Abstract

The main problem in this study were 1) whether there is influence between the effectiveness of economic turnover to  profitability in PT.Djarum Employees Cooperative Spirit? 2) whether there is influence between cash turnover effectiveness  of economic   Profitability on PT.Djarum Employees Cooperative Spirit?The purpose of this study were: 1) to examine the effect of turnover between the effective-ness of economic profitability at  PT.Djarum Kudus Employees Cooperative, 2) to examine the effect of cash turnover between the effectiveness of economic  profitability at PT.Djarum Kudus Employees Cooperative. Data collection methods used in this study is the documentation. That method of data collection by performing recording  based on data obtained from the documents in PT.Djarum Employees Cooperative. With the results of this study as follows. 1.The effectiveness of accounts receivable turnover (X1) proved to have  a  positive  and   significant   impact  on    economic  profitability (Y) this is indicated from the results of the t test which proved the value of each regression coefficient 7.404 each  variable is greater when compared with the value of t 2.920 t count table located in the area rejected (Ho), meaning that zero  hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. So the hypothesis presented in this study proved that the effectiveness of the accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on economic profitability variables. 2.Effectiveness of cash turnover (X2) proved to have a positive and significant impact on eco-nomic profitability (Y) this is indicated from the results of the t test which proved the value of each regression coefficient 3.459 each variable is greater when compared with the value of t 2.920 t count table located in the area rejected (Ho), meaning that zero hypothesis (Ho) is  rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. So the hypothesis presented in this study proved that the effectiveness of  cash turnover has a significant effect on economic profitability variables.

Abstract

Problem in this study were as follows: Does experiential marketing which consists of a variable Sense, Feel, Think,  Act, Relate can influence purchasing decisions partially or multiple of the product Yamaha Mio at the University of  Muria Kudus? And which variable has the highest impact in influencing purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio at the  University of Muria Kudus? The results of regression analysis is known to have a positive and significant influence  between variables Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate partially based on the test results obtained for the variable  Sense t test value of 2,317; Feel at 5,238; 2,095 Think; Act of 2,587; for Relate 2,084; and 1,986 greater than at  table. This means a partial fifth variable consisted of Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate has a positive and  significant influence on purchase decisions Yamaha brand motor cycles are based on the F test results, obtained F  tes of 12,047 is greater 2,32 than F table and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. From the results of  regression analysis were the variables that have a Feel of greater influence than other variables, while its influence  is jointly significant and positive influence on purchase decision variables, with contribution of 63,6 % and other  variables beyond the study of 35,4 %.

Abstract

Untuk dapat memahami dan peka terhadap isu-isu etis dalam profesi seseorang membutuhkan proses balancing yang mencakup pertimbangan sisi internal dan eksternal yang dikaitkan dengan kombinasi unik dari pengalaman dan pembelajaran profesi dan organisasi. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi tingkat sensitivitas etika adalah seorang profesor idealisme dan relativisme. Sedangkan lingkungan eksternal ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor komitmen terhadap profesi dan komitmen terhadap organisasi .. Penelitian ini meneliti faktor-faktor penentu sensitivitas etis antara dosen universitas Muria Kudus. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru untuk mengenali dan peka terhadap masalah etika secara umum sehingga perilakunya dapat memberikan citra mapan profesi dan selalu menggunakan keterampilan profesional berdasarkan standar etika profesi. Data primer diambil langsung dari sampel fakultas semua bertenor di data Universitas Muria Kudus.Analisis digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model, AMOS 16.0 model kausal untuk menunjukkan bahwa struktur dan masalah pengukuran dan digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menguji hipotesis . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan idealisme, komitmen profesional dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap sensitivitas etis. Sedangkan relativisme tidak berhubungan dengan dosen sensitivitas etis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kualitas pembelajaran dan kualitas pelayanan dalam hubungannya dengan kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa Universitas Muria Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Muria Kudus yang masih terdaftar dan aktif  sampai dengan tahun akademik 2010/2011 berjumlah 5974 mahasiswa. Dengan menerapkan rumus Slovin maka diperoleh sampel sejumlah 375 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui  kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas mahasiswa dapat dibangun dari variabel pembelajaran melalui kepuasan mahasiswa, dan loyalitas mahasiswa juga dapat dibangun dari variabel kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan mahasiswa.   Keywords : Pembelajaran, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan dan loyalitas
