Abstract

The development of technology-based health services is one of the public service innovation in the context of reforming the bureaucracy of Indonesian government. This study aims to provide an overview and analyze the assessment of the success, and effectiveness of the application of technology-based services through Mobile JKN at BPJS Kesehatan at the South Jakarta Main Branch Office. Researchers used qualitative methods to describe and gain a thorough and in- depth understanding of technology-based public service innovations focused on the use of the JKN mobile application as a form of innovation in national health insurance services at the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS). The JKN-KIS Mobile Application can be categorized as an innovation because it has the attributes of relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability, and observability. Researchers use the theory of service effectiveness according to David Krech, Richard an Egerton and mention that the innovations implemented by BPJS in this case, especially the Mobile JKN-KIS innovation at the South Jakarta Branch Office, have been effective.

Abstract

The theory used as an analytical knife in writing this thesis is the theory of policy implementation model according to Muchlis Hamdi (2014) which explains the description of the dynamics of the movement of policy implementation, namely the dimensions of productivity, linearity and efficiency and the factors that can affect the success of policy implementation, namely the determinants of policy substance, implementing task behavior, network interaction, target group participation and resources. The method used is a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are interviews, document review, and analysis. Based on the description obtained that the implementation of employment policies in Bekasi Regency has not run optimally, productivity has not reached the target, both the target for reducing the open unemployment rate and the target for minimum service standards for manpower placement. The service linearity between job seekers registration and job vacancies registration is in accordance with predetermined procedures, time, cost, place and implementer, but in terms of service to employers, procedures for placement of workers and follow-up to the appointment of prospective job seekers, the Bekasi Regency Manpower Office does not yet have a written standard operating procedure (SOP), so it cannot be explained whether the service is in accordance with the standard specification guidelines that have been determined. the efficiency of inter-work services is quite efficient, but inter-work services are still done manually and have not used online-based technology that can expand the range of services.

Abstract

Radicalism is a threat to the security and peace of a community, even a threat to the survival of a nation. Experience in a number of countries shows that radicalism can encourage conflict, both horizontally and vertically. Radicalism can be interpreted as positive or negative or constructive and descriptive. Radicalism is positive or constructive if it is lined with tolerance or restraint in society. In Indonesia, the danger of negative radicalism is evident when many young people are exposed to ideas that lead to violence.

Abstract

This research analyzed the implementation processing of Remote Indigenous Communities Empowernment in Buru District by using variable of Van Horn, They are; 1) The policy standarts and objectives; 2) resources ; 3) the communication Among organizations; 4) the characteristic of the implementing agency; 5) sosial, economic and political conditions, 6) implementor disposition. Furthermore, the researcher identified factors that become strength and weakness in the implementation. After that, formulate strategies and models that can applied in the implementation of empowernment. This research used qualitative design with analysis descriptive approach. Informants are determined by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and documentatiom methods. Furthermore, data analysis ia carried out by steps: data reduction, presenting data, drawing conclusions and analyzing new models. The result showed that the implementation of sosial Empowernment to the residents of Remote Indigenous Communities in Wanfudinar Village, Buru District went well, it can be seen in some indicators such as There were semi permanent houses for residents, and the other publik facilities. Ini addition, the implementation Empowernment was also seen through behavior changes of residents who increasingly received change, awareness of embracing religion. Based on the results, the researcher formulate a strategy implementation of Remote Indigenous Communities Empowernment with ASOCA analysis method, and Formulate MARYAM model. (Manage, Acceptable, Review, Yield, Accountability, Measurable) that supports three requirement in the design namely understanding ,commitment, and synergy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa Penerapan Aplikasi E-Samsat Dan Sipolin Kantor Cabang Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Banjar. Dengan beberapa permasalahan minimnya kesadaran masyarakat Kota Banjar dalm membayar pajak kendraan bermotor, belum jelasnya mekanisme E-Samsat dan Sipolin dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang E-Samsat dan Sipolin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis penerapan aplikasi E-Samsat dan Sipolin Kantor Cabang Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif berdasarkan metode kualitatif. Dalam proses pengumpulan informasi, peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan menghimpun dokumen terkait penerapan aplikasi E-Samsat dan Sipolin di Kantor Cabang Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Banjar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IT Principles berfungsi secara optimal sebagai pendorong dan pengarah (guiding principles) dalam berbagai usaha pemanfaatan IT di organisasi secara umum, khususnya E-Samsat dan Sipolin. Integrasi dan standarisasi dari Sistem aplikasi E-Samsat dan Sipolin Kota Banjar sudah sesuai dengan IT architecture decisions. IT infrastructure meliputi Prasarana dan fasilitas teknologi informasi yang berkaitan dengan jaringan, komputer, perangkat lain, dan perangkat lunak merupakan sekumpulan komponen yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses komputasi dan transmisi dalam waktu singkat dalam berbagai media. Proses pendaftaran efisien, aplikasi busseness needs pada sistem E-Samsat dan Sipolin yang dilaksanakan CPDPDP Wilayah Kota Banjar, dalam penerapannya memang membutuhkan kreativitas dan disiplin guna mewujudkan nilai baru bagi organisasi yang berdampak pada pelayanan prima pada masyarakat serta berkaitan dengan IT Investment and prioritization diketahui bahwa dalam penerapan E-Samsat dan Sipolin di CPDPDP Wilayah Kota Banjar, pelaksanaannya sudah menjalankan inisiatif yang perlu diprioritaskan. Kesimpulannya bahwa penerapan aplikasi E-Samsat dan Sipolin Kantor Cabang Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Banjar sudah sesuai dengan aturan dan kebijakan dari pusat, namun masih memiliki kendala dalam ketersediaan anggaran. Kata kunci: E-Samsat, Sipolin, Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah.
