Abstract

The rapid development of information technology at this time also has an impact on the use of information technology in the university environment. XYZ University as a university that has quite a lot of students also applies information technology to support their distance learning. The role of information technology is quite crucial and important. Unfortunately, the issue of information security which is an important part of information technology often gets less attention. Its undeniable that the emergence of threats or weaknesses in information technology can disrupt the course of service activities using information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to manage information technology and risk-based document standard procedures as outlined in governance to manage emerging threats or weaknesses. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is an framework of information security management system that can be used as a basis for managing information security. This study identifies assets, threats, weaknesses, risk analysis, BIA, risk assessment, and risk mapping based on clauses to produce recommendations for policy documents, procedures, and work instructions to improve information security control based on ISO 27001:2013 clauses. Considering its high risk value, this study produced several recommendations for security documents, namely 5 policy documents, 6 procedure guidelines, 8 work instructions, and 12 forms.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSekolah Dasar Islam (SDI) Al-Khoiriyyah merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terdampak atas perubahan proses kegiatan belajar selama pandemi Covid-19. Hal tersebut berdampak pada penurunan motivasi yang belum semuanya memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Sementara guru semestinya harus tetap menjaga kompetensinya sebagai pendidik sebagaimana tertuang dalam undang-undang guru. Cara pengajaran yang digunakan guru dianggap sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan gaya belajar siswa pada masa sekarang. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan  bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan motivasi guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Dalam pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan  ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab antara narasumber dan mitra. Sementara dalam pendampingan dilakukan dengan interaksi secara dinamis antara fasilitator dengan mitra. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mitra terkait dengan kompetensi dan motivasi guru dimana terjadi peningkatan skor dari 61,11 untuk pre-test dan meningkat menjadi 83,33 untuk skor post-test. Hasil yang dicapai pada saat pendampingan juga menunjukkan telah perubahan perilaku guru berupa 100% guru telah menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kata kunci: kompetensi; motivasi; media pembelajaran; pembelajaran digital; wordwall. ABSTRACTAl-Khoiriyyah Islamic Elementary School (SDI) is one of the schools affected by changes in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This has an impact on a decrease in motivation, which has not all utilized digital-based learning media. Meanwhile, teachers should maintain their competence as educators as stated in the teacher law. The teaching method used by the teacher is considered no longer in accordance with the current learning style of students. The community service program carried out aims to improve the competence and motivation of teachers in using digital-based learning media. The implementation method used is training and mentoring. The training was carried out with lectures, discussions, and questions and answers between resource persons and partners. Meanwhile, the assistance is carried out by dynamic interaction between the facilitator and partners. The results of the training showed that there was an increase in partner understanding related to teacher competence and motivation where there was an increase in the score from 61.11 for the pre-test and increased to 83.33 for the post-test score. The results achieved during the mentoring also show that there has been a change in teacher behavior in the form of 100% of teachers having produced digital-based learning media products. Keywords: competence; motivation; learning media; digital learning; wordwall.

Abstract

Pengaruh globalisasi teknologi berperan dalam menawarkan keuntungan dan mendukung keberlangsungan UMKM yang lebih besar yaitu dengan digital marketing. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang bisa digunakan sebagai etalase online untuk media promosi, terutama pada mitra dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu UMKM Gyubab yang menjual produk berupa makanan kebab jepang. Aktivitas yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan pembuatan konten media sosial Instagram yang interaktif dan informatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Pelatihan ini diadakan oleh tim Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas secara luring, diikuti oleh pemilik dari Gyubab dan dilakukan di lokasi UMKM yaitu di Surabaya pada hari Kamis, 26 Mei 2022. Hasil kegiatan adalah terciptanya konten Instagram UMKM Gyubab yang interaktif dan informatif guna meningkatkan awareness dari produk Gyubab, sebagai sarana promosi, media komunikasi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen serta meningkatkan penjualan produk Gyubab. Keberhasilan program ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan skor pengetahuan terkait konten dan aplikasi Canva.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the skills and knowledge of FnF MSMEs regarding the application of Social Media Marketing Tools as a means of online business marketing. The community service team provides training on social media marketing by utilizing the WA Business and Instagram Business applications. The stages of implementing community service include preparation, implementation, practice, and evaluation. This activity was carried out at Perbanas Hayam Wuruk University and was attended by FnF UMKM owners. The implementation activity contained two training sessions, the first was training related to WA Business, and the second was Instagram Business. The results of this community service showed a 100% increase based on the knowledge identified from the pretest and posttest evaluation results. Besides that, FnF UMKM had skills in managing WA Business and Instagram Business as online social media to support the marketing of their superior products.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic is the change of learning process in elementary schools from offline learning to online learning. The results of the observations at Al-Khoiriyyah islamic elementary school show that partners still had difficulties in utilizing information technology facilities besides there was also a decrease in the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process. The community service team offers solutions by providing training related to interactive learning media and the utilization of technology using the wordwall application. The wordwall application can attract the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process by utilizing various features. This training was attended by 8 participants located at UHW Perbanas on June 24, 2022. The methods used were discussion, independent practice, and evaluation obtained from filling out the pre-test and post-test. The results of the training and mentoring show that 100% of the training participants are able to use wordwalls. The learning media using this wordwall had a significant effect and this was shown by the practical results of each participant who successfully completed the tasks given by the community service team which is 8 participants successfully made a quiz using the wordwall application.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam suatu bisnis semakin tinggi dimana sekarang bisnis sudah menggabungkan dengan teknologi informasi. Tujuannya agar bisa meningkatkan efektifitas kerja dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Salah satunya pemanfaatan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pemasok jagung dalam usaha kuliner yang dimana pelaku bisnis memerlukan informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memperoleh pemasok yang terbaik dan tentunya sesuai dengan kriteria dari pelaku bisnis. Metode pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan adalah memanfaatkan metode rank of centroid dimana metode ini mampu menentukan alternatif pemasok dengan beberapa langkah perhitungan mulai dari penilaian bobot kriteria, penilaian bobot sub kriteria, penilaian alternatif dan melakukan penilaian evaluasi untuk perangkingan. Hasil penilaian evaluasi harapannya bisa dijadikan suatu rekomendasi untuk pelaku bisnis dalam menentukan pemasok jagung yang terbaik supaya bisa membantu pelaku bisnis dalam membuat olahan jagung secara  maksimal. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap pengujian menggunakan black box. Pengujian yang dilakukan fokus pada operasional dan fungsional pada sistem. Setelah dilakukan hasil pengujian sistem ini memberikan hasil yang bagus.

Abstract

Dalam mendukung visi pendidikan Indonesia, Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Terknologi mengeluarkan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Keterkaitan antara Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) serta Kurikulum Merdeka Proyek adalah program P5 jadi salah satu penerapan dari Kurikulum Merdeka yang berupaya buat menumbuhkan kepribadian serta nilai- nilai Pancasila pada partisipan didik. SMA Antartika merupakan salah satu SMA swasta di Sidoarjo yang ingin mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka, selain itu para guru juga merasakan kurangnya potensi siswa SMA Antartika Sidoarjo dalam aspek personality development terutama dibidang soft skill. Tim pengabdian masyarakat memberikan solusi dengan melakukan pelatihan terkait personality development yang menyangkut growth mindset, communication skill, attitude, dan teamwork. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada 23 Januari 2024, berlokasi di aula SMA Antartika Sidoarjo dan diikuti oleh 80 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi, diskusi, dan melakukan evaluasi dari pengisian pre-test dan post-test. 100% peserta pelatihan menunjukkan kemampuan dalam menyerap ilmu dan materi yang dipaparkan oleh narasumber, terbukti dari adanya kenaikan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi tersebut juga ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t yang terbukti signifikan artinya pelatihan Personality Development ini memiliki pengaruh dan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah mengikuti pelatihan tersebut.

Abstract

Junior high school is one of the organizations whose business processes involve teaching and learning activities under the principal's responsibility. SMP ABC is a junior high school that continually strives to improve the quality of education, one of which is its academic services. However, the process of storing and processing data at SMP ABC still uses Microsoft word and Microsoft excel. Hence, the data management process is not good and allows a lot of errors in processing academic data. The academic information system is a system that can help solve the problem of errors in data processing and make the educational service process better and more effective. So SMP ABC also needs to implement an academic information system. The results of this study are to analyze and design educational information systems using the OOAD method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools with several diagrams, including use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ERD, to facilitate academic data management and improve efficiency and effectiveness so that management data on SPM ABC can be computerized appropriately.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Waru is experiencing rapid development, particularly in this digital era, with its students achieving notable success in sports, science, and arts. However, despite these achievements, the management of such accomplishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.            Keywords: achievement data; information system; website.

Abstract

Obtaining student achievement provides benefits for schools for accreditation assessment, curriculum determination, feedback and policy. SMA N 1 Waru is a Senior High School in Indonesia in the National Reference School category which almost every year gets achievements. Currently, management of achievement data has not been carried out optimally, accumulated achievement data cannot be displayed, storage of supporting data is not organized, and the accuracy of the information produced is hampered. This research aims to implement a website-based student achievement application. The method used is in two stages, data collection and application development. The application development technique uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. This research produces an application that has functionalities: master data (period, type of achievement, level of achievement/certification, class), teacher data collection, student data collection, achievement data collection (proposal and approval of achievements), user management, achievement reports, and achievement dashboards, as well as manage user user access. All functionalities have passed testing using the black box testing method. Implementation of applications using RAD can be done quickly and effectively so that the school gets the benefits of collecting achievement data at any time, achievement information can be accessed by anyone who needs it, the information produced is accurate, and has storage media for achievement supporting documents that can be well organized.
