Abstract

In a good organization is an organization that continuously experiences change is a form of effort made to manage all the consequences resulting from a change. The company or organization will not change and will not run towards the aspired, if the leaders themselves, in any part, does not change and does not grow. An organization cannot grow outside until the leaders themselves grow inside. . Leadership is a leader's process of influencing followers to interpret circumstances, choose organizational goals,organizing work and motivating followers, maintaining cooperation and teams work and organize support and cooperation with parties outside the organization. leadership roles in organizations include, setting goals, taking and make decisions, take all the risks.This study aims to determine how the role of leadership in change in PT.Rizki Mandiri Barokah. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with observation. The results showed that the influence of the leadership role in changes in the company PT Rizki Mandiri Barokah is very important in achieving the goals of the company, because without a good leader it is difficult for the company to achieve its goals.

Abstract

The Sidikalang area is indeed known as the best producer of Robusta coffee beans which have high caffeine content, which reaches 70-80%. There are companies that produce and sell products in the form of Robusta coffee. These companies certainly need activities in the form of supply chain management which are applied to the flow of goods from upstream downstream. The company certainly needs activities in the form of supply chain management that is applied to the flow of goods from upstream to downstream. Companies that use good supply chain management will have a good impact on the flow of goods or services. The impact is that the company will be more structured, coordinated, scheduled, and integrated so that the whole process will run effectively and efficiently. Then the company also makes efforts to offer the best products for consumers. This study aims to 1) determine the application of supply chains management and 2) the factors that hinder supply chains management in Robusta coffee in Sidikalang city. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, case study and interviews. The results of the study using observation and interview data collection techniques showed that the application of supply chain management to robusta coffee in the city of Sidikalang, namely there was an application of SCM consisting of producers, retailers of robusta coffee are people who already trust and know each other so that it can facilitate and provide smooth operation. for SCM activities on robusta coffee in the city of Sidikalang. And there are factors that hinder SCM activities, namely pest attacks on robusta coffee, labor shortages, and the robusta coffee fields are far from the robusta coffee company factory in Sidikalang city

Abstract

Persaingan di dunia bisnis dewasa saat ini dirasakan semakin ketat, seiring dengan bertambahnya perusahaan perusahaan yang sejenis yang menawarkan produk yang sama. Dalam hal ini setiap perusahaan hendaknya mengetahui pasar, dimana produk atau jasa yang di produksi akan di tawarkan atau di pasarkan. Tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai dengan usaha mempertahankan dan meningkatkan keuntungan atau laba perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran PT. Indofood dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenemenologi, pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan sample karyawan PT. Indofood. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan PT. Indofood berupa bauran pemasaran yang di dalamnya terdiri dari produk, harga, dan promosi yang berdampak dalam meningkatkan penjualan PT. Indofood.
