Abstract

PT Jakarta Teknologi Utama is a company engaged in car body repair services or body repair specialists, which is the official workshop of a company engaged in insurance. The repair service process at this time still adheres to the old system, which only prioritizes the quality of repairing the vehicle, without paying attention to customer comfort from other factors. Based on the background of the problem formulation, how to design a claim handling information system, so that the application can not only record claims data recording activities but can also produce accurate reports on claims from customers. This research aims to design a claim handling information system at the workshop. The results achieved are in the form of an application consisting of inputs, processes, and reports, the design runs as planned

Abstract

The improving the performance and service quality of a company requires information technology, so that the company can use it to carry out their daily activities. Computerization is intended so that work that is routine and requires accuracy can be done effectively and efficiently. Activities in the Sunda Kelapa Jakarta Maritime Employee Cooperative (Kopegmar) have a problem. The data on temporary employees is incomplete. The process of making payslips still frequently makes recording errors. In calculating the payroll of permanent employees, there are still frequent errors and slow payroll reporting.  Methods of data collection by observation and interviews directly on the object of research. The result of the analysis is the absence of an archiving application system in the company so that it does not run well, because it is needed an application with a database system is expected to solve the problem. A systematic and efficient computer-based payroll information system design that is made in accordance with the needs and is very useful for the Sunda Kelapa Jakarta Maritime Employee Cooperative (Kopegmar).

Abstract

Since the launch of the game to be one of the sports fields, namely e-sports, a new business sector has grown to facilitate gamers to compete or practice together, namely the Game Center. Many e-sports players choose to practice and compete in game centers because the computer specifications provided are usually quite high and are supported by more stable internet speeds. Game Center XYZ is a game center whose client computer is active continuously for almost 24 hours, making the durability of existing computer devices decreasing, especially hard disk devices. A hard drive that is used continuously will result in a weakening of the hard drive's performance. So that the performance of the computer as a whole can be disrupted. Problems that often occur, for example, BSOD, existing data becomes corrupted, there are bad sectors on the hard disk that cause data to become unreadable. The purpose of this study is to produce a diskless network system that operates on a client-server basis. This research produces a diskless system with a star topology that connects 1 pc server and 5 client pc. The diskless system runs well and the client computer's performance is more optimal.

Abstract

Kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan salesman dengan cara membawa beberapa contoh helmet banyak menimbulkan masalah. Para salesman merasa terbebani jika membawa langsung produknya, karena besar dan banyaknya model produk yang harus dibawa. Selain itu produk yang dibawa banyak ditemukan mengalami kerusakan akibat dijadikan alat peraga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari sebuah solusi untuk membuat alat bantu promosi dalam bentuk media digital. Sehingga diharapkan alat bantu promosi digital ini dapat lebih mudah diakses, efektif dan efisien. Solusi dari penelitian ini adalah dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi alat bantu promosi dengan mengimplementasikan Augmented Reality dan Virtual Reality berbasis Android. Aplikasi media promosi dengan augmented reality ini sangat membantu para sales sehingga tidak perlu membawa contoh helmet ketika melakukan kegiatan promosi, sehingga resiko helm baru rusak akibat dibuat alat peraga dapat dikurangi.

Abstract

Expert systems have information gained through a combination of readings, training, and practical experience. As a result, professionals can make faster and more accurate decisions while tackling complicated situations than non-experts. Klinik Medika is a health-care organization that focuses on public health, particularly skin health issues. This clinic's services to patients for consultation and treatment need to be improved in terms of service time efficiency. For this reason, an expert system is required so that patients can consult online rather than visiting the clinic.The goal of this research is to apply Forward Chaining method to create an expert system that can be used to consult on various skin conditions. Based on the results of the tests, the expert system can correctly diagnose the signs of skin disorders with a 90% accuracy. The system can also accept errors caused by differences in knowledge based on computational data and the experience of skin disease experts.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Cemerlang is engaged in the delivery of goods and documents to all corners of Indonesia. Increasing competition in the business world, makes companies think of an appropriate strategy, in order to win the competition. One of them is by creating a close relationship between companies and consumers by providing a fast and precise administrative service system. We need a system that can handle this problem by creating a website-based application using E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). The formulation of the problem is how to design a system to improve its performance so that this expedition system can be superior. The purpose of this research is to design the delivery of goods so that it is more organized and can run well by using E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). The result is an application that is made according to plan, which can be accessed by both the company and the customer.PT Cahaya Cemerlang yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengiriman barang dan dokumen ke seluruh pelosok Indonesia. Meningkatnya kompetisi di dalam dunia bisnis, membuat perusahaan memikirkan sebuah strategi yang tepat, agar dapat memenangkan kompetisi tersebut. Salah satunya dengan membuat hubungan yang dekat antar perusahaan dengan konsumen dengan memberikan sistem pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat administrasi.  Dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat menangani masalah tersebut dengan membuat aplikasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management).
