Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of financial literacy and the factors that influence it at the Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar College of Economics and to analyze how the influence of gender, age, year class, study program and residence affects the level of student financial literacy. The number of samples in this study were 458 (four hundred and fifty eight) respondents. The data analysis method is descriptive statistics and multiple dummy regression. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students who were research respondents. The sample selection in this study was carried out with the accidental sampling method. The overall level of student financial literacy is> 84% - 100% which is included in the very high category and> 68% -84% which is included in the high category. The test results found that gender has a positive and significant effect on the level of financial literacy. This shows that men are better able to manage their finances than women. Meanwhile, age, year of class, study program and place of residence have no effect on the level of student financial literacy. Higher education institutions are expected to be able to evaluate course material related to the level of student financial literacy. Standardization of material is an important agenda in order to provide equal understanding of students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Fideral International Finance   Makassar. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods with questionnaires. The sample in this study was 82 people using a saturated sample. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fideral International Finance  Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan dalam memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 karyawan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Bank Sulselbar Makassar. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, in which the variables are measured by a likert scale with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees who has attended training with a total of 67 employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (i) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor kompetensi yang terdiri atas pengetahuan, keterampilan, keahlian dan sikap terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Pikitring Sulawesi Selatan; (ii) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor kompetensi yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Pikitring Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat survey dengan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian dan sampel sebesar 45 responden (full sample). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor kompetensi terdiri dari pengetahuan, keterampilan, keahlian dan sikap berpengaruh secara simultan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN Pikitring Sulawesi Selatan, yang ditunjukkan dari hasil perolehan nilai koefisien korelasi (R), koefisien determinan (R2), dan uji-F yang menunjukkan probabilitas p < 0.05. Kompetensi keahlian yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN Pikitring Sulawesi Selatan, berdasarkan hasil perolehan nilai koefisien regresi (B) yang menunjukkan nilai yang positif yang tinggi dan probabilitas p < 0.05. Kompetensi keahlian yang diterapkan dalam hal ini karyawan memiliki kemampuan bidang keahlian kelistrikan, memahami bidang administrasi, adopsi data dan informasi yang up to date dan penguasaan karyawan pada pengelolaan manajemen perusahaan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove the influence of leadership and communication on employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 55 people from a population of 120 people with the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed: (1) Leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the T-test > T-table and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. (2) Communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the T-test > T-table test and a significant value of 0.021 <0.05. (3) Leadership and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of the calculated F test > F table test and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline of employees at the Gowa district transportation office. This type of research is quantitative research, while the data sources used are primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. Method The sample used in this study is a saturated sample of 62 people. In conducting data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Gowa Regency Transportation Department

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competence and compensation for the performance of the employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk (R70) Makassar Branch. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the statistical analysis method in the form of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient as well as t-test and f-test.The results of this study indicate that competence and compensation partially or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk (R70) Makassar Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23% It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital.
