.500/unit. Dengan nilai margin sebesar Rp 750.000/kg, besarnya margin dari pengemasan sambal boran ini menunjukkan bahwa penjualan produk sambal boran kemasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa UKM Silvana Food mendapatkan nilai tambah dari pengolahan komoditas cabai menjadi sambal boran kemasan dan usaha tersebut layak untuk dikembangkan. Diharapkan pemilik UKM Silvana Food dapat meningkatkan pemasaran online melalui sosial commerce dan menjalin mitra dengan toko oleh-oleh setempat sehingga semakin berkembang dan permintaannya semakin meningkat di era pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe increase in carrots in Indonesia is fluctuating and tends to decrease so that to fulfill their consumption needs to be done through imports, therefore a study of increasing carrot production needs to be done.This research is to knowing the analysis of the technical efficiency of production factors in increasing carrot production in Sumber Brantas Village.With a population of farmers as many as 144 people and using a slovin method that obtained 60 samples that adequately represented the population. The results of analysis using Cobb-Douglass; Stochastic Frontier for technical efficiency gets production factors that have partial effects, namely land, labor, sigma squared, gamma on ineficiency socio-economic factors that is age, family members, experience, activation in farmer groups (Dummy) with level different significanceKeyword : carrot, eficiency

Abstract

Indonesia has a high potential for tea production, so it is very popular with young people, as shown by data on the share of Indonesian household expenditure on food and beverages, which is the second largest after grains. This research aims to analyze the purchasing factors of Daun Tea Bar drink. The research was conducted in Malang using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The research sample was determined by Accidental Sampling of as many as 56 consumers. Data analysis using Logit model regression. The results showed that Daun Tea Bar consumers were dominated by students (46.4%), Private Employees (5.4%), Entrepreneurs (1.8%), and Others (1.8%) purchasing models of  Daun Tea Bar drinks in Malang are influenced by 12 variables, namely income, occupation, lifestyle, tastes, product quality, Daun tea bar drink prices, prices of other drinks, place, promotion, people, process, physical appearance. Knowing the lifestyle of consumers, the cost of Daun Tea Bar drinks is lower, the prices of other drinks are higher, the place is comfortable, and the manufacturing process is precise and fast, significantly increasing the purchase of Daun Tea Bar drinks. Meanwhile, income, occupation, taste, product quality, promotion, people, and physical appearance have no effect. This finding confirms that the lifestyle of young people or the people of Malang towards the consumption of beverages is quite high.
