Abstract

Business competition in the banking industry is getting sharper. Each bank is competing to create and introduce products and services with the marketing system that is owned. A bank must be able to guarantee the survival of the bank, and a bank must be able to compete with the main objective to satisfy the needs of society. Because people have more diverse needs, they will be more selective choose a bank that is able to provide the best service quality. This is an impact of the increasing demands of customers to obtain maximum satisfaction. For that marketing efforts will be bank products are not easy, meaning that a bank is constantly reviewing the marketing strategy that has been determined by the current conditions. The banking sector must be aware of the importance of marketing a product, because marketing is a tool for introducing bank products that we offer to potential customers. So the better the effort marketing, will also increase the development of these product customers. In terms of the customer itself with developments information and technology makes customers smarter, and more thorough in finding good services at relatively competitive prices

Abstract

  Private schools are educational institutions established on behalf of individuals, communities, or foundations with a variation in religious, cultural, and regional backgrounds. Schools each year have a goal of fulfilling the quota of new students. So schools need to provide information to the public to introduce the school through promotional activities. The aim of the study is to describe the promotion mix strategy applied to Cyber Media Utama Vocational School and the challenges or obstacles faced and the efforts made to deal with these challenges or obstacles. This research is qualitative research using research and development methods. The place of research is SMK Cyber Media Utama. The subjects of this study consisted of school principals, vice principals, teachers, employees, students, parents of students, prospective students, and parents of prospective students. Data collection techniques include documentation studies, observations, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman Model: (1) Data collection, (2) Data reduction, (3) Data display, (4) Verification/Conclusion. The results of the study show that school socialization activities at Cyber Media Utama Vocational School have an important role in school marketing, the strength of marketing is the religious value that is owned, the quality and excellence of schools and professional teachers. Promotion mix strategy for SMK Cyber Media Utama Bogor to increase student interest, namely using a strategy by distributing brochures, developing school websites, school Facebook and school Instagram.Sekolah swasta merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang didirikan atas nama perorangan, masyarakat atau yayasan yang dilatar belakangi tujuan beragam baik dalam keagamaan, kebudayaan maupun kedaerahan. Sekolah dalam setiap tahunnya memiliki tujuan untuk pemenuhan kuota peserta didik baru. Maka penting sekali bagi sekolah untuk memberikan informasi kepada publik guna mengenalkan sekolah tersebut melalui kegiatan promosi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi promotion mix yang diterapkan pada SMK Cyber Media Utama dan tantangan atau hambatan yang dihadapi serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi tantangan atau hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Tempat penelitian yaitu SMK Cyber Media Utama. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan, siswa, orang tua siswa, calon siswa dan orang tua calon siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data menggunakan Model Miles dan Huberman: (1) Pengumpulan data, (2) Reduksi Data, (3) Display Data, (4) Verifikasi/ Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kegiatan sosialisasi sekolah di SMK Cyber Media Utama memiliki peranan penting dalam pemasaran sekolah, kekuatan pemasaran adalah nilai religi yang dimiliki, kualitas dan keunggulan sekolah dan guru yang profesional. Strategi promotion mix SMK Cyber Media Utama Bogor dalam rangka meningkatkan minat peserta didik yaitu menggunakan strategi dengan menyebar brosur, mengembangkan website sekolah, facebook sekolah dan instagram sekolah.

Abstract

Speed in typing is needed to make it easier when creating documents. This community service activity aims to share the knowledge by the lecturer team regarding fast typing techniques using the ten-finger approach with the help of the typing master application. With the Typing Master application, it will help training participants to be able to carry out all their daily administrative activities in processing documents quickly and precisely, besides that the ability or skill to process words can also be an added value or provision for training participants as a competency value (soft-skill). in the world of work that needs HR who are proficient at typing with ten-fingers quickly and precisely in preparing documents. The Training attended by 76 SMK Link & Match students for two days on November 3-4 2020. The results showed that the knowledge and skills of SMK Link & Match students in typing with the ten-finger technique were increasing, especially since students could continue to deepen the material obtained by trying to keep typing fast using the typing master application.Kecepatan dalam mengetik sangat diperlukan untuk dapat memudahkan ketika kita sedang membuat dokumen. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membagikan ilmu yang dimiliki oleh tim dosen pelaksana terkait teknik mengetik cepat menggunakan teknik sepuluh jari dengan bantuan aplikasi typing master.  Dengan aplikasi typing master akan membantu para peserta pelatihan untuk dapat mengerjakan semua aktifitas administrasi kesehariannya dalam memproses dokumen dengan cepat dan tepat, selain itu kemampuan atau keterampilan mengolah kata juga dapat menjadi nilai tambah atau bekal bagi para peserta pelatihan sebagai nilai kompetensi (soft-skill) didunia kerja yang sangat membutuhkan SDM yang mahir mengetik 10 jari dengan cepat dan tepat dalam mempersiapkan dokumen. Bentuk kegiatan berupa Pelatihan yang dikuti 76 siswa SMK Link & Match selama dua hari pada tanggal 3-4 Nopember 2020. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa SMK Link & Match dalam mengetik dengan teknik sepuluh jari menjadi semakin meningkat apalagi siswa dapat terus memperdalam materi yang didapatkan dengan mencoba terus mengetik cepat menggunakan aplikasi typing master
