Abstract

Media promosi menjadi salah satu kekuatan dalam usaha pemasaran produk sehingga dikenal masyarakat. Media promosi secara online merupakan alternatif yang paling memungkinkan di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini yang menuntut adanya pembatasan sosial dalam masyarakat. Sejalan dengan itu, potensi Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) di dunia maya memiliki potensi yang cukup besar dan berinovasi dalam menghadapi perkembangan digitalisasi terutama SWK Klampis Ngasem Surabaya yang selalu mendukung dalam pemasaran digital. Kendala utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah aspek pemasaran. Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan diskusi dengan mitra, penguatan media pemasaran digital melalui pendampingan secara luring dan daring. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan output dalam bentuk keahlian fotografi dalam mendukung penguatan kualitas media promosi media digital dengan mengusung pemasaran digital 4.0 sebagai upaya peningkatan pemasaran mitra.

Abstract

Obtaining student achievement provides benefits for schools for accreditation assessment, curriculum determination, feedback and policy. SMA N 1 Waru is a Senior High School in Indonesia in the National Reference School category which almost every year gets achievements. Currently, management of achievement data has not been carried out optimally, accumulated achievement data cannot be displayed, storage of supporting data is not organized, and the accuracy of the information produced is hampered. This research aims to implement a website-based student achievement application. The method used is in two stages, data collection and application development. The application development technique uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. This research produces an application that has functionalities: master data (period, type of achievement, level of achievement/certification, class), teacher data collection, student data collection, achievement data collection (proposal and approval of achievements), user management, achievement reports, and achievement dashboards, as well as manage user user access. All functionalities have passed testing using the black box testing method. Implementation of applications using RAD can be done quickly and effectively so that the school gets the benefits of collecting achievement data at any time, achievement information can be accessed by anyone who needs it, the information produced is accurate, and has storage media for achievement supporting documents that can be well organized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceived usefulness of users of the DIKUPASI application at Diskopukmperindag in Mojokerto City by using the Usability model approach with 4 variables, namely Learnability, Flexibility, Effectiveness, and Attitude, and to analyze this usefulness on application user satisfaction and performance improvement. DIKUPASI is an institutional application that functions to monitor and update data on UKM in Mojokerto City. The research was conducted on surveyors in the City of Mojokerto using a sampling technique of 42 surveyors spread across the City of Mojokerto. The collection of research data was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data processing is done with the SmartPLS application. The data processing that has been done shows that there are 2 hypotheses H4 and H5 obtained from the Usability model which have a significant and positive influence. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the perception of satisfaction with the DIKUPASI application is positively and significantly influenced by user attitudes. Perceived performance improvement for DIKUPASI application users is significantly influenced positively by user satisfaction. Participation in research on the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade in Mojokerto City which adopted the DIKUPASI application is necessary to pay attention to the perceptions of user attitudes so that users feel satisfied in using the application and can improve user performance. The perception of satisfaction can be created through encouragement of surveyors' willingness and how the DIKUPASI application has benefits that can help surveyors' work.
