Abstract

Marketing Strategy is a strategy or fundamental approach taken by companies in completing advertising activities. Before formulating a company strategy, it is necessary to have a plan or a goal to be achieved. The rapid development in the banking world requires Islamic banks that are present in the midst of conventional banks to be able to survive and compete and continue to improve competencies in order to attract customer trust and interest in the quality of products and services available at these Islamic banks. With the increasing interest of customers to switch to Islamic banks, it will certainly increase the achievement of sales targets for the products offered. Abstract

The implementation of gold pawning is part of Islamic financial institutions in 2011-2012, the level of pawning is very large but can help supply customers. This research aims to find out how Islamic banking is when dealing with developers of gold pawning production. In the face of increased production of gold pawnshops, the problem that occurs is the production of gold pawnshops, and the assumption given by the Islamic bank KC Kabanajahe to overcome these problems. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using primary data in the form of documents and slides related to gold pawn financing, while for secondary data in the form of information from the internet, books, journals, theses, articles and other literature. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is concluded that the strategy adopted in dealing with the development of gold pawn products is in accordance with the theories and methods of developing innovations for Islamic banking products and in dealing with the problems of developing gold pawning products that occur, the Islamic bank KC Kabanajahe fulfills regular trends for programs by supplying customers, advancing the increase in gold pawning for products belonging to the Islamic bank KC Kabanajahe by persisting Mitigation of payments for payments that are met..

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions are usually carried out when consumers choose and evaluate a product or service. Price, service quality, and brand ambassadors are considered to be important to determine a consumer's purchase decision. Therefore, this study aims to measure the effect of price, service quality, and brand ambassadors on Muslim consumers’ decision to purchase BTS Meal products. 90 Muslim consumers were selected as respondents using non-probability sampling with purpossive sampling technique. To collect data, a google form of questionnaire was distributed. Using multiple linear regression, the data were analyzed with SPSS. The results show that price and service quality of the BTS Meal have a positive yet not significant effect on the Muslim consumers’ purchasing decisions. While the brand ambassador has a positive and significant impact on the consumers’ decisions. Simultaneously, the three measured variables have a significant effect on the Muslim consumers when deciding to purchase the product. However, 75% of the coefficient of determination stated that the value of purchasing decisions was influenced by other factors. Thus, the findings suggest that the manufacturers need to optimize the use of Brand Ambassadors while emphasizing the equal importance of price and service quality for the success of promoting the product.

Abstract

The current research is focused on what are the triggers that lead to problematic financing as well as solutions from banks to these customer problems at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Katamso Branch Office. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Where the researchers carried out this method by collecting information through question and answer sessions from resource persons, research and also data studies. Researchers found lots of lists of problematic financing customers at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Katamso Branch. This problematic financing itself means a situation where the debtor cannot or is able to meet his needs for Islamic financial institutions or in short, it can be said that the customer is unable to pay installments to the bank. The results obtained are the main cause of this problematic financing, namely because the customer is no longer able to fulfill his responsibilities to the bank, besides that it is also the character of the customer who is of course deliberately not paying the arrears that occur. So the steps taken by the bank if the customer still has good faith are reschedule, restructuring, reconditioning. However, if there is nothing more to be expected from the customer, then what is done is confiscation, emptying, and then auctioning. This is the last key done by the bank so as not to suffer losses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of the preparation of financial reports at Gajah Farhan Bakery and UD. Blessing. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the business actors of the Gajah Farhan Bakery and UD. Blessings as well as being the object of this research are the financial records of the two business actors. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the understanding of the preparation of financial reports at Gajah Farhan Bakery's Earloaf Factory was not good, but at UD. The blessing of the understanding of business actors can be said to be good. The two business actors have made financial records but are not in accordance with SAK EMKM. Equation of financial records for the two business actors has also made financial records in the form of cash-in and cash-out bookkeeping as well as debt receipts, receivables and inventories. And the difference between the financial records of the two business actors lies in UD. It is a blessing that makes financial records of the balance sheet and profit and loss, but for the Elephant Earloaf Factory it does not make financial records of the balance sheet and profit and loss.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat Rantau Prapat Branch began operating in 2010 and showed significant growth in 2011 and 2012. In the following years, business development and the number of Bank customers tend to stagnate in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 which can result in a decrease in branch profits and rational efficiencies such as employee layoffs, moving to smaller offices, reducing branch status and others. So research is needed to find out and measure what factors make existing customers want to use products and services at the Rantau Prapat branch office. With these factors known, it can become management policy material for market penetration with the type of products and supporting strategies that are in accordance with known factors so that it is expected that the branch office will grow significantly in the future. The research is only concentrated on the coverage area of Bank Muamalat Rantau Prapat Branch services, namely: North Labuhan Batu, Labuhan Batu, South Labuhan Batu districts, hence the possibility that in other areas the research results will vary with the same variables. The independent variables measured in this study are: Culture, Psychology, Personal, Social and Environment, with Customer Decisions as the dependent variable. The research method uses a positive affirmation Likert scale, multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results showed that partially cultural, social, personal and environmental factors had no significant effect on customer decisions, while psychological factors had a significant effect on customer decisions. Together and simultaneously five independent variable factors have a very significant effect on customer decisions using Bank Muamalat products and services Rantau Prapat Branch.

Abstract

This study focuses on APBDes because they have a significant impact on development in the Village, with the potential to improve public services, community participation, and welfare, but there are general problems in managing village budgets related to lack of accountability and transparency and not complying with the existing provisions of the village head, which causes community protests and the need for increased oversight and control. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Pakkat Hauagong Village in fulfilling the principles of accountability and transparency in accordance with Permendagri No 20 of 2018. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, documentation and interviews. The analytical tool used is the indicators for each stage of APBDes management based on Permendagri No 20 of 2018. The results of the study show that Accountability and Transparency in APBDes Management in Pakkat Hauagong Village are in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018, it was found that the implementation of Accountability was in accordance with a percentage rate of 93% in the planning, administration, reporting and accountability stages, although there was one aspect in the implementation stage that was not fully in accordance with the provisions. Meanwhile, the implementation of Transparency is quite in accordance with the percentage level of 67%, although there are still improvements, especially related to the completeness of the information conveyed through bulletin boards and written reports.
