Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economic development of many cities around the world. The role of MSMEs can encourage equitable economic development which is one of the main pillars of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). But unfortunately, there are still many people who do not know how to market a new product and have a large market potential by using internet technology. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is causing changes in individual habits which also has the opportunity to permanently influence market developments in the coming years. Many people choose to shop online using e-commerce. The role of e-commerce is very influential in improving the performance of MSMEs. There are several variables in the successful use of e-commerce, including internal and external inhibiting and supporting variables. This study applies the system dynamics method to link the variables of success in the use of e-commerce with variables related to the performance of MSMEs. The results of this study are the success of the use of e-commerce is interrelated with marketing and innovation capability which has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. This research is expected to increase the success of using e-commerce in MSMEs, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

The idea of "smart villages" doesn't mean that all villages have the same solution. The goal of this study has two-step plan for a "smart village". First is making a model of a smart village based on a review of the literature. Second, verification of the proposed model by interviewing the respondent. In accordance with the proposed model, exploration is conducted at the stage of verification using open-ended questions. As a result of verification, each indicator receives an additional form of explanatory indicators that are matched to the case study's conditions. This is qualitative research with multiple units of analysis based on a single case study. The case study is Banyuwangi Regency. The units of analysis are Kampung Anyar Village, Kaligondo Village, Wringinrejo Village, Tambong Village, and the Department of Community and Village Empowerment. This villages that have won the smart village competition from 2016 to 2019 in Banyuwangi. The result model consists of 6 domains, 17 aspects, and 55 indicators. The domain is governance, basic village services, village resources, the economy, infrastrucutre, and tourism. All domains, aspects, and indicators can be implemented in smart village development by making technology an enabler, and there are sustainable elements.

Abstract

Studio RSB merupakan salah satu studio musik yang biasanya digunakan sebagai tempat latihan paduan suara di daerah Kota Surabaya. Sebagai upaya untuk memanfaatkan teknologi internet yang saat ini sedang berkembang pesat dan juga untuk mempermudah pelayanan dalam reservasi studio, dibuatlah sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan reservasi Studio RSB secara online. Sebelumnya, reservasi Studio RSB dilakukan secara manual dengan menghubungi pemiliknya langsung. Proses ini dirasa kurang efektif dalam hal pemesanan dan manajemennya. Setelah dilakukan observasi, dibangunlah sistem informasi reservasi Studio RSB berbasis Web. Dengan menggunakan website, pengelolaan akan lebih mudah karena terhubung melalui internet. Dalam pembangunan sistem informasi reservasi Studio RSB ini, peneliti menggunakan metode ICONIX Process untuk tool perancangannya. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa desain antarmuka website Reservasi Studio RSB yang nantinya akan diimplementasikan. Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi reservasi ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses reservasi Studio RSB serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya.

Abstract

The J&T Express application is used to provide services and information for using Indonesian expedition services. This research focuses on testing the user experience with the J&T Express application, which will result in more user reviews indicating that they are happy and satisfied with the J&T Express application. The method used is HEART Metrics, which focuses on variables such as happiness, engagement, adoption, retention, and task success, which can measure all aspects of user experience and then calculate Importance Performance Analysis. According to the results of this user experience test, the average value of the reliability criterion is 0.79 which indicates that the level of usability has not reached a very high level. on the results of the Cartesian diagram there are three questions that must be prioritized to improve Quadrant I, namely E2 and R4 and Quadrant III H3. The researcher suggests increasing the happiness subvariable, including visual appeal, and fixing questions H3, E2, and R4.Keyword: HEART Metrics; User experience; Importance Performance Analysis; J&T Express. AbstrakAplikasi J&T Express digunakan untuk memberikan layanan dan informasi bagi menggunakan jasa ekspedisi Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian user experience dengan aplikasi J&T Express, yang akan menghasilkan lebih banyak ulasan pengguna yang menunjukkan bahwa mereka senang dan puas dengan aplikasi J&T Express. Metode yang digunakan adalah HEART Metrics, yang berfokus pada variabel seperti happiness, engagement, adoption, retention, dan task success, yang dapat mengukur semua aspek User experience dan kemudian menghitung analisis Importance Performance Analysis. Menurut hasil uji user experience ini, nilai rata-rata kriteria reliabilitas adalah 0,79 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat level of usability belum mencapai tingkat yang sangat tinggi. pada hasil diagram kartesius ada tiga pertanyaan harus diprioritaskan untuk memperbaiki Kuadran I, yaitu E2 dan R4 serta Kuadran III H3. Peneliti menyarankan untuk meningkatkan subvariabel happiness, termasuk daya tarik visual, dan memperbaiki pertanyaan H3, E2, dan R4
